Nice place to shop. Not crowded. When pre-ordered online purchase and pick up at store location nearby, that was a very quick processed. Id like the customer service.

They, unfortunately, did not have what it was I needed.That said, all of the staff was friendly when I asked for assistance. They were prompt and respected my time. They offered to order my item online for me to pick up. Unfortunately, it was time sensitive, so I was off to other stores. I thanked them for their time, and that was that.Also, the bathrooms were clean. That’s always a nice thing when out in public.

I went to bed bath and beyond looking for some fancy plates for Christmas dinner. They had a great selection of plates in the weddj g section of China, gold and silver plate sets and silverware. You can buy the pieces individually or as a whole set. The staff is not as attentive as they could be in the wedding section of the store.

Great all in one place to buy things for home.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a great store, but I dont think they have a wide enough variety of items for sale. I like the selection of the items that they do have. And, the quality and price is great too, but they just dont have as wide an assortment of odds and ends like a Walmart or even a Target would have. Better quality, but less of a selection. I basically go there for my soda stream CO2 replacements, and will almost always pick up a few other items while in the store.

It was quiet. Lines were fast and not long.

The store is very clean, and organized, and most of all the cashiers are very courteous.

The store set up looks more open and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love bed, bath and beyond! Had everything I needed to organize my kitchen, and they have the coolest stuff for my house.

Some items are not in display, or not in the store, they said look in their web site.For us is hard like beach chairs, how high from the ground.The information from the beach chairs is not enough details.

Ive been a customer for 25 years but not any more. Just another place to buy candles and snacks. This place use to be a top notch store to outfit your kitchen. Now unless you want a coffee maker youre out of luck. Literally 2 walls of their kitchen appliance section is coffee makers. Dont waste your time, shop elsewhere....unless you need a coffee maker.

This is one of my go-to places for Christmas gifts for my wife. They have the best selection of kitchen supplies and hard to find kitchen items.

Didnt have what I needed

I frequent bed, bath, and beyond. I am glad it isnt closed yet. I have not liked the new layout since they did it. It looks unorganized. I almost always find what I am looking for and they are one of only stores with nice Hanukkah items in Frederick, Maryland.

Quite nice experience. Excellent selection. Very polite and helpful staff. We didnt have to go hunting for someone to help us. Proces were quite fair. Checkout was organized fast and efficient.

It was fine. Got a couple of trivia games on a clearance table for .99 each. The 20% off coupon brought the air fryer we bought almost down to the price on Amazon. Lots of cool odds and ends. Worth the trip

Its a chain department store.[UPDATE] This location has recently been remodeled and re-merchandised. The new look is brighter and cleaner, and there are now items I had not noticed before. (Not saying they are necessarily new items, just that I had not noticed them before. For example, a line of healthy snack bars with low glycemic index.) Of course some things have been moved to different locations, so it may require exploration to find what I may be looking for.

Update: I went in after Christmas and had a fabulous experience. A new manager and a very accommodating check-out employee made what might have been a nightmare into a positive experience. This store is back on my nice list! :-)I used to love this store, but since the remodel their entire management seems to have changed. I was in last week and there was a line of 10 people waiting for the registers. Meanwhile, only two were open and BOTH had two people (one a manager) working to solve a problem with one customer each. Meanwhile, the folks in line waited - and they told me they had been waiting for quite a while, over ten minutes already. Two ahead of me gave up and left in frustration. I waited almost 20 minutes - only because I wasnt in a rush and had found exactly what I wanted. But I did consider bailing. FINALLY one additional cashier came up to slowly deal with the line (while people joined behind me). The two problems continued with two people each dealing with them, oblivious to the needs of the many waiting customers. When one finished, BOTH cashiers who had been working on that issue simply walked away. I made a loud, frustrated comment, and one of them came back to open another register. After I finally got to the register, I asked to speak to a manager. I explained everyones frustration and that they had lost at least two customers because of it. All she said was Im sorry you were frustrated, but we had to deal with these issues. I suggested that she should have handled it herself, as the manager, and let the cashier work through the line. She told me that wasnt an option. SERIOUSLY?! I asked her if anything would be different if I decided to visit them again. She said, not really. My hands are tied. They have lost a long-time, loyal customer.

This store has changed a lot since its remodel and Im not sure if thats good or bad. They have stopped carrying a couple of my favorite items but have added new items that are pretty good. Growing up my favorite store was the dime store, as an adult, its Bed, Bath, and Beyond -- same idea just higher prices.

I went to purchase a regular coffee maker/K-Cup from here and the process was great. Finding what I wanted did not take long, and the cashier was quick and helpful. The store was well-stocked and organized. It generally seemed to be clean as well.

The absolute number 1 retail story for customer service, hands down! I have returned without hassle for years. I usually have a receipt but even when I dont, the return goes on a BB&B card. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely seem to care about your interests in products. They also price match and their 20% off coupons are plentiful and the best part, when you order online in the store any of their merchandise they dont have available, they ship for free and apply 20% off automatically!

Love this place. They have so much under one roof. All different price points. I sometimes order online and pick up there to save shipping costs. Other times they may not have enough of the item I want or the size I need in the store, so they order it online for me and I get free shipping to my door. Staff is extremely helpful. I get coupons in the mail and save them to use one for each item. Great savings!!

Love Bed, Bath & Beyond- the store where your coupons never expire. I went in for one thing only, hard to believe, which was to order lint roller refills. I own 5 empty plastic holders with no sticky stuff. Employee member, Adam, quickly placed my order online while in the store, and low and behold, BB&B now carrys my item in the store...no special order needed. I paid for my one and only item and floated on Cloud 9 back to my car. Kudos BB&B!

Great store policy regarding their never expiring coupons regardless of the date on the 20% coupon or the $5 off $15 or more. No hassles and sometimes the check out person will scan as many coupons as the companys computer network will take for the number of purchases you ate making. Friendly helpful staff if you can find one when you need one.

There should not be sex games for adults in the checkout line at a childs eye level to read about while standing in their long lines.And they have nonsale items with their on sale items. Very unprofessional and the manager would not honor the sale sign. The sale sign does not say it has to be in a small radius of the sign.I worked in retail all of my life. Shame on you BBB. You should go back to your old program. Customer first, not employee/manager attitude projects the customers question is wasting her time.Was a long time customer. Guess I will be shopping at, At Home and Pier 1.

While waiting in line with four other customers ahead of me and only one register open-though the customer service had several people waIting as well...a new register opened and the clerk took a customer from service line and took her AHEAD of all the others whod been waiting for sometime!!!When I brought this to her attention her ATTITUDE was well I just came on duty. I told her thats no excuse and brought those patient customers to her attention...she couldve cared less.Maybe you better train your people to be better clerks and care about customers.
