I was directed to this location by the Midland Park T-Mobile location because my phone will not power on and they said their Sprint computer was down. The store manager at this location, Jessel, was not very helpful. She pulled out the chip and looked into the phone with a flashlight, placed it back in, then tried to power on my phone and it still did not turn on. I was the only customer in the store, and rather than assist me with filing a claim, she handed me an Asurian pamphlet, told me to take it to the Apple store and that if they couldnt fix it, I should call Asurian and file a claim. I went to Apple and was informed that I would have to pay for any repairs that were performed by Apple and that they were not sure why T-Mobile would have sent me there.

All of the workers are knowledgeable, however, do not trust this place. I don’t know the workers name, but he offered me money for my old cracked phone. He told me specifically that the credit given for my old phone will show up over the course of a couple months on my phone bill. The credit never appeared. I found it strange that he was offering me money for a phone that was completely cracked since T-Mobile or Apple will not give you any sort of credit if your phone is cracked. I started to put two and two together and realized that he most likely took my phone to resell or use for his own person use. Never trusting this place again.

Horrible! Do not listen to anything they say. I switched to TMobile and was told I would get all of these great benefits, including a free iPhone. When I started getting charged for the iPhone, I called to complain and they denied that they agreed to giving me the phone free of charge. A year later, and I am still paying for the phone. I finally switched back to Verizon and couldn’t be happier.

Mohit and Alip did an incredible job giving me advice and helping me pick out a new phone. All my questions were answered and everything was taken care of in no time. Highly recommend this store.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately we didnt end up signing up because the phones that we had were not compatible. But they were upfront and polite, unlike the previous T-Mobile store that I had been to. At that store, they told me that our phones would definitely work and then proceeded to try and sell me a new phone that I didnt want.

Me and my husband tried to like this service but were very much let down. The prices are amazing but the coverage in the Oakland/Franklin lakes areas is spotty at best. Sadly we had to go back to Verizon.

NEVER AGAIN! My family and I were offered an amazing plan from the salesmen at T-mobile in town if we were willing to switch from Verizon. They offered us all these amazing deals, promised to pay off our current iphones, give us free Netflix, waive our activation fee, etc. They threw out so many benefits to us that it felt like a no brainer to switch. BUT DO NOT BE FOOLED! These were all empty promises. Once we signed up, they refused to waive our activation fees. They enlisted us in their Magenta Plus plan (which of course was more expensive than the other plans they offer) and refused to downgrade us. They tried to upsell us at every point through the process. It was a complete nightmare!! We ended up calling corporate to tell them what happened and they were kind enough to sort out some of the problems, but we still got stuck paying for a lot more than what we were originally promised.They are doing dirty business and I would never trust them again!

I switched from Verizon to T mobile and couldnt be happier.They bought my equipment and I came to T mobile without those charges, went from $319 a month to $170! I am not happy with the service me and my boyfriend got from this store. It wasnt after we switched to your company that we were informed that they didnt have the phones we wanted. We spent two days without phones.

Guy that knew what he was doing was sitting in the back doing nothing while the person helping me who was told if he wasn’t sure to ask ran my credit tried to give me a plan I didn’t ask for until I told him I wanted another one and then tried to run my credit again because he backed out of my order I’d rather go to a store where they actually care about the customer don’t use this place

The people at this store are the worst. From the man who runs the store to the black gentleman who assisted me. They kept me here for hours, charged me money and only for all the orders to cancel. I still got billed and had to jump through hoops and visit another store to have the charges reversed. I dont recommend anyone this store. They are highly unprofessional.
