Prices mostly pretty good. Only 1 man 1 women have not been a good experience for me. Everyone else has been very nice.

Great grocery store always something on sale from bottled water to T-bone steaks. They have a deli, frozen food, freshly made bread daily and vegetable and fruit section for those healthy home cook meal ideals. Staff is very friendly and helpful and plenty of parking.

Great place with lower prices. Not as big of a store as most grocery chains, but still quite a bit of variety. Regular price here is generally still better than most grocery store sale prices.

Where to begin? My girlfriend and I went one night after work to check out the store. I have not seen a grocery store so empty before. I honestly thought we arrived there as soon as they were about to close (mind you, it is 7:30pm).We looked around and found some good items. But, something just did not feel right. I checked each price of everything that we grabbed and realized that everything was double in price as compared to our local store of Stracks. Not even Marianos was that expensive.So we pressed on. Seeing a pack of ground beef (2lb at least) for $15. Ummm....no.We went by the produce department and could not believe the state that it was in. For starters, you are able to smell the fruit. Not a good sign. Usually means the fruit is going bad and needs to be culled, restocked, and rotated. Then the fruit themselves were wrinkly and withering. For a store to have “Fruit Market” in its name on display and have produce looking the way it did, it honestly felt like the store just gave up. It has a lot of potential.I ended up discovering another grocery store down the street that I go to now (Brookhaven Marketplace).

Lazy management and employees! Not helpful at all. Employees prefer to chit chat with each other instead of assisting customers. Mind you there are no customers in line during the weekday. Impressive and not in a good way. This store won’t be open for long. Walt’s closed and I expect the same here.

Butera Market Frankfort seniors can receive a 10 percent discount on Tuesdays. This discount starts on May 4 2021. Informed by management this really started on April 27 but some employees didnt know.

I like this store. They have good prices on meat and produce. They have specialty items at good prices too. Everything is fresh. Its clean and well kept. I like the associates, they are nice.

I love this place! Their meat and produce prices put the other grocery stores in town to shame. And they have a great selection of ethnic foods for those of us who like to try new things. Hands down my favorite grocery store in the Lincoln Way area.

The store was not ready for shoppers. Rotisserie chicken not on. They dont start cooking until 10a.m. early shopping for vunerable is 7 to 9. I guess we dont count. Had to maneuver about many pallets. It will be a long time before I shop there again.

Rude mgmt. Standing by door 15 min before closing, ready to kick you out at 5 until close! Deli, baked goods.

Friendly and helpful staff, store is clean and usually has very good sales with items in stock. Not always the best quality produce. The only other thing thats a bit of a negative for me is the store is in need of some updating. I feel like Im still walking into Walts ... and I wasnt fond of Walts. I think all they did was take down any signage relating to Walts and re-opened as Butera. Not that Walts was terribly bad, but it catered more to a specific group. If Butera wants to attract the younger shoppers, this store needs to be refreshed, some updated paint colors go a long way. Theres been a 3/4 inch drop-off in the floor (from the tile and cement coming up) as you enter the store through the sliding doors that has been there since Walts ran the store. Still there. Not the best first impression. I do like shopping here, I just think for long term survival in such a competitive area, Butera needs to take it up a notch and make the store more inviting.

Well organized. Kinda far but some of the sales are worth the drive.

Excellent fresh meats at reasonable prices. Produce selection is superb and visually appealing display. Most aisle items are much higher than other stores in the area though. Shop the outter perimeters (deli, bakery, produce and meats) for the savings.

I do miss Walts - thats first and foremost. Although, a lot of the same employees are working at the store. Pro - I do like that there are more ethnic food choices. Con - and a BIG one - check your receipt before leaving the store! The first time I shopped after they opened, they had advertised pizzas (cant remember the brand) on sale for $1.99 each. I bought well over $100 in groceries and it wasnt until after I got home, unloaded, put all of the groceries away that I bothered to look at my receipt - I was charged $5.99 for each pizza! I bought 4 of them, but because I had already removed them from their boxes and tossed them, I didnt bring them back for a refund.What I DID learn was that every time I shop there, I check my receipt before leaving the store. And EVERY SINGLE TIME, there is at least one item that didnt ring up at the sale price. Ive shopped there less than 10 times, and because of this sale price issue, I just prefer to shop elsewhere - somewhere where they have their sale prices down pat.Just disappointed.

Most items were available that I was shopping for, but there were empty shelves for cleaning supples. My biggest issue, however, and why I am writing this review, was that the cashier who rang up my groceries stood there after everything was bagged and paid for, and she watched this 75-year-old senior citizen load ALL 20 bags myself into the cart to take out. She never lifted one finger to put a single bag into the cart. She just stood and watched me, while complaining about her mask making her hot. Appalling customer service.........:

Their sale prices are very low , its a great grocery store, no high tech shopping or lights in store , just very good groceries and employees are helpful and profesional . Very good deli meats. Great produce

Buteras seems to be improving each time I go grocery shopping. Their prices are some of the lowest around here & did not sacrifice service or items. The store is also very clean.

Ok but a little over priced which shocked me.

Potatoes were a bargain. Chicken was down right cheap and looked very good. Volpi Prosciutto for under 10 bucks a pound! Clean, organized and inexpensive!

This place is great, its the ignorant customer that I have noticed waiting on deli. Hey news alert they have to cut your order, and when the guy in front of you orders 15 lbs of deli in half pound bags, hes ignorant. If you can do it better than apply for a job in a deli. The sales are amazing, best produce and meat prices around. If youre going to shop here be patient and remember that we all are human and have feelings. Otherwise you can shop elsewhere. Its just groceries, its not life or death. Geez

This is a modern supermarket with an extensive variety of food. You can even buy wine here and eat lunch at the buffet.

The Dali is ran by little kids.Management does not know how to manage.

Only store open Christmas Day and I truly appreciate them for that.

It was fine. I did notice that when there is 1 customer at the deli there is 3 or 4 workers. When there is 4 customers theres 1 deli worker. I wish you could fix that.

There are 4 other delis within a half mile from you. Why in the world would you charge me a $1.00 more to have my half pound of Ham shaved. AND THAT WAS ALL I ORDERED! So, No, it didnt take you more time because I waited 20 minutes for the lady in front of me and her 7 orders. IT MAKES NO SENSE! Poor poor customer service I will be shopping elsewhere. Its not like I dont have anymore options in Frankfort.

Meat market ? Closed at 5pm on a Friday? Most meats on sale not there. Deli counter one person serving people two girls cleaning up at 6pm and one lady asks why only one guy serving and you and the other girl cleaning up and a snippy response from the girl was we close at 9 we need to clean. Clean? 3 hours early? I had number 58 the number 55 was being served. 35 minutes later lol I got served with half the sale lunch meat and cheese sold out. What a joke, by the way 3/4 of the people just left being tired of waiting.
