Meijer isnt the best stocked store anyway, but this store is far and away the worst Ive been in. Out of everything. 10 and Schoenherr as well as 13 Mile and Little Mack far better stocked. Wont return.

We found most of what we were looking for, but the cashier had a horrible attitude. As we were unloading our cart, she told my sister that she needs to get off the phone and organize the merchandise. My sister told her that she organized it and I told her that she can talk to me if she has any questions. Then, she snapped at me when I asked her for some large bags. I told the manager.

Have been doing my shopping here for years. Prices have always been consistent. Never had a bad experience here. Jason is top notch in my book as a manager, feels like every time I’m in the store he’s here and manages the checkout properly. Pretty sure when I started coming to this store he was only a cashier. So kudos to him for climbing the ranks. Love this store.

Love the Meijer pick up option. Makes getting the best price easy. Saves a lot of time once you get accustomed to it. Plus you can add items to your order as you run out of things then order when you are ready

Meijer USED to be the premier place for one stop shopping, today lines backed up again. Bring back REAL BAGGERS, get rid of self checkouts and hire more people to actually stock, cashier, and clean. Go back to leading the industry as opposed to following Wal-Mart....

I love shopping here but they dont have my coffee creamer anymore.White chocolate raspberry coffee creamer is really good. I would love to find it again.

Meijer meijer meijer. What can I say about this place. Umm everything. Im pretty animate on going to the same places and meijer is my pick for groceries and every day needs. They have just about everything from groceries,, to animal needs,, to clothes,, medicine,, makeup,, house hold things, auto needs, you name it they probably have it. The store is almost always clean even in these hard short staffed times. Usually always stocked unless its a Friday and they usually restock on the weekends. Just cut them some slack everyone is short staffed. But still making due and rocking it out.

Place was very clean, including rest rooms. Found most items, but couldnt reach things on the upper shelves due to lack of stock pushed all the way to the back, climbed up a shelf! Need to have product grabbers! Could also use handheld product scanners rather than lift heavier items from the carts to the scanner. Assistant cashier was lovely & helped me with some items, plus packed some of my things.

This store was supposed to be holding an outdoor chair for me. I was trying to complete a set of 4. When I got there a few hours later, no one could find it. The service desk lied and said that they never found one for me in the first place. I know they did because the store manager had confirmed it on the phone.

Always easy to get what you need. The down side is, there are looking waits to check out.

Irma B helped us during a visit to party supplies department. She was very friendly and helpful. The store is also always clean and staff is nice.

Nice clean store, however did not have some of the items I was looking for. Super friendly staff!!!

Very smooth. All groceries were available!! Packaged well. Although, if getting heavy objects, ask to double bag, a couple of my bags split. Will shop with Meijer again curb side pick up. Two thumbs up.

The shelves are stocked, relatively clean, and the bottle section is always open when I have to take bottles back.

Love the self scan to ease the long lines. Clean, well lit, easy signage for aisles.

Not crowded tonight bought milk and eggs all fairly priced on the way to my car put the milk on my trunk milk slid Dow unto the parking lot , the milk half ended in the parking lot ah well

Pretty good Meijer. Many bakery items here compared to other Meijer stores.

Curbside pickup is splendid, and they like to throw us free samples.

Last week I was at the same Meijer and I went through the self checkout where I accidentally scanned my toilet paper twice. Once I got home I realized this happened and I spent $21 for nothing. I called and manager Brian told me to bring in the receipt and they would refund my money for the ghost toilet paper. They did as promised and I am very impressed.

Nice store! The shelfs are usually stocked good, its a safe environment, a clean store, with friendly and helpful staff also short wait time in checkout line even during the holidays and they also have products other stores dont have!!😊👍🏻👍🏻

One of the better Meijer stores in the area. Produce department very well stocked.

Here we are again on a busy Friday morning and there are only 2 manned lanes open with lines going down into the aisles..

This Meijer never has stocked shelves. Constantly out of items. Horrible when you have to go grocery shopping somewhere else after because they are out of so much. Doesnt matter what day you go or what time of day you go. This is so much dirtier than the Meijer on Groesbeck and the one on 16 mile.

Best Meijer around. Way better workers and products than at W**mart

Generally has a good selection and when comparing prices has been better than Kroger on many items.

This store is pretty clean and considering the times we are in pretty well stocked as well. Most departments I find stocked well with the exception of the crafting department. There is very little. This is not because of the times. Its been this way for years. There is very little yarn, most bernat. Rarely on sale. Ive seen the same balls of yarn not really moved from purchased months later. Theres hardly any other crafts either.

Meijers is one of those groceries that you can linger for a couple of hours,just perusing each isle and dept for the good deals and steals. I was on the hunt for a nice T-bone, one with good marbling, a Black Angus to be exact. Found it!!😜

Not as crowded as the other ones

Staff at this location is very rude. Store greeters should all be fired. Bathrooms are always very dirty. Store is disorganized and they are out of stock on many items. I will not be shopping here anymore. There is a brand new kroger just down the street much cleaner and better selections with a friendly staff.

As I was entering the store I have a service dog that I had put a blanket in the cart and put my service dog in it the person at the door was very rude and said. Loud you cant have that dog in the cart I understand the rules in the store have to be followed but that person needs to be informed about how to tell a person the right way I have never had this happen to me I do believe I will never stop there again

Took forever for the girl to come over and fix the self scanner. Otherwise it was a pretty good visit!

