I called a few weeks ago to check availability and see when I could stop by. I spoke with Khammai and she pointed out details that I have not noticed in the 5 years Ive owned this car. The estimate and appointment was done very professional and in a timely manner. I was for sure she was the manager and I was being well taken care of. My car was done within a week and was done very nice. We went over details of the final product and I couldnt be any happier with Khammais professional help and attention to detail. Will definitely be speaking with her again about my other vehicles that need to be over looked by her before proceeding with paint and body work. Thanks again.

This was a terrible experience.The paint didnt match, the parts were incomplete, missing and the lights were not affixed to the car. They didnt replace the overflow reservoir. Our vehicle was broken into on their lot and it took an additional week to get the catalytic converter installed as it was stolen on their lot! Then, they wouldnt provide the invoice from the muffler shop; which will be needed if this vehicle doesnt pass smog next time around. I called them 4 times and no one would call back; after a $3000 repair. Do not do business with this outfit.

I went to get my car painted. This worker name Khammai is very helpful and professional. She has good customer service and very patient with going over with everything I need for my car.

Staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Went in remembering the old Maaco $99 paint specials, but was quickly blown away with the results. They turned my 24 year toasted BMW into a nearly factory fresh look. Since the car is black every little defect would show. But the car has a nearly mirror finish and all from their most economical paint. Over all super happy with the results and will be using them again in the future.

Poor service, rude office personnel, and parts of car were painted very poorly without customer consent!! Bad masking, overspray, and poor follow through with production manager & estimator! Paid for left rear door and left 1/4 panel repairs/blend and front door was ruined by painting over moldings, handle and trim not listed on repair order!!!! Car was not even cleaned after services. Bondo & primer dust everywhere inside!Horrible experience! And to thing they are a certified repair center??????

This is the 3rd car i have brought to maaco for a paint job and i only have good things to say about my experience there.i am into restoring cars so i know what to look for as far as body/paint imperfections. also, in the past i havehired independent body men and painters and it never worked out because those guys were VERY unprofessional.But my experience at maaco has been excellent. they are very professional and the paint jobs are great. car#3 and i still havent seen a paint run or blemish.i can tell they took their time to do a good job for my car above. the 70 mustang above was painted in single stage urethane with a universal sealer. ill use them again. thank youto jerry the manager, jose, and especially the nice girl who works the front. She was excellent!

Dropped car before going on vacation for over 2 weeks and was able to pick it up with deeply scratched trunk redone like new. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They did a great job, and the estimator, Cynthia, worked diligently to find a discontinued part and ensured we didnt get overcharged when the supplier tried to require purchase of an entire panel instead of only what was needed. Thank you Cynthia!

I know that I can sometimes be a difficult customer because I asked a ton of questions but maaco was very patient with me and was true to their word. I picked up my car from them yesterday and I was very happy with their work.

MAACO will never get another dollar from me. After buying a car for my mother as a Mother’s Day gift I went to Maaco for an estimate. I was told it would take 3-5 business days and I liked that turnaround time. I go to drop the car off on the 6th and the lady now tells me 10 business days is the max number we tell people just to be safe. Well, it ended up being 5 weeks (25 business days) and such an inconvenience and hassle. By now I am working out of state and had to arrange to get the car picked up to avoid a 100$ daily holding fee because they couldn’t keep a deadline they told me. If I would have known it would take 5 weeks to paint a car I would have went somewhere else. Extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism, timeliness, and communication on there end on top of still having to pay full price. I’m sure not everyone has a bad experience but this is unbelievable.

After over a year of run around, the only option was to contact the Bureau or Automotive Repair. The BAR agent tried to get results and in the end recommended that I use civil court to resolve the situation.Several ownership changed and more false promises later I am now told that the new owners have no obligation and would not even honor the locations warranty on any faulty fork even done at the location.This was no bargain package either. Over $7,000.00 paid and the worst work and lack of customer service I have ever experienced and this is after having 6 company and 2 personal vehicles painted at the same location in the past.Never the same after Mike Murphy left the company.

Called to make an estimate appointment. Store hours differed from the Maaco website. Made the appointment five hours in advance, rolled up and was told they couldn’t perform the estimate because their system was down. I did not receive any notice earlier, so I wasted my gas and time to drive there.I was skeptical of all the negative reviews, but I won’t trust my car to a company that doesn’t respect my time. I also don’t understand why they need their system for an in person estimate; I used the online estimating tool myself previously.

