Nice local grocery store. Prices can be higher than at larger chains. You need to look for specials and coupons.

I love the fried chicken at the deli counter however every time I go in to buy some they are so slow to service me and they are out of breast pieces. It is a real let down and at this point, after multiple failed attempts at buying a true 8 piece meal (with 2 breasts), I feel like I need not waste my time goingin here anymore

This is an excellent supermarket. They have a very good selection and the produce department always looks great. Most of all, the staff is awesome. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been extremely helpful and polite. The lines move fast and they always bag my groceries quickly and correctly. A great place to shop for groceries.

Medium size grocery store thats close to home. They have excellent weekly sales and carry some items that the large chain stores dont.

OMGosh, its close to double the prices of Kroger or Meijer! Im all for supporting local businesses but when youre on a budget Oakridge isnt a good place to start!

I will say that over the past few months there have been several changes at this location. First and foremost, the place has been cleaned and kept up. For some time the store smelled so bad it made ya sick. Also, there has been some changes with the cashiers, they are no longer rude to customers. Its was real bad for a long time. So glad changes were made. Alot of really good sales going on here all of the time. Check out their liquor counter. They keep it fully stocked as well. Great prices on beer as well.

Oak RidgeI started going to this store after I got tired of walking miles through the big superstores with their surprisingly dwindling variety of brand name items vs their store brand. Oak Ridge has an amazing selection for the size of their store. The prices are competitive. The store is not new and shiny like the big super chain stores, but it is clean, the shelves are restocked throughout the day and the employees are very helpful. This is my go to store from now on.

I like this little store. Its nowhere near the size of a Meijer or a Kroger, but it has everything I need, generally speaking. The staff are friendly. The store is clean. I think of Oakridge as a market to get the staples you will need for the week, not the hard to find niche items (like low carb bread or low sugar spaghetti sauce for a diabetic).

Tried to get some help from cashiers or bag boy, to busy talking to each other than help a customer.Tried to get a word with the manager in her little elevated office, told me to have a nice day and good bye when I tried to complain about not getting any help from the gossip group to engrossed in their conversation with each other.The place was empty at 915 PM and I couldnt get any help.Nice way to run a grocery store .I will never shop there again...

Over priced on everything. Meat cant tell how long been in fridge looking kind strange in color.No commercial bread.At all. Only go their when I get tired of meijer.

Its always clean, and the workers are always friendly. Lord I was looking all around town for Alfredo sauce, and they were the only store to have it! I made homemade spinach dip.

Local and friendly love the deli like meat and cheese sliced to order. Close to home no crazy lines. Sales are good and its amazing to find things there that no one else has!

The deli department is always so nice! They have great chicken. I really like this store. The only thing I dont usually by the frozen food especially out of the reach ins. I have experienced things being freezer burned or partially thawed and refrozen

If I could give less than one star I would definitely give -10. This place really needs to give all of their employees a class on customer service. Every time I visit this store I am treated rudely and like I am inconveniencing them by making them do their job. Every employee with the exception of a few has been rude to me at one point or another. My last visit I had bought a couple 2 liter bottles of mountain dew and when I grabbed my bags to leave one of the bags broke. And instead of helping the girl that bags my items laughed and said thats why Im not a bagger Im a cashier. Now I dont know any place that this is acceptable but I did not appreciate it. I dont believe I will be returning to this location or any of the locations if this is how employees are allowed to treat customers. Also since the virus has started I have noticed quite a few of the cashiers wearing their mask only over their mouth and not their nose or having the mass down below their chin while ringing people up. I understand that its uncomfortable but it is a requirement by law. I really believe that oak ridge really needs to review their employees and take a look at how theyre treating their customers or they will not be open long because people will not continue to shop there if treated this way.

Second time in a week stoped on my way home from work. And every where inside the store there were flys landing on everything the produce the meat the bread. I only bought stuff that was wrapped good. Something needs to be done to clean it up.

Always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. They always have what I am looking for. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. This is my favorite location by far. I travel to this location on the weekend to shop and it is over 20 minutes away from my home, it is closer where I work. I absolutely love love love this location.

Last three trips there I have seen the same two guys loitering in front of the store with backpacks and luggage bags on wheels. Once I navigated past them I walk in to see a group of employees (5 or 6, one was in not in a uniform not sure if an employee) celebrating blanket rolls? All the while two cashiers and one bagger are handling lines going down the isles. After i grabbed my 4 items, I went and stood in one of the two lines. I passed time by watching those employees having a great time by not working. As I left, and navigated past the luggage carrying people, i noticed a lady rolling luggage in the grocery parking lot seemingly trying to get away from one of the luggage rolling guys. Not sure what is going on with them. I did manage to then see some Live PD while a police unit was tracking a man on foot. No luggage. I do not see myself going back there very often in the future.

This is a ok market. Always smells like greasy chicken but its ok to go to in a pinch.

When unpacking my groceries, I was extremely upset. The bagger had put my Lunchmeat and charcoal lighter fluid in the same bag. 👿👿 I called Oakridge Market immediately and informed the manager of how their bagger had bagged my purchase. She apologized for the baggers incorrect precedure in bagging.

Decent market. More of a Mom and Pop feel, than a corporation. They allowed us to set-up and sell our Girl Scout Troops cookies, which was extremely helpful and considerate.

I just quit here as a cashier on Christmas eve. Have worked here for a year and a half. Heres what Ill say:Pros: Easiest job I ever had, most of my coworkers became my best friends, many regular customers, convenient to pick up food while I worked there.Cons: Registers are so outdated even with updates that I would have to restart my computer in front of customers daily. Unacceptable, unprofessional.Management had no structure, and seniority never mattered for baggers, cashiers, and stock. Rules were not consistent, and were enforced one day and not the next, giving me the impression that rules dont matter to anyone there.Zero security both in the physical location of the store, and with problematic customers. This place could be robbed easily.Poor marketing and misleading signs made customers constantly ask me for the prices of products because nothing was correctly labeled. If I didnt know, Id have to ask every person in the store for an answer- so ridiculous. This place lacks major organization.Disgusting, filthy environment for workers and customers alike. The ceiling is covered in mold and dust, and I developed an allergy and sneezed often. This is nasty for fresh food like produce to stay in! And in the winter, the air is so cold because they lack heat in the store that we have to wear our winter coats; my hands have gotten so dry/cold even with lotion that it cracked my finger tips and is starting to leave scars that hurt. I cant play piano or do normal hobbies because of these cuts from working there.

I come here to get my favorite fresh kielbasa. They have a fantastic fresh meat dept. Very clean & neat, lots of selections.

This store is great! 1.) People are nice 2.) Clean store 3.) Good prices 4.) Always have items in stock and 5.) Only place I can still find/buy refrigerated compressed yeast to make my Grandmas famous polish Babka bread!! Keep up good work!!! Love coming here and never any crowds!!!!
