Easy for me I am a buzz cut....but if you have an appointment I would expect to keep it. I had to have someone else do it a few time. Part of the reason of having an appointment is you get who you want. While it is only a buzz cut, some are better than others....stragglers

Trezure is amazing. She was talking about moving and I am so, so glad she changed her mind because its so hard to find someone who understands my hair, plus shes so sweet and I really enjoy talking to her at my appointments.

I’ve went into this haircut place many many times and they never messed up but these new people now are messing up my hair, one lady didn’t even finish me up it only took me to get home to realize it. And a pregnant lady working in the front did not have her mask on, working around people without a mask, and she neither asked for me temp. I don’t want to leave this place but if they can’t follow COVID restrictions and not finish up their clients nicely I’ll go find a better place.

It wasnt very good are you kidding me a 25.00 hair cut for my son payed 50.00 was to pay for another hair cut but charged the other person so got a tip of 25.00 wasnt in the chair 10 mins.Crazy!🤨

EDIT: This was originally a 1-star review. However, I received a phone call from one of the managers, Jamie, who offered to stay after hours to fix my hair. She washed, re-cut, dried, and then texturized when it was dry, all with more grace and skill than my original stylist. While the haircut is still not what I had originally wanted, Jamie took a horrible situation and made it 10x better. If you are going to try out a hair cut here, ask for Jamie!——————In all seriousness, this was the worst hair cut Ive ever received. I needed a trim and some face framing, and it now looks like I put a bowl on my head and tried to cut it myself. I didnt ask for it to be fixed, because a) there is too much chopped off now for me to be comfortable going any shorter to fix it, and b) I dont think that they are capable of fixing it. Wholeheartedly do not recommend this place.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I would say I got a decent haircut. But when I went to pay, I did not have my debit card with me now I own that was my fault. So the stylist, offered to let me pay by Venmo. She “confirmed” her account on my phone and I paid $45, but she said she didn’t get it. By this time my daughter arrived with my debit card and I am an honest person and I wanted t make sure I paid for the service I received. I paid the salon with my debit card (another $45) with the agreement that Treazure Barrett would refund my Venmo $45. SHE NEVER DID! Multiple texts and excuses later and she has not refunded me the $45. So basically Treazure got a sweet $65 tip for a $25 haircut. It may not seem like a lot of money, but it is the principle. I will not be returning to this salon and will be looking for a business with honest employees to give my hard earned money to.Update. I received a call today from a lovely nice lady at the salon who reimbursed me my $45 on behalf of the salon. I will update my rating of Fantastic Sams for sure!! I would still us caution with interactions with Treazure. Thank you Fantastic Sams, for making it right.6/8/21 I was just contacted by Treazure who offered to refund me on Venmo. Gave them a second chance after having a horrible experience must say Jamie knows how to cut hair didn’t really even have to tell her what I wanted she just knew what she was doing. I’m very satisfied on other hand have not found anyone there that can cut my husbands hair right. It’s 5 stars for Jamie but the 2 stars is for how hard it is to find someone that can cut my husbands hair at this location. Thank you for the amazing haircut Jamie. My only complaint would be to the two times my husband gave this place a try and both times he had to come home and shave his head

Was not aware that Tuesday s was Senior Day so had appt but had to wait little longer than normal.i would recommend my friends

I decided to give this place a try because it is a lot closer to my house then where I usually go and I was in a bit of a time crunch today. I asked for a high fade and Im not pleased with what I got. She faded it on one side, but the other side was just cut high. It did not blend well at all. I also had to ask to see the back of my head because it didnt look right from the front, and when I looked there was an entire patch on the back of my head that was not blended at all. Several hairs were left uncut in the part that was supposed to be a 1. My wife had to fix the back hair line because it was not straight and is still different lengths. I asked to have my sideburns squared and evened out, they were not even. The menu lists a shampoo massage, razor neck shave, and hot towel treatment that are supposed to be included with a mens haircut. These were not offered to me, and when I asked about them as I was getting ready to pay I was told oh we can do those now if you want. Are these only offered upon request? If so that should be listed on the menu as well.

Really like the ladies that cut and style here. Usually pretty easy to get an appointment too.

First my husband got a fade today he ended up having to come home and fix his hair himself. He shaved it down she didn’t blend it well at all. Next the lady who cut my hair was very sweet but obviously was in a rush and one side of my hair is longer than the other and I asked for side bangs and she never did my bangs! Be aware this is not the place you want to get your haircut weather you are a man or a female! Stay away go else where

I was insulted throughout my haircut then charged extra for being a difficult cut. The word matted was uses constantly. I do not have matted hair!! My face frame layers are at all even either. The stylist Sarah didnt even tell me, she had the receptionist tell me. Ive never had an issue like this before. I literally left crying. Ariel however rectified the situation in the end. I normally go to a higher end salon but needed a cut since my stylist moved away. Should have known better.

