My sister had just got out of a coma & got prescription from her doctor, my sister had her foot removed… the pharmacy acted like they didn’t have her medication when they did. She said wait an hour, of course no big deal… I go threw in an hour she said “ ha, not ready sorry, you can wait another hour!”I’m disappointed in how people get treated over medication they’re prescribed to help them! I’ve never experienced how rude people can be for people who are trying to live their lives better & be better. They’ve treated my sister like she was trash today & I’m in complete shock!I feel so bad for my sister cause it had her so upset. It’s sad that a pharmacist feels like she’s over a doctor & wants to abuse her power to be rude & cruel to people who are just trying to better themselves!Again I’ve never been on any type of medication so I didn’t understand until today & I’ve never felt so bad for my sister…. No one should be treated that way no matter what medications they are prescribed! I’ve never been more disappointed & absolutely disgusted! 💔💔💔

I gave this Kroger 5 stars 3 years ago, but they have not lived up to the rating, so here I go with a revision.They consistently are out of stock on certain items, which I can find at Walmart.They rarely have more than 1 or 2 checkouts open at any given time.The clicklist team will mark something as unavailable with no substitution, but if I return an hour later, the shelf is fully stocked in that item.The last 2 times Ive stopped by the restroom, they werent clean and there was no paper towels.I dont know what the problem is, but Im about to start taking my business elsewhere.

I’m a regular customer & I’m always at the Starbucks to get my mid-day coffee, I don’t usually post reviews. I think it’s important to post a review about the Starbucks having flies & bugs all over their food… I never really realized until I had a closer look at what the black little dots were today.. when I told the Starbucks cashier lady she told me & I quote “I’m sorry about that, but don’t tell me how to do my job”. VERY unprofessional, ive worked fast food & I know first hand how customers can be believe me, but this was very unprofessional & also the lady that works as the Starbucks cashier with the piercing in her face is very rude as well , you greet customers when they come up to purchase something.. not wait until they ask YOU how your doing… very disappointed & I’ll be taking my services elsewhere.

I like Krogers on the East Side best bc they always seem to have what I need. I live in the on the West side of town. The people are very nice on this side also

Typical average grocery. It’s not great buts it’s not bad. Easy to find products and friendly staff. This place can use a little bit of cleaning as far as the grocery floor goes. It’s always busy so the staff probably just doesn’t have the time or man power to help customers. Sweeping is probably last on the “to do” list.

Got what I needed and self checked out fast.

Used to love this Kroger but lately it seems they have pushed customer service to the side. When a cashier closes a uscan area at 20 minutes til closing that side and she can just stand there doing nothing but getting paid for being on her phone or the doors get locked 15 minutes early and no one notifies the customers over the intercom maybe its time to re-evaluate your night time employees and managers

Checkouts was backed up to ale 21!!!!!There was 27 people in line at Kroger at 3:00..They lost half of their staff up front literally because they were college kids back to school.so they are very short-handed right now ... I had to leave my groceries bc I would have ended up being late for work it took people 45 minutes to check out .

There is a coin exchange machine. I received a slip showing the amount. I was told to take it to a customer service. At the checkout I had to leave all my groceries and to go to the service center. Why cannot the slip go thru at the check out . I stood for another 27 minutes to pay. Customer service has gone out the window. All self checkouts have not worked in other cities. Please dont have it here!

Best place in Kentucky to buy anything music related..Top of the line selections ! If they dont have it you dont need it! Store owner is top quality very knowledgeable... And helpful....Long time shopper at this location it was called cut corner records back when I started shopping in the 1980s..stay away from big box stores. They dont know anything about music...never have what you want anyway.. CD.CENTRAL- #1 choise !!!

My family and I have always had pleasant experiences with Kroger. Even when there was once I an issue with an order on-line, the management was quick to fix the issue, and went above and beyond in their care and customer satisfaction! I cannot recommend this place enough for satisfying your family’s appetite!

Clean and Neat the workers stoking the shelfs was helpful and polite. Some prices are pretty cheap.

Since the pandemic there vegetables and fruits has been disgusting moldy just nasty I wish I can give no stars. I go save a lot before I I by veggies from them again.

Busy but clean and relatively quiet. Prices reasonable, several sales. Staff are friendly despite stress of holiday shoppers.

Many times we have shopped at Kroger on Versailles Rd in Frankfort and they continue to allow customers to shop without wearing masks as mandated by the state. Please have some courage and tell these customers to either wear a mask or shop elsewhere, if not for your customers, then for your employees.