I went in on May 15th to get a quote and schedule a drop off for May 25th. Today comes along and they close up shop ten minutes before their listed closing time. I try calling but am redirected to corporate. The best corporate can do is say someone will give me a call back. How am I supposed to trust that someone will give me a call back when they cant even stay open to their stated hours? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Very pleased with service, quality of paint and value for the money. We took our Lexus in for an estimate and were provided with a quote that exactly matched the final bill. The paint job took 9 business days to complete. Our 2008 Lexus looks brand new.Personnel were very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

We took our truck to get an estimate On getting it painted we were told it would take five days then when we dropped it off they told us 10 days it is now been almost 21 days and when I call everybody gives me a different answer on to what is going on with my vehicle I’m not happy with their customer service at all would not recommend bringing your car here

Dropped my car off and was told that the time frame for completion would be 5 to 7 days. They kept my car for over 2 weeks. And they were imperfections in the paint job. The color matching was good though. They wouldnt offer a discount for the inconvenience or work or else I would give them at least three stars

Maco had my SUV for one month because they lost my new emblems and lost a piece turn of my rear windshield wiper. My paint has a patch that shows in the paint. Also on the passenger side my paint has a smudge in it. Also you can see my original paint around the windows thats been miss and also a bubble it is look like the paint going to start chipping a breaking apart. I also can see my original paint around my fog lights that been miss. Ive been trying to reach the manager of Maco for over a week and shes not responding to me.

I had an appointment at 10:30 Saturday morning. When I arrived the handicapped parking was blocked and there was a car without a handicap placard parked there.I had to wait 45 min...when it was my turn thr lady there asked me if I would mind waiting for her to help another customer...a man. An able body man who was kinda handsome. I told her I had an appointment and due to Corona virus and my disability I would mind.We went out for her to look at my car an give me an estimate. When we went back to the office the handicapp accessible ramp was blocked by a car. I struggled to get up the curb and onto the sidewalk and into the office.As I waited for her to type the estimate another employee parked cars in front of the office which completely blocked me in. I panicked...and I wanted to leave. (I was embarrassed and hurt by the was they treated me) I asked them to move the cars so I could have access to the handicapped ramp. The male employee told me he never saw me there which was a lie. He saw me as I struggled to get in...as I sat in the office...as I struggled to get back into the office. He moved the car acting like it was my fault. Treated me badly...muttering under his breath. I left in tears...I am afraid to post my review because they have my address and info...Im afraid they will do something bad to me for writing this; but, it is important for other handicapped people to know.

Now how could you claim to give the best deals and I got three different quotes that got higher and higher. It went from 880 to 1400...damn I miss Mastercraft on McKinley real estimates and great service with great prices.........

Most of the car looks good but there was some very noticeable fisheye on the front bumper (at least 20 different bumps). I took it in well within the 90 day period and they said it was a chemical reaction in the paint and wasnt covered and said it would be an additional $400 to fix their mistake. I already paid $1500 for an imperfect paint job. Not worth it, Id take it somewhere else that pays more attention to detail.

Pleasantly surprised. Expressed to Maaco wanted to match color on SUV and last a couple more yrs. They explained the options, didnt try to sale more than I needed and would try to match. I was skeptical. It was perfect. All dents and scratches gone and paint color was spot on. Had one issue and when I called, Michael said hed get back with me. Maaco took care of the issue with no hesitations. Greatly appreciated the customer service. No complaints.

Lots of debris in my paint. I sanded my car perfect and it came back with large pieces of debris in the paint, a lot of orange peel, and I have to pay to get it redone right. Waste.

I purchased a used, low mileage former police SUV, in excellent condition...the only problem being it was black and white with a lot of door “dings.” I came in knowing there is no such thing as a “$299” paint job, anymore. Accept reality: labor is money, and doing business in California is not cheap. Having said that....I asked for all the dents to be fixed, and selected the mid-range paint job with sealant. I picked my vehicle up in a week, It would have been a day earlier, except they called and said they would like to have it another day to “touch up” a couple of things. I was very impressed....it is beautiful. All for a modest and reasonable price. Thank you.

