I bought a set of clubs for my novice husband here. The staff was really knowledgeable but sort of quit helping after a while. We saw who we thought manager and waited around him for help but he didnt acknowledge us at all.The products were great quality, and the staff is knowledgeable, but we probably wont go back

This very reliable chain has great prices and a large selection of the top quality golf products you need. I came in looking a new pair of golf shoes and the employee was eager and knowledgeable to help. He listened to what I was looking for and suggested some new and last year versions. He brought me several pairs and was great as I tried several on and when I mentioned I often wore wides he quickly brought out several wide sizes that fit perfectly. A great experience for sure. The store is not superstore sized but they have a great inventory, availability to get more from their other stores. They have a great selection of used clubs as well as a hitting booth for taking some swings and getting properly fitted if you need clubs. This store has a great selection and a repeat customer in me after a great first experience.

Took my taylormade P7-TW to get reshafted here, 3 months later all the heads are loose and there is epoxy everywhere. If you care about your clubs please do not take them here.

I am not a golf person. I went as a favor for a coworker but they employees seemed very nice and even though I had no clue what I was picking up, they were friendly and courteous

I bought a full set of golf pride grips here recently. The staff was helpful but not overly helpful. I was able to sit and think and see the grips on different pieces of golf shaft. Prices were comparable to other places and service was quick and easy.

I sent my wife by on 2/28/18 to have my driver shaft shortened. Kyle got on the phone and said that there was no such thing as a 43 driver shaft. I tried to explain to him that when shortening a driver, weight would need to be checked and added if need be. He said ok whatever you want. Shortly after my wife called me and said that he was telling one of his employees how stupid I was. I then called and asked to speak to the manager. Apparently, Kyle is the manager... I told him that I have spent a lot of money there over the years but this would be the last time. I guess I will take my driver to a different golf shop to have my driver shortened correctly. Kyle probably shouldnt be running a retail store with such a loose jaw and no regard to anyone listening.

Very knowledgeable staff, professional, but not too upscale. Custom club fitting was worth it. Small indoor putting area helped me find a good fit.

Got 2 clubs regripped in less than 15 minutes, able to use 30-45 minutes after that, and VERY reasonably priced. So excited, went to Top Golf after an errand and felt like new again!