This is my first time here and stylist Ariel was AMAZING! She was fun and very nice and did an amazing job on my hair I left the salon feeling fresh and fabulous like a celebrity. Much needed after this long quarantine she took her time and made she that my cut and color were perfect and I couldn’t be happier.

Had an amazing experience yesterday with Trezure. I was very worried about my damaged hair, two weeks ago I got a trim from a different salon. The trim resembled a mullet and I still had frizzy, dry hair from dyeing. I let Trezure know my concerns and asked if we could even it all to one length that would be awesome. She did that and more, my hair looks fantastic. I will probably never grow my hair out again because how much I love the style and length! The last place I went to I was in and out within ten minutes and left with wet not styled hair. Yesterday I left with styled, healthy feeling hair! Cant thank you enough! I will be back!

My hair cut started out ok but as it progressed my stylist got obviously frustrated and annoyed with the fact that she had to stop cutting my hair to answer the phone and check people in stating that the receptionist had went home since they werent busy. It was obvious when I made it home that she missed places in my hair due to the fact theres still split ends all through my hair that couldnt have been layered correctly if Im finding as many as I am. If i ever go back here Ill be sure to check my hair thoroughly before leave.

The lady that cut my hair did not do anything that I asked her to except cut it to the length I wanted. The hair color was nothing like how I wanted it, and I showed her a picture beforehand to make sure she could do the correct color. She basically ended up doing what she thought would look good, instead of what I, the paying customer, wanted. The whole process took about 4 hours, when it should have only taken around 2, as it does at every other hair salon Ive ever been to. I was also charged $115 for everything, when Ive only ever been charged around $55, at the most, at any other Fantastic Sams Ive been to, for a cut and color. Will definitely not be back to this specific salon.

I’m originally from New York and I’m new to Colorado so i got a hard time looking for a new hair dresser, i went to a salon called Bishop’s haircut and I left a review there for them because it was my first time coming out after a 3 months being lock inside my house and it was the worst salon experience in my whole life.And then on the same day i went to this salon to get my hair fix and I’m so lucky to have found TREASURE she was very nice , professional, very understanding, and she really knows what’s she’s doing and i was happy how she made my hair from having. A bad haircut to this amazing Bob cut. I had my daughters hair cut just yesterday. I had it layered because it’s so thick, and we needed It thinned out. The stylist that cut her hair didn’t even check with me before she moved on to the next person in line. I had my hair cut at the same time and didn’t thoroughly check her hair before we left. Last night I realized we should add more layers because there wasn’t really any difference. I called the salon first thing this morning and was told that because there was technically nothing wrong with the haircut, I’d have to pay to have her hair cut again. I gave a three star review because my hair was actually cut very nicely.***Edited to add:The person who took my call about the haircut was named Michelle. After checking my receipt, the person who cut my daughters hair was also named Michelle. I was also charged for two adult haircuts; Is a 12-year-old considered an adult? I will definitely not be going back and I will let all of my new neighbors know (I live in a new development up the street), that childrens haircuts are $20.

They messed up my hair horribly after i told her i wanted it to my shoulders. the lady with the blue hair cut it almost up to my chin. i couldn’t get a refund, and they offered a few free haircuts as if anyone wants to go back there. don’t go here, worst haircut i’ve ever gotten.

Went with my daughter today. She had a good experience getting haircut, although the woman didnt want to touch my daughters hair much because it was oily. And while I was seated waiting on her to get done, there was a stylist there who was completely bashing the military. That is completely unacceptable in a military town. I will never go back. My daughter can go on her own if she decides to go there again. And, why cant you ever keep the same employees?????

I had an appointment and was told that the person in front of me had added extra services and i would have to wait another 1/2 hour. I explained that I had other appointments and asked if anyone else could help. One sylist im assuming was the manager very loudly said i would have to wait and too bad. Fairly average hair salon. Been going for years and the only complaint I have is the high turn over of hair stylists. Makes it kinda hard to find one you like and are willing to go back to when they disappear four months after finding them. (Last stylist I found and continued to use after they left FS, said that they had a non-compete clause and were forbidden from taking their clients).Also happened to overhear from another patron that their scheduling for customers is a joke. They said it doesnt matter if you schedule an appointment or not, youre probably looking at a 30 min or longer wait.

Great hair cut place. They always do an amazing job on my hair. Took my 2 year old there today and they did an outstanding job in making him comfortableand his cut turned out great. My wife also got her hair done there today for the first time and it cameout amazing as well. We were all very satisfied and will definitely be returning there again

I just recently went in with my husband to get his haircut and his beard trimmed. While she was doing my husbands hair I decided to get my hair done as well. Our hairstylist Trezure was a sweetheart and did my hair. I was a little nervous because Jaimie usually does my hair. She added gray highlights all over so it would blend in with me trying to grow out my old color and embrace my gray hairs coming in. I was very pleased with the results. Trezure and Jaimie are my favorite hairstylist. My husband has a severe TBI and had to wait for me to get done and Trezure was so sweet and catered to him while my color was setting. Very pleased with everything.

