It was okay. However the raccoon that lived outside stole my cashews but that is justified by the fact that it is a raccoon and therefore he deserves the cashews.

Came here early in the morning before we headed to water world and this has to be one of the most clean and organized stores I have been to. Many of them give me anxiety because there is stuff everywhere and can be overwhelming. I believe the cashiers name was Becca, I could be wrong but she was so nice and helpful. Thank you again for your help and keeping the store clean and organized! I have OCD and this place made it comfortable to shop!RegardsShay Clark

Was worried when this went up that it would inturupt our peaceful neighborhood. . It is amazing. Always clean. Great selection, little if everything here. Very polite staff!

Always busy and way understaffed!If you need a few items and don’t feel like going to a big box chain, then this is the place to go. Unfortunately, this location is always understaffed and you will have to wait in a long self service line. Cashiers are almost never available (too busy stocking, I assume).

This Dollar General is a good place to go for all the random necessities. I have been pleasantly surprised by their selections and even found myself browsing in the home decor area. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and they have self checkout which I love. This was a great addition to Fountain.

The store closes at 10 right? Well...this one closes at 8pm apperently but the website says 10.

Well stocked store in a convenient location. Was surprised at what an assortment of products they offer, will shop there often.

Self checkout at the DG? WHAT-WHAT?? This is a new store so its pristine and well stocked. Its rather big for a Dollar General or maybe its the way its set up. Much easier to get around, it seems. The self checkout was very easy and doesnt require a masters degree to figure it all out while loudly announcing your failures to the entire store😁 Hopefully it will continue to be as exceptional as the newness fades!

I have had multiple issues with the customer service at this store from the cashiers to the manager. So much that I refuse to shop there any longer. I will drive to Family Dollar a little further just to not deal with these people they have running this store. I had waited so long for this store to be open, but it is not worth the rudeness and unprofessionalism that you have to endure consistently. I have had to seek out employees multiple times to come up to the register to check out . I understand that they stock in between customers, however each time there were over 4 people waiting in line to check out with nobody at the register for an extended period of time. Once I even had to go back to the stock room where two employees were chit chatting and ask if someone could come up front and check people out. Hopefully they can pull their heads out, and get some people with some customer service skills but until them, I will be at FAMILY DOLLAR (which I hate to go to because the store is ghetto, however, they do have friendly people working there!)

Very nice store super clean and organized. Manager there was great and helped me get the items on sale that werent ringing up correctly. It took a while and she was super patient.

Had a great selection of things I needed for my road trip.

Went to use self checkout, only after ringing up items it wouldnt take my cash for payment. The Manager Johnny LAUGHS at me and said the screen says right there. After asking him over 3 times and where it says this (because he wouldnt walk over to address me professionally) he says Oh sorry guess it doesnt and walks back to the register. So I move over there, and he just stands there. After a minute, he says shell be over. He refused to check me out, and made me wait even though he just rang out several customers before me. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!!!!

Great location. Can save a 10-15 minute drive to Walmart. Best looking Dollar General Ive been in.