This was the worst experience I ever had with any business company or individual. And I ended up with a terrible paint job. I wouldn’t I would not recommend this company to anyone, this company does not even deserve a zero. They painted my truck three Times trying to get it right, and it still turned out terrible. Sales staff was nice but the management wouldn’t even return my calls.

I have mixed experience with this place. They did a good job in terms of quality and service time on the patch of my cars roof. I didnt get quote from elsewhere, so I dont know how competitive their price was and I cant comment on it.The lady in the front desk was not the right person for that role; extremely difficult to answer any question, very impatient and basically wanted me to fill the form, not read what I am signing, and get out as fast as possible.

I took my old truck there for a refresher paint job. The sun had beat up the original paint. They gave me a great price, were friendly and helpful. They matched the paint color very well and did an overall fantastic job. I am very happy with my new looking truck.

My silver Honda Fit is now lavender, thanks to the incredible staff at Maaco! Im in looooooove! This was my first experience at Maaco and it was amazing! Within a few days from the estimate, I was able to drop my car and pick up 3 days later. Quick, more affordable than I thought going in, lots of deals going on always, incredible staff, and the paint job looks amazing!!!!

They did an outstanding job on our 80s Samurai, which we use for mountain driving and 4-wheeling. I was warned it wouldnt look like a new car, but I have to say—its pretty close! The finished product exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was excellent. Michael was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I cant comment on the durability because weve only had it for a couple weeks, or whether the quality would suffice for a newer car. But it was just what we were looking for.

Maaco is an all around great shop! The staff is so friendly and kept me well informed with update calls about the status of my car while they had it in the shop. I went in to get the hood of my car painted. The estimate was over $900. To get the whole car painted the estimate was $700 so I decided it would be cheaper to get the whole car painted. I really liked how they kept me up-to-date. Tiffany called me every single day with an update on how my car was doing. However when I went to pick up my car they had only painted the hood. They did give me a good discount for their mistake. I would take my car here to get it painted again if I needed it in the future. The people were very friendly and professional.

Took my car in to get the hood replaced. when we got it back it had rough parts over the hood and some small digs. they said they would get it polished in 10 days so the hood paint has time to harden. we had to call them multiple times about a month later when we had no calls. finally we got it setup after calling them about 5 times to try and schedule this. when we got it back again there are still some small digs in the hood but i need my car so can’t take it in again. they also left compound on my headlights and some under the hood by the wiper blades. there are also now some scratches on the hood which i can’t get out. we had to keep calling to get out appointment and even after they don’t do a good job.

Tore down my car and didnt even look at it and then charged me. Absolutely horrible, person at the front was not able to answer any questions.

Took in my 2001 Subaru and all I needed was a fender and bumper painted. I waited only to find out that my color would not be matched and was offered a different shade, on top of the color being off I was told I would be charged $500! Wow for that price I might as well get the whole car a new paint job. With those ridiculous prices u have to wonder how are they still in business 🤔 so the guy doing the quote asked wat my budget was, I said $300 and he went and talked to the manager who said that they would charge me $350 for a flat Black paint with no gloss/clear coat if I took the parts off and dropped them off myself, I might as well buy a Spray can and save me the $350 SMH!!!😾🙈

Paint is what you pay for! You dont pay a lot you dont get a great paint job. I have had 2 cars painted there and the same problem both times, the car is not ready when they say it will be. They will actually call you and tell you, It should be done tomorrow which would be on time but 4 days later it is still not ready. Lets just be honest! If you tell me 2 weeks vs 1 week, that is fine just be honest.

Horrible Experience! Car went in running perfectly, came out barely driveable. They claimed it wasn’t their fault? Well whose is it then? I do not know what they did to my truck but it isn’t running right now and they refuse to even consider they might be at fault! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!UPDATE: On 10/10/17 mechanic informed me there was water in the spark plug hole! He explained to me that this likely happened when Maaco cleaned the hood / engine area to prep for paint.Let’s see if Maaco does the right thing here and reimburses me for their mistake!Will keep you updated!

I have had my 1997 Honda Civic Paint here a while back. My paint was peeling real bad and I had some dents that needed to be taken care of. I Worked with Mike M and Candy. They were both extremely helpful My car was done on time and looked great! I eventually sold the car but having it painted made it really easy to sell.

Can you give zero stars? They deserve zero stars. Horrible customer service, do not call you back. In fact, they never even painted my trailer or called to tell me that they couldnt paint it. It sat there for a week in the rain for nothing. They quoted the job and said it wasnt going to be a problem.

