Excellent customer service at Verizon wireless TCC in Franklin Lakes! I went in this week to get my daughter set up with a new phone. When I walked in the door, Omar greeted me and remembered me from the last time. We go there for all of our Verizon needs. I am not tech savvy and Omar was very patient with me, walked me through everything and was excellent at explaining everything to me. He spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated that. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the best deal. He not only set up my daughters phone but went above and beyond to adjust some things on my Verizon account also.This is the place to go to for all of your Verizon needs! You will not be disappointed!

For the best service and pricing, avoid Verizon Mall Stores and head to Franklin Lakes. Just walked out with 2 iPhone 12’s at roughly the same price as one. Uze looked into my options and made me aware of special pricing for my account. Hard to believe but true and my delight with the service here grew further when he flawlessly moved all data and apps from my 2 old phones to new ones. He also took responsibility for returning the old phones for credit.This is the place to go for Verizon cell service. You will not be disappointed!

This is the absolute best Verizon store I’ve ever dealt with. Mine and my friends and family have had the utmost respect and care from an employee Franco. He goes out of his way to explain things and tell you what’s best suited for you. He has stayed when store was closed many times to insure we were all satisfied. Went store to find out a problem with iPhone, thought it was on the fritz, Franco, looked at the cell phone and checked it out. The cell just needed a new battery. Instead of telling me, I needed a new cell or recommending an expensive repair job. I just needed to replace the battery! Great customer service & Integrity on the part of Franco! Now I go to the Franklin Lakes store to update my plans and get whatever accessories I may need. I once had to wait when he was with other customers. Was having problems with my iPhone and wasnt having much success at other Verizon stores in the area. Decided to give this store a shot... and I am very happy I did. I quickly received a new phone and they answered all and every question I had. They were also able to switch me to a much cheaper plan being that it was geared more towards what I was using anyway. I highly recommend going to this store, as I will make the commute to this store in the future anytime I need something Verizon related. A+

Franco is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He’s helped me with whatever phone issue I was having and always answers truthfully. I even sent my mom to him when she was having issues with my sisters phone on their line and he got it taken care of. Franco is always friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone his way.

I went in and a young man named Elvis helped me navigate with my phone issue. He was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about all the services Verizon offers. The feedback from Elvis and the staff was so positive that I ended up upgrading to a newer phone.

I came in here to ask a question about my phone, even though my carrier was not Verizon they gladly helped me out and told me If i ever had any questions to please stop by I was never greeted with such professionalism at a phone store, so i ended up switching my business account to Verizon because of the young representative named Elvis.

Nothing to do with Bluetooth or my car. So they could not have been any more unfriendly or unhelpful and rude. Employee was actually doing nothing when I walked in. Customer service does not exist here. Made me feel like trash because I needed help with my phone. Yep i was there on 9/20/18, and there were no other customers in the store. Thanks for nothing, sorry i took up any of your seconds on this earth . No problem I went to the Verizon store near my home and they took care of my problem in 5 minutes with pleasure and there were other customers in the store at the time! Hello was not there for help with a Bluetooth in my car!!!!!