Great customer service they have pretty much anything you need from there they are very nice and helpful if you need any help or advice....my favorite kroger 😁 is the Eastside the westsides store is not the best I dont prefer to go there at all!!!

When someone is in a regular line & you ask them to use your self checkout if they say they not like self checkout then not make them feel like they have to use your self checkout thats not right at all

It has self checkout and has anything I want which means I can do all my shopping in one store .

Overall great store, but sometimes the line for pickup is really long and the parking lot is not designed to accommodate such traffic.

Always a clean well stocked store. Always run a little short on come products but other than that nothing bad to say. Employees are always super nice and helpful!

I placed an order online for 4 party platters at the Franklin Square Kroger. One platter, a condiments tray, isnt available to chose on the website so I added it in the comments section of my order. When I went to pick them up, the condiments tray wasnt done. The girl helping me got her manager who looked at my order and said that he had not noticed the comment section on my order. That was all he said. Didnt offer to make one, or offer me a discount or anything. The platters they did were good, but the sandwiches would have been better with the condiments tray. I work in another Kroger and I was disappointed by the lack of caring that they messed up my order. I spent over $100 and I didnt even receive an apology. Guess I should have ordered from the Kroger where I work.

This is my favorite Kroger in Kentucky. It has very friendly staff and only food, which it better than the ridiculously large Krogers with unnecessary things in them. Everything is easy to find and the parking lot is not super crowded.

Very well maintained store. Mike in the meat department is excellent. They would steam cook whatever fish you wanted at no additional cost, but Mike recently left and the other employees in the meat department claim they do not know how to operate the steam cooker so that was disappointing. Im hoping they were taught!

This pharmacy is the best. We had a really expensive prescription called in by our doctor and Shondiste helped get the price down to a reasonable amount. She was so nice and helpful!

If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would. The employees at the front have the worst customer service ever. Especially the older (white) lady that works at self-checkout (will get her name next time.) I can’t wait until Aldi opens.

Its the first time weve been in a Kroger, we dont have them in Miami, Fl. It was excellent. Very clean, great cuts of meat, everything your looking for in one store. Reminded me of a Whole Foods but with better prices. Friendly employees.

I would drop a 5 star rating here honestly if they had never done that dumb reset. Theyve dropped some of my favorite items and the store is literally smaller now with no selection like before. So hopefully theyll either pick some items back up off feedback or theyll literally start loosing customers. My biggest complaint was that they moved the milk from the beverage cooler in the front of the store.

The employees are great, the store is usually stocked well, it is a clean & friendly environment. The produce section is great and there is always a nice selection. I think they have the best fruit in town. They are just good people

Ever since they stopped being open 24hrs a day, the shelves are never stocked. I buy a lot of the Simple Truth products, but they are almost never available now. Just the other day I asked a stocker in the dairy department about Simple Truth butter, and he acted as if I was bothering him. Rude associates and no product on the shelves. I will be going to Walmart from now on, which is sad because I loathe Walmart.

We went to Kroger to pick up our groceries and daily needs. It was about 8:45pm that we entered the store and in this pandemic, as we are not going out too frequently, there was little too much shopping ran and we ran late by two minutes(9:02pm) to the self checkout counter. The Kroger member denied us in checking out the products and asked us to place the cart over there as we are late. Surprisingly, he allowed another American guy after us to check out. Pathetic experience.

This Kroger is so much better than the Westside Kroger. They have great prices at the liquor store compared to other places as well. The grocery has some products that the west side doesnt.

This is the worst Kroger Ive ever been in. This review is specifically for the pharmacy though, since they wont allow me to speak with a manager. The staff at the pharmacy are some of the rudest most unfriendly people Ive encountered in retail. They constantly botch refill times. Cannot have orders completed when promised.... lines are long, service is terrible and the pharmacist who works weekends is the most arrogant nasty woman Ive seen working with the public in a long time. Today was the end of the line for me, Ill take my business happily to Walgreens.

I hate this Kroger. The parking spaces are too narrow. The aisles are too narrow. I get angry 5 minutes into the store. It used to be reasonable a long time ago. But then they remodeled and raised the prices considerably. Krogers is a joke anymore.