MAACO did a great job repairing my vehicle. Dented fender and whole new paint job. The job was perfect and done on time. I will be going back, just hopefully not for a long time.

I have had three cars repaired and painted by Maaco. The first car was a 1978 Puegot 504 which was painted in San Jose, the job was flawless the body perfect.The second job was on a driver side mirror on my 2013 Kia. This service was performed in Fresno, the Blackstone location. Once again Maaco performed an excellent job, saving me $$$ over having the dealer do it. Great work.I current have my 1999 Saab 9-3 in the shop. Maaco is restoring the body and painting it. The Saab has a great deal on emotional value to me. So far the work is great. I give updates on the progress of m he work. Thank you Maaco! Great staff.

I took my 07 Toyota Corolla s to get painted mettalic silver, I did all the prep work as it had a lot of body work to do I even sanded the whole car and even wet sanded it . It cost 520.00 and took a week. Wow was I suprised at how good it came out.

Well it was way overpriced for a small little jeep that took maybe two quarts of paint they painted over sand and left thier on the hood the rear fender behind the light they charge me to do some body work they just painted over it they didnt grind-it-out no Bondo but they charged hours for it theres a big run in paint on the front bumper . Wont be returning ever...

Worst place EVER. A paint job that was supposed to take one week.... Two and a half months later, they STILL have my mother in laws vehicle. She paid in advance for the most expensive paint job available... And ended up having runs, serious over spray that Maaco refuses to fix, rust spots in the new paint, and too many other issues to list. If negative zeros was an option, that is what I would rate this company. The ENTIRE business transaction has been a hassle.

I came here to have the whole front half of my car painted. The website states With our attention to detail, youll fall in love with your car again. Well, on the contrary, heres how they pay attention to detail: there was overspray on headlights and other parts of the car because no masking was done, when we checked the bumper it was painted on the face front but they forgot to paint the top, sides, and lower part of the bumper (I mean it. Its 3-D and you HAVE to paint all angles of it) and so many other details were passed over that I could have done the same job but better in a painting booth. I am very unsatisfied and deeply disappointed in the quality of work that I received at Maaco. I will NEVER have them paint my car again and I will NOT recommend Maaco for any painting service to anybody that I know. I actually fell out of love with the car after I saw the paint work.

Well lets see, unorganized, poor customer service. If you walk in dont expect to be greeted. Glad I walked out. Maybe the painters do an outstanding job or maybe they suck, I will never know, if you cant greet me at the door with a smile for the money I plan to lay down then you are not worth it. I took in my disassembled race car for some minor dent repair and paint. I told them over spray was my biggest concern. It ended up being a little more expensive then I hoped but went ahead anyway because I really didn’t have the time to do it my self this time. What I picked up was disappointing. There was places painted body color that clearly were to be left black and there were other places such as bottom of rocker panels and under side of trunk lid,one door jam,and inside of the doors that clearly did not get painted or was very thin paint. There were also some scratches that I asked about when I dropped it off that the estimator said they would feather edge as not to show that were untouched and just sprayed. In the end it did what I needed to do and that was make all body panels the same color again but, had I been making a total color change it would no way have been acceptable. Not sure I would use them again.

Do NOT go to Maaco. I dropped off my car on 2/19/18 and picked it up on 2/28/18. When I saw it, the glovebox and trunk were both left open. I was very disappointed upon entering my car and seeing the contents of my glovebox and center console scattered around the front seats and floor. I had also left a roadside kit and a skateboard in the trunk, which are missing. Not to mention the filth that was left behind by the mechanics shoes. Im not sure if the technician, James Ingels, was the one who took the items or if he just left everything open to be taken by someone else. I will be filing a police report and will never do business with this company again. Theyre rude and it doesnt seem like they care about your car or you as a customer. I dont usually leave reviews, but it felt absolutely necessary to leave this one and if I could leave a lower one, I would.

This place and all other MAACOs suck! They all quote different prices and same place quoted me tech with different amounts (depends on who is working)... they did a car I dropped off twice in a 3 year gap and both times sucked. First paint job flaked after the first 2 years (progressively) and the second time (recent) they didnt sand anything! They shot over the flaked paint and didnt color patch the side skirts (painted them flat black looks like by can). They even over sprayed my exhaust... $800 + additions of bs paint on the car. They even wanted more $ to fix it per area!.... Save your $ and find aAnother place. Wish i could add pictures but i dont see any place to add some, look at the ones that are finished outside and you will see the obvious... This place is a $ thief..

