They have great service and I an trying a different product, trying Urethane Trim Enamel. I hope its as good as oil base.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Tried to use the online order system, step 2 would simply repeat and repeat without taking the order. Drove to the store and was charged $6 more than the online sales price. When I noticed the discrepancy I took the product back to the store and rather than refund the difference the manager made several nonsensical excuses. It became obvious that he just wanted me to go away and take my business elsewhere. After returning the product I drove across town to Lowes where I found satisfaction.

Very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of products. Their paint quality is second to none. It is worth the extra price over the paint in a big box store. I go with the Emerald and there are hardly any fumes and it is extremely durable. One coat is all you need!Wait for the 30 to 40 percent off coupons before purchasing paint if you can. They come around every few months it seems.They also keep a record of your paint purchases in case you need to get some more of the same color at a later date and you no longer have your old paint can or color sample.

Look for David - hes fantastic in that nothing is a dumb question and he has unfathomable knowledge of paints and compliments. I have never waited more than five minutes for help here. Best-in-class material quality.

Great customer service, Matt was awesome! I had an issue with paint that I had bought a year ago; I didnt like the color at all! And Matt made me new paint and helped me get what I really wanted!

Was at the counter. Employee didnt know how to add my name. So he answered a phone call went in search of whatever the phone caller wanted and there I stood waiting and waiting. Cost of samples are ridiculou. Nope not ever ever going back nor will I recommend to any other!!!!!!!

Less helpful then most stores. Ive herd we cant do that or we dont have that here more than any other pain store Ive ever been to. Save yourself some time and just go to Versailles or Shelbyville.

Got $3.50 off a gallon of paint that was marked for $34.99. I think that was good.

Theyre good at color-matching. Lots of painting equipment available. Only downside is the paint price.