I will probably always shop at Kroger BUT I have to share my recent experience with the hire process. I am very qualified. Ive worked at whole foods and Walmart, I have managed stores. I know ALOT about grocery stores. I also know alot about being understanding and personable. At this particular store Ive NEVER been treated so disrespectful before. Im upbeat bubbly and extremely positive mainly all of the time. So when I went in for my first interview and they didnt know about it I didnt think anything of it no big deal. A manager named Lori was so amazing. She was interested in what I had to say what I wanted and VERY involved with her department. She isnt the hiring manager tho so I understand i had to come back. Again. The next day. I have a 10 month old child and another part time job so Im a busy girl but I made time. And when I arrived the next day I knew who I was supposed to meet with. Her name was Shay. I saw her right away and walked up to her. I didnt want to interrupt her conversation so I waited politely.. she would glance up at me occasionally and ignore me completely which is ok she mustve not been aware Again that I was coming. She eventually after her conversation was over snapped her head back at me and said Can I help you extremely rude. I said Ihave an interview with you today and she said what time is the interview I said 4 and it was 355. She said have a seat. So I did. Then a little bit later Lori told her I was the one she was talking about. Lori also explained to me how she has multiple positions available. And I knew for a fact a few other positions where available. So we go in the room and I hope this woman was having a bad day because she was AWFUL! she interupted me multiple times telling me she did NOT want details only descriptions. Her exact words where I dont need to know all of that her attitude during the whole thing was completely negative. Shed smack her hand on the table and complain I wasnt giving her what she was asking for which I was. She did not care about what I was saying at all. She was the rudest person in management Ive ever seen. The end of the interview came and she said to come back AGAIN the next day for a 3rd Interview. With Diane. And she said she will let me know if I got the job or not. And honestly I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a bad day because I would NEVER work for someone that treated me like that EVER! I dont care if shes the CEO of the company I dont deserve to be disrespected. So I go in the 3rd day in a row for the interview and Diane was super nice. We got along very well and she said she didnt see why I wouldnt be hired and I went ahead and filled out paperwork and she said she is pretty sure I was going to start in about a week. So I was excited cause I do like Kroger. She then said to call the next day and make sure the background check was getting put through and all that but her exact words where I dont see why we wouldnt get you on here your a good fit for Kroger she talked to me about the benefits and all the amazing things they offer really got me excited. So when the next day came I called and immediately was heart broken. Diane got on the phone and I said hey its me I just wanted to make sure everything was a go? And all she had to say was the position was filled even tho Lori told me multiple people where quitting. I think its fine if you dont like me and dont want to hire me but I wasted 4 days and alot of hopes with getting hired. Not to mention the disappointment in Shays unprofessional attitude that really upset me. Ultimately I didnt need this job. I wanted to find a business family and dedicate my self to them and for not for money but to move up in a company. 4 days in a row with no pay is no big deal but it was my time that was wasted and Im sad it ended this way. I pray that NO ONE will have to experience what I went through. I have EXTREMELY tough skin and have learned to act professionally and Im glad I did. I was the only one. Besides Lori of course.

Pick list from this store is a joke. So are the workers, called for help and they talked to me like a child and hung up on me.

They do not keep their shelves stocked well. Many times when I go there to shop, they do not have items on their shelves. I will give them Fair on their rating. I have really noticed this the last 6 months or longer. It is very frustrating. This is not just an overnight thing. I go back to get a specific item several days later, and they still dont have have it on the shelf. This is Brighton Park location. Dont know about store on other side of town. I am not the only one who had noticed this. Others have told me they are experiencing the same problem. It appears to be poor management of inventory and restocking of shelves. You asked...I have told you.

The pharmacy has duel widows yet only uses one. I went to the outside lane and the girl says to me.. are you dropping off because unfortunately we cant send prescriptions thru they get stuck. SOMEONE SHOULD POST A SIGN.. DROP OFFS ONLY

Dropped a prescription off at Kroger, the young lady had no personality at all, not a people person, said to come back in 45 minutes, I waited an hour and 20 min. An older lady waited on me said it was goung to he about 30 min., then she ask me to leave thedrive thru, so I pulled around and got back in line. This time the antibiotic was written wrong so I told her to just give me the cough medicine and she disappeared for 10 min. and a young man then waited on me. Not a good experience when your sick and dont feel well any way. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy for your not so excellent service.

Black mold on shelves where milk is kept. Bags are open in chip aisle. One of the dirtiest stores I have been in. Major heath code violations. I am reporting this place to the U.S. Department of Health. Black mold will kill someone very fast.

I created a quick list for my husband to pick up. After loading our groceries, he began to leave. The worker stared he had to orders. He addressed this and they said it was his. As we were un packing , they had doubled our entive order except the dog food and pick up fee. I spoke with the manager, he said to bring one back and they would refund. This may be ok for some but I pray I have never bought food that has been brought back. Store is on Versailles rd in Franfort Kentucky on the east side. This will be mine and our farms last vist. We started using this due to my ling cancer. Thank you for my ranting!!!
