I called to seek help and someone named Josh picked up the call. I asked what I needed help with and he said to try other stores. Before I could finish, he hung up the phone on my face. This is extremely unprofessional.

Worst store Ive ever been in. I used to spend tens of thousands of dollars there. One day they felt somebody was more important than me when I was already being taken care of. Stop taking care of me and went to take care of them and I told them they would never see another dime of my money and they havent and wont. Worst customer service I have ever seen at a Sherwin-Williams

Yes I would and I know where to come to get my stains now. Not that I buy alot but its frustrating to try to find what you need when you need it. I am an artist and tho I know colors I am often on a project that presents challenges and the young lady who helped me was very good and helpful.

The guys here are knowledgeable of all of the producta they sell and able to answer questions in what steps and process you need to take to come out with a great finish product. The only downside is the prices.