I went to Maaco to have my car serviced for a dent, a whole car paint, and a couple basic cosmetic fixes to my car. I was told it would take 7-8 business days for everything. I called to check in on the 7th day only to have a rude lady refuse to give any information about when my car would be completed. Finally when my car was done they informed me I had a 30 minute window to get my car before they closed for the weekend and by that point it was already dark and raining. I could not fully check my cars work until the next day only to find out that all of the cosmetic fixes were not even completed, there were drips in the paint, and they had made deep cuts into my trunk where they put my Toyota emblem back on after painting! Plus when I went to pick up my car again they had it fully unlocked in the motel parking lot next door! I highly do not recommend. Very poor workmanship and a lousy company that does not care about their customers property.

Do NOT ever use Maaco. I had them repair my 2014 Mustang. The frame was never fixed. The bodywork was laughable with major ailment problems, even my young kids found quickly. My car cannot drive straight. There is no eords to how bad and unprofessional Maaco is. I will Never let them near a car..

Not a very professional business. I decided to take my truck there even though their reviews are pretty bad. The other local body shops were very busy, but Maaco could get me in right away. I was told they could save me money on their original estimate, but did not. Told me the repairs would take 1 week. It took over three weeks because they ordered the wrong parts. They were not honest with me on the timing. They kept telling me the parts will be here tomorrow and kept changing their story. When I told them I needed my truck back before the long weekend, they said they were closed for the weekend, but agreed to bring a mechanic in to finish it on a Saturday. They did not call me to tell me when it was finished, did not answer the phone when I called and closed and locked up the shop. When I got my truck back there were some quality issues with the paint job I was not happy with. They said I could bring it back in to have it worked on again. Id rather pay another body shop to fix it. I would not recommend Maaco to anyone, and I will not return.

Whent there for a paint job and the people there was nice and friendly. The car caone out looking great I really like it, I took it home and the next day in the morning I noticed that one of my fog light was broken before I took my car in the fog light was good and I took picture of my car before I left it for Maaco. I went back to Maaco and told them what the lady there Baeley she was very nice and helpful she took action and look at they car she then say, because that you took it home we dont know what really happened I then said, when I brought my car here it was good I have picture of it, I then show her a picture of the fog light on the car and it was good, Baeley then said, what u want us to do now I then said I just want to show you guys the mistake you guys did that all, I never thought or think of asking for a replacement or money back. Baeley offer and said, ok I will buy a fog light for your car I the said I you sure you want to do that Baeley said, yes I would be happy to buy you a fog light for you I said thank you, Baeley then made the order and said, we will call you when the part get here so you can come pick it up after two days Maaco call me to pick up the part it was a good day for me it made my day. I would recommend Maaco to anyone for a paint job they are very nice and friendly. They really do a great job on the paint you would be happy after the paint job they done for your car. I took my car in to have them repaint it with a orginal color artic blue. I was told my car will be finish within 7 business days but the car was completed by 3 days. When I got there to check out my car, they painted the wrong color which was dark purple which was not what I wanted. I feel like they rushed through the car and didnt take their time when the paper work clearly says blue. Also a week later I had a paint crack on my bumper and they still wanted to charge me to repaint it when I had a 5 years warranty for the paint. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this Maaco. Poor job and customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Do not get a paint job or body work from Macco in Fresno. They left unfilled holes in the back of my truck so water is getting into my truck and rusting it out. They will not fix it. They did not put a top coat on the car in most places. They had overspray all over the windshield. They messed up the starter in my truck. Broke both door handles, stole clips from in interior, messed up a $900 alarm system and blew out $2000 dollars worth of speakers and amps. They blew out all the lights on the inside portion of the truck. They kept the truck for over two months and wouldnt give a correct time line so much so that everytime Id turn in my rental car and drive up to Fresno because they wouldnt call back what so ever. When i would arrive they would tell me oh its not ready sorry. So all in all $900 dollars out on rental cars. Craig was the sales specialist and Will the Forman in Macco promised to fix the truck and have yet to call back. Needless to say go to a real reliable company or shop. Because it will cost way more then the paint job and will not be painted properly. Nor get your car back in the same shape you left it in.