The mothers hair before the wedding where She said it looked like a football helmet.... Yeah that was it exactly. She cut 8 inches off.... Trying to fix her first mistake. Thank God for the girls down the road who are amazing and got my hair looking great again. Then my roommate went in, asked for a trim, and got an uneven hair cut. Called to complain... Was told by the supervisor the owner would call... Well, still waiting for the owner to pick up the phone and call. Great place of you are in your 80s for a haircut.... But thats about it.

I went to fantastic sams with my kids this evening after the realization that Kiddie Cutters was closed. Seeing as they were getting pictures the next day it was my only option. The first impression I got was that no one wanted to cut my children’s hair. When it came time for my youngest child’s hair to get up, no one wanted to do it. Finally someone stepped up, but she seemed rushed and aggravated said she was needing to get out of there. She spoke to my almost two year old daughter as if she were 5 years old. I understand that kids can be rough but when Fantastic Sam’s has prices for kids, that means they are welcome there whether you want them there or not. I encourage the workers to be more friendly. I was disappointed.

Update:This review is (unfortunately for me) 100% true. These people are incompetent as proven by the response from the owner basically calling me a liar. I dont go around giving bad reviews for fun, lady.There are many things I could write here, but Ill just sum it up to AWFUL. Ive never been so sad about a haircut - I asked for a lob & before I could do anything most of my hair was missing! 💔 😭0/10 do not recommend.

I visited the salon on Tuesday for a cut and color. I declined the blow dry that was offered, big mistake on my part. When I got home I wasnt happy with the color. I went back today, Thursday and had it corrected. I couldnt be happier with the results. Even though the pinterest picture I brought in wasnt obtainable on my hair, I left with a new understanding of what is possible and a great new look. I was treated with incredible respect, even as an unhappy customer. Highly recommended these ladies, especially Diane.

Ive used this fantastic Sams for about 4 years. I have never been so upset and disappointed in a hair cut in all my life! I showed the beautician a picture, all one length except for part of bangs. She cut my hair in short layers & it ended up nothing like it was suppose to be!! My hair is very very short all over now. I literally cried. I will never go back even though it is close to my home. Never!!

I have enjoyed the Hair cut I have received 5 out of 7 times. Id say thats pretty good odds. And on top of it I was only forced to have awkward conversations twice. Also pretty good odds for introverts.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years, what keeps me coming back are the stylists. The environment was so fun, friendly, happy and relaxing but over the last couple months, there is so much tension, the relaxing fun environment it once was is gone. When Jean was there she was friendly, greeted guests, walked around with a smile, and made you feel welcome. The smiles are so few and far between now, the laughter is missing. I understand there is also a newer manager, I have a staff of 26, and I manage in a retail environment, if I treated my staff the way I witness these stylists being treated or customers without a smile or kind word, I surely wouldn’t be in business or my position for long. Michelle, Lisa, Diane, Jamie, Shay, Trezure, and Teyla are why people like myself come back, and in about 2 years I have trusted my hair with all of them.

Was VERY DISAPPOINTED i ask for my hair to be cut in tapered NOT straight across and quess whay i ended up with?? Yep STRAIGHT ACROSS. I woukd gave gone back for them to fix it but it was AKREADY SHORT enough!

Ive been going to this place for over 2 years and usually like my time spent here. When I went this weekend I had a rude worker complain that they were closing in an hour, but would cut my hair. The place had no other business at the time. She never offered to wash my hair prior to cutting it and while I was trying to show her what I wanted done to my hair she gave me condescending answers back. My hair was not cut how I wanted and the stylist was rude. I regret going to Fantastic Sams and will not be returning to this establishment again due to this bad experience.

Good and fast haircut for me, but I saw one of the stylists doing working her magic on this bearded guy, giving him a nice beard trim, a good long fade, and edged with a straight razor. Today I had the same lady who cut my hair last time. She did a terrible job. She kept telling me that my hair was too thick and there was no possible way she could give me a nice short Bob haircut. So obviously the thickness of my hair is the reason why it does not look like the pictures. You get what you paid for. This haircut was $16 and if I went to a better salon I probably would have paid $50 for my hair to come out as the picture I wanted. Just pay more, it is worth it. Pay for someone who loves their profession and takes pride, on how they make your hair look.

My husband went there for a haircut 11/28. He had very long hair but decided he wanted it cut off. He took a picture of how he wanted his hair cut and showed it to the person cutting his hair. She not only didnt pay any attention to the picture, she for the most part gave him a military cut. She also did not taper the back top of his hair so now he has a duck tail that sticks up. His hair cant grow out fast enough as far as we are concerned as its horrible. If I would have been there I wouldnt have paid her a time. He will never go back there.

Ive been coming here for years and up until the last year I have been satisfied. The last 3 times I have had my hair cut it was not at all what I asked for. This past time I took my daughter to get her hair cut as well and was very disappointed. I am currently looking for another salon to fix my hair and start using regularly.
