One start is too much for them from the manager to the assistant sales people very rude . They talk down to you & literally they need my business not the other way around .I upgraded my wedding band from like 20 years Ago . I thought I bought a nicer wedding band 14 k gold because I’m allergic to anything silver or plated . Super expensive & months later my finger starts to flare up . I’m thinking what in the world this ring is gold . Went to the doctor to get something for my finger in case it wasn’t the ring but it was . I called the store & they said that 14 carat gold wasn’t really gold I had to get 18-24 carats 😱😱😱 to bring it in so they can send it out to coat it with something so my finger won’t flare up again . 3 weeks later got it back still flaring up & they don’t wanna take responsibility for it . I’ve called & talked to the manager who claim it’s not their problem even after the ring has lifetime warranty . Now I’m stuck with a band I can’t wear to kay who sold it to me that could care less except to make commission in a sale . I would never buy anything there again specially after finding out their so called 14 k gold jewelry is really not gold but plated 😤😤😤 you need to buy either 18-24 k to actually be gold ???? It’s actually ridiculous .... these are some pictures during the year of what their Very expensive but cheap 14 k gold wedding band has done to my finger .

The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered an wedding band offline and did a pick-up in store. I called to confirm my item had arrive. The lady who answered the phone was rude. She couldnt find my item at 6 pm(even though I gotten an email at 2 pm saying it have arrived). She said she would give me a call back after she checked. She finally found my item and I went to go pick it up. Once I check out the young lady gave me my ring with NO BOX, NO BAG, NOTHING. Just the receipt. Not until I ask for a box did she give me one. Worst experience ever and I will not be returning.

Walked in for a regular cleaning on my engagement and wedding rings on 5/12/19. I didnt realize two of my stones were loose. Leah really took care of us! Most people just put the rings in the machine no questions asked since I didnt ask for an inspection. Leah took the time to inspect the rings to make sure there are no loose stones since the cleaning machine vibrates and can cause loose stones to fall off. Grateful for our warranty and now my ring will be fixed. Many thanks to Leah for her thoroughness, attentiveness, care, competence, and professionalism!!

Hit or Miss! My Mom and I both brought jewelry here for repair, together same day/time, same representative. I requested a phone call when repair was ready and for the damaged silver clasp to be returned; she also said they would clean the item(s). The sales person wrote both down on repair sheet. My Mom received an email of her own being ready to pick up, I had to call the store. She received her item and they took photo of her completed repair jewellery and it had been cleaned. Mine was not cleaned and the scrap (damaged clasp) was not in the bag with the item. (Keeping my Silver for themselves). I was advised the repair location would mail me the damaged clasp. 3 weeks later I had to call the store again since the Silver Clasp still had not been received. I was told again they would have it sent to the store and then mail to me.; instead I received a phone call to come pick up the returned piece. I again asked if it could be mailed to me and was told Yes. I did receive a Silver Lobster Clasp, however it is half the size of the clasp on my item(original and repaired).POOR customer service, dont pay attention to what customers request and steal your precious metal for themselves. Plus, you tell them value of item and they reduce it! Caveat Emptor!!

If I could give Kay’s a 0 star rating I would!I’ve had my engagement ring for 5 years now and in those 5 years they replaced all 4 prongs with completely different prongs that aren’t the original ones. Then in January of this year my diamond popped out (i had the diamond) so they fixed it and in April, 4 months after putting the diamond in the diamond fell out and I didnt have it this time. They’ve had my ring for 7 weeks now and they just called today to tell me they don’t have that diamond anymore... you’ve had it for 7 weeks and your just now calling to tell me? So by the time I get my ring back it will be a completely different ring then what my husband originally bought 😡😡

Wouldnt honor 30% sign for necklace saleswoman stated it was a Christmas sale. Two plus weeks into the new year and wouldnt honor the price that they didnt remove. Just a helpful remember why I dont shop at Kays Jewelry!

My husband bought a ring set (engagement/wedding band) in mid-December. A stone went missing within three weeks. I work a desk job and my rings didn’t bang up against anything. We took it to have it replaced. Was told it would take two weeks. Two and a half weeks later and still no ring. I called and they didn’t give me a timeline as to when it would be in. On top of that, the woman “Melissa” was super rude. My husband called back and the woman told him I “yelled” at her, which couldn’t be further from the truth. She was just incompetent and clearly doesn’t have experience in customer service.

My Wife’s Diamond came loose in her $5000 ring and she was told it would be 2 weeks before it would be ready for pick up to get fixs. the ring came back early and know one contact my wife by Phone or email to let her know her ring was ready for pick up and if she had not call them to check on the status of the ring she wouldn’t have know! When she asked a woman at the register why wasn’t she notified The lady‘s response was she gets paid to sell not to make calls to let people know that their stuff has came back to the store.....The worst worst worst customer service I will never ever do business with them again and I’m so sorry I spent so much money with them in the first place!!!!!!

The staff is rude and unkempt! I wouldn’t buy anything from them ever again. Then you call customer service and get conveniently disconnected. The large woman and the skinny blonde need to be working in a prison with their attitudes ! Don’t go there there are other options in the mall RUN!!!!

Terrible customer service. Made a purchase 12 hours before a 25% storewide sale and returned the next day to return my purchase and I was not allowed to. It took 30 minutes to talk to a manager just to be told the head manager is the only one that can help me and that he/she was having car troubles Never shop here

Got a braclet for my girl. First off it broke within 6 months quality on the links is complete crap. Then once repaired she put it on. Within 6 hours it was broke again in a different spot not only did they not check other links but if the quality is that bad why even sell these items. 14 k. Gold is not even strong enough for how bad there quality control is.