I got my Covid-19 vaccination. It took about 40 minutes because I had to wait 30 minutes to make sure I was okay. They have appointments scheduled every 10 minutes it worked out great.

Meijer always exceeds my expectations with fresh veggies fruits and other fresh produce. You can also find specialty Goods in their Bakery Deli and seafood area. They have delicious baked goods breads nuns cupcakes Bagels French bread and other cakes. Of course they have everything else from Electronics clothing Furniture groceries household items appliances and almost everything you can possibly think of.

Pick up procedure was super easy. And the associate that was doing the shopping for my order even called to ask about a substitution.

The only bad thing about this place is the price of the seasonal merchandise. Theyre always stocked and have a wide selection of home goods and groceries.

Either all of the workers I came across durring my visit were having an equally horrible day or that behavior is just the norm at this location. The Deli was particularly bad, there was a union rep talking to the employees (I understand the importance) but that left one slicer to man the counter and the hot bar. Aside from the lackadaisical attitudes it resulted in an unnecessarily confusing and frustrating experience. I usually dont shop at this location anyway.

I come here because its not scummy Walmart however sadly it seems like its on its way to being like Walmart.

I hate their curbside pickup. They never have what I ordered. They will text you that your order is ready for pickup and when you get there it will be about 30-45 minutes wait time. I can see if they have other vehicles in the lot, but one or two other vehicles? It doesnt take 45 minutes. This is the third time this has happened to me. Also when they close your trunk they will slam it hard. Sorry I will be doing my shopping in person from now on.

Love to buy groceries here. Way cheaper than Kroger and almost as competitive as Walmart in prices.

Went looking for thermal shirts and long underwear. Not a single piece. Also was looking for pajama bottoms. No such luck! Ugh!

On 5/5/21, checked online at Fraser store for HP 65XL Black ink cartridge. Said it was not in stock. Checked online at Fraser store for the smaller HP 65 Black ink cartridge. Said it was IN STOCK. Went there to buy a cartridge and NONE WERE ON DISPLAY! Couldnt find any store staff to ask them to check in storeroom for this cartridge. Left the store and went to Office Depot where I bought the larger HP 65XL Black ink cartridge!DONT TRUST MEIJER ONLINE ITEM LOOKUPS FOR ACCURATE INVENTORY INFORMATION!

Clean store. Good service. Good variety of food. More expensive than Walmart.

My second place favorite store affordable and organized. I love their chicken too.

My online ordering experience was the worst. I ordered a few products and one item had to be substituted which was fine with me. However, I was concerned that the customer service staff/employee that was finalizing my order could not tell me what my new total would be before accepting the alternative item. When I requested a different scent at the same price she came back with a product that was much more and finalized my order without me even approving the product first. For this to be a convenient service during a pandemic I was certainly very inconvenienced. I reviewed the electronic receipt sent to my account and none of the coupons/savings offered were applied. My order went from $15.23 from the original order to $47.xx. I was honestly disappointed at the entire process of Meijer pickup service. Not only did this void my experience but I also had to take my 18 month old out of the car to return items in store. I will never support this service with Meijer.

Not a bad place to go shopping

This store alone gets well over 1000.00$ of my money every month. Not any more. Allison that runs curb side tried to downplay that her employees are lazy and it isnt their job. Sheena told me I was an inconvenience to meijer because I asked to pay with my meijer credit card. She told me to do my own shopping or pay with a different card. They have missed bags from my order and still charged me, they dont give you a receipt if you pay with the card on file. They legitimately say things are out of stock every week. My next call is to corporate to cancel my card.

Guy at fuel station scanned a $100 winning lotto ticket and told me it was too much for him to cash out. So I tried a different fuel station and they said it was cashed out already. Hahahaha now I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes for a manager. Place is a joke.

A lot of empty selves after 9 pm

The store is always out of stock. For example, Honey Bunches of Oats, caramel apple cereal. Must be a top seller as you have been out of it for weeks. If a top seller order more of it so you dont run out. This is just one example. This is every week.

Good store, one of the cleaner and nicer ones. Just avoid Sunday nights, stock is always low, especially on bread and other fresh foods.

Too few registers open and too few employees as always. Price doesnt matter if its not in stock or you cant find it. Amazon will beat you on everything except customer service and if youre not careful that too.

No self checkout open and only 2 cash registers. Oh but dont worry they have two people standing at the door wiping down carts for you. I never leave reviews anywhere but Ive never seen 40 people waiting in line to checkout when there are 28 empty register lanes.

Went to this location and was at self check out. The sale items weren’t popping up on sale. Zachary at self check out on 7/22 10:30pm said he was calling someone.. He ignored us so we just paid for the items and the machine didn’t print a receipt. We waited, he came over and said “You can leave if you don’t want a receipt.” I replied “I would like a receipt, that’s why I’m standing here waiting for one.” He answered back with “I don’t know with people now days, some just stand here to see what’s wrong with the machine, I’m not sure what’s your deal.” He also kept saying “well I’m out of here in an hour.” Honestly I will never go back to this Meijer again.. It really doesn’t take much to do your job in customer service especially when someone was just asking for a price fix on a clearance item.. If you think that is someone being difficult you should probably go work somewhere you aren’t servicing customers. I’ve worked in customer service for 8 years and I would never handle a situation like that.. I won’t be shopping at this Meijer or probably any Meijer again.. I’ll go to Target. They keep their staff up to date on how to speak to customers and how to check and fix prices if the sale items ring up wrong..
