The people that work here are some of the nicest people Ive met at this location. Im 33 and have been buying my cigarettes here since I was 18. Any time I come here they already have my pack of choice ready at the counter. They have been nothing but nice to me so to see some of these negative reviews makes me question the customer and not the staff in the slightest bit
I usually have a good experience here. The manager is a sweet girl and helpful. But today when I stopped by this Chevron for some items inside: first I witnessed a man (I hope he was a customer and not an employee) smoking a cigarette not 8 feet from the propane cage and 10 from the gas pumps he saw me and turned away then I went inside to use the restroom. I realized (after I had slipped around a little to get my footing) that the soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and I had walked right through the puddle of soap without my knowledge. Ordinarily I’d just inform the employee on hand in case they weren’t aware except the employee Kevin had just come out of the restroom from what I had assumed was a bathroom break. He informed me he knew about the issue but could not fix it while there were customers present. Wrong answer unfortunately. He witnessed me going into the bathroom immediately after him and offered no warning about the broken dispenser or the hazard on the ground. Even just putting up a caution sign or simply putting an out of order sign on the bathroom could prevent a major slip and fall event. I didn’t slip thankfully but someone else might. Here’s hoping Kevin puts up a sign next time instead of using the excuse that he has customers to brush off a hazard.
The last two nights (6/15 & 6/16) I went for gas and smokes the attendant was asleep in the back and wouldnt wake up.
Got pump has been stopped message. Attendant refused to help. I had to leave without a receipt
This is one of the more run-down Chevron stations I have seen, and seems to have a real problem keeping all of the pumps running.Something else that surprised me: I noticed that the security tape was broken on most of their pumps - including the credit card reader modules. This is a concern to me as I have had my credit card skimmed before by a hacked magstripe reader, where they apparently had physical access to the system. When I brought this up to the clerk they werent surprised at all, and said Yeah that is normal, as we break the tape to change the receipt paper.Seriously?
Well maintained but quite expensive gas prices.
Run down - air doesnt work and key pads are intermittent requiring you to go in and charge and they cant let you fill up they need to charge an amount in advance
Only worth it with safeway rewards... otherwise to expensive
Cant even use your credit card outside. So inconvenient. The people who worked inside are rude and useless.
Super Bad.some of the stations don’t work. The people that work their are so useless, rude, and Lousy.I am just telling you that it is super bad!!
Well maintained.