Unprofessional! None of thier staff SMILES or returns phone calls. Not reliable and over-worked employees. Prices too high for bad service. Dont waste your valuable time visiting this Macco!

Bait and switch.I went in for a cheap paint job. $299. They went ahead and gave me quotes for all the different level of paint jobs anyways. I just wanted to paint the trunk of my car but they insisted its cheaper to paint the whole car. Things started going wrong when they started calculating this fee and that fee and final bill came out to over $750 for advertised $299 paint job. $499 went up to over $850 but mysteriously $1099 paint only went up to $1150. Maaco is scam, they advertise one price and give you a totally different price when you actually go to their shop.

If I could give zero star, I would do it. Worst customer service ever. Few words to describe employees there, THEY DONT CARE!!!

Repair of a 09 Jeep Cherokee took 2 months, 4 times longer than promised. I had to provide parts they couldnt find, they installed wrong parts, they tore the headliner and refused to fix, claiming I couldnt prove it. Jeep and Cherokee logos were missing when told jeep was ready, and engine and inside of jeep were dusty from paint, again promised to be clean when picked up. The salesman is a pathological liar. DO NOT USE MAACO!!!

They do good work, but the receptionist is very unorganized which was a little frustrating. Also, they forgot to finish one other piece of car that was on the invoice. I had to bring it back which was a big inconvenience.

Ok dont know how the work comes out, but i went in with a simple paint and a few dents. went to 2 other reputable places and got quoted $650, went to maaco for the $299 special and left with a quote over $1700 which was the $299 special paint job. they charge $200 to repair a dent and $20 to take the 2 bolts off the light where the dent is at, a charge to remove your emblems and throw them away not put back and a lot more extra hidden fees. If this were a 99 cent burger, you would end up paying $100 by the time they charge you for pickles, buns, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce + an environmental fee for putting the burger together. It didnt seem like a professional place to me with tons of cars being put back together outside in a parking lot next to dumpsters, are the cars painted outside too, i wonder. wont be visiting maaco anytime soon!

The receptionist Theresa is rude, ignored me when I walked in turned & was intent on the soap ophera till it went on commercial. First bad sign... My car went in fir a bumper repair through the faulty parties insurance... I got yanked around with when the car would be done Friday, Monday, no maybe Monday, Tuesday, maybe Tuesday. Ok Tuesday after being polished since Monday I received a bumper painted black with white specks, my car is plain black. It looked like they painted over debry and didnt bother with polishing, paint looks thick messy and to top it off they tyre to clean it but left it with tons of water spots... And they tried telling me it wasnt going to be perfect. I was livid to say the least not professional and oh if you want Wil repaint it it just needs polishing. I had to go nagg them and show up for a week to get them to finally accept that the color was off and it wasnt a polishing but a repaint needed. Going on week three and they keep yanking my chain about them not being able to finish it in a day and not haveing a car to loan me for something thats their fault. IDK if its cause am a girl & they thought I wouldnt notice but they were wrong.. . My car is fairly new and a sports car I make note of everything. Plus they washed it n didnt dry it so it has tons of water marks! Awful Job & Service

Just got my car back from the guys at MAACO, wow!, staff was helpfull and friendly, car was done day early! THANKS, YOU GUYS ROCK

Went there and the staff was rude as hell, they didnt care about you as a customer at all. I waited 1 hr & 14 minutes and there was only 2 people ahead of me. This employee name Mike an old looking white man, SPITTED at my car, thinking I wasnt looking......I caught him and confronted him, he said that it was mistake when clearly the spit was on my passenger door. Now listen to this, The Max package was quote at 699 but Mike charged me 999 because he suppose inputted labor by mistake. Even worst of all...They LEAVE YOUR CAR OUTSIDE AFTER PAINT!!!! So basically your car is open to all kind of danger and damages, saw another customers car which had bird poop on it. This is ridiculous....DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, any other Maaco and I would be fine BUT NOT THIS Maaco. Just BAD PLACE with BAD PEOPLE. I REPEAT, This IS NOT a good place to go at all !!!!!!!! I already warned you.

Worst place I have used. They have had my truck for over 6 weeks. Its always something with them. I know they just keep taking new jobs and postponing mine. Never call back have asked several time for manager and never get one.
