Never been to a store that a receipt was not given. I should not have to provide you an email address to receive a receipt. I still bought your product just left without purchase proof. Very sad you must steal privacy from your customers.

Bought a brand new pair of shoes from here and they are great quality. The guy that helped me out was very friendly and he had a positive attitude. We need more people like him in this world.

We were in the store today 2-20-19 to buy 2 pairs of shoes. Within 2 min in the store, the 2 women working said “screw that, I just be telling people we sold out” and then laughing. One of my sons, who has autism, was sitting patiently while his brother was looking at shoes, started to fidgit with one of the shoe size measure thing, just sliding the shifter slowly back and forth to stimulate himself and the woman came over and told him he’s not going to do that and put them under his chair and watched him as if she wanted to see him do it again. We left immediately. I refuse to give them my business.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and they knew a lot about the sneakers I was looking at. The prices seemed very reasonable and sometime cheaper than other stores.

This is a great place for copping your Jordan’s and Yeezys when they are lucky enough into get them.Several nice people here and nice selection of course.

Man! Its been awhile since Ive been to this stores and that day I finally went back I remember why I had stop going in the 1st place, BAD service. Employees talking among themselves which its ok along as you help customers out 1st, not after tour conversation with your coworkers. 2nd when you ask they just have this attitude that they dont want to work, they dont want to help so why even work at a place like this! So again never going back there again!!!

Shoes are defective would have to do without shoes for 2 weeks if wanted to get replacements. So no shoes unless a person wants to purchase another 120 dollar pair of shoes.

One guy tried to help. Manager, or person in charge was terrible. I will never go back! Drive to Opry Mills Footlocker instead and save yourself the trouble.
