If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came on my move in date and there was a long line of people trying to get in. It was 2pm, and the sign on the door said that the employee, who was sitting in the office. Wouldn’t be back from lunch until 4:30. I’m all for lunch breaks but 2 and a half hours? When you have a line of people trying to get in. After I waited for a hour, the employee left at 3pm and said they were closed for the day? This was the worst act of customer service I’ve ever seen. I had to scramble to find another storage. Huge shoutout to extra space!

Very clean and very secure. Has a loading dock at the rear which is perfect for loading and unloading a box truck. Very tall units on the inside.

Have nothing but good things to say about this public storage. Ive bought lots of moving supplys from Barbara the manager, and she has made this moving experience a good one. I would recommend this public storage to any one she always has a smile on her face and always ready to help. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Public Storage at Henderson for your storage needs and especially recommend Tracy for her great Customer Service skills. We noticed Tracy cleaning the outside area when we arrived and was impressed by her diligence. Tracy was very helpful, friendly and professional. She was very through and explained everything clearly. She gave us the various options available and helped us in our decision making. The property is also well maintained. The prices are reasonable. We rented on Sunday, 2/16. Good Job, Tracy. Marty

We needed to find a storage unit for our daughter and her roommate on short notice when school was canceled for the semester. Wed never rented a storage unit before and are both a significant distance away. Adriane was just awesome! She answered all of our questions and our daughters questions quickly and thoroughly and walked us through the procedure. She was patient and we never felt rushed. The girls said that the facility was clean and secure and Adriane made sure they understood everything. She called and texted prior to the girls arrival and then again afterwards to make sure they were on their way home safely. Will definitely use them for the next three years!

While I really enjoyed the service I have received from Cassidy, I am extremely disappointed with the Henderson locations management. I had reserved a 7.5 x 10 unit on the 2nd floor for $1.00 the first month and 84.00 for the additional months (their published and advertised rate). When I arrived on May 22, I was told that I could no longer have that rate, despite the fact that I had the email to prove it. I was also moved to the 3rd floor. Not only could I not have the 1.00 for the first month, but now the subsequent months were 86.00. When I asked why they would not honor my quote, I was repeatedly told that the system wouldnt let her give me that rate I had her call her district manager who said I could request credit and was told I would have it the next morning. I still have heard nothing. I feel this was a bait and switch situation and this location and its district managers are not truthful.

The property manager there, Ana, was likewise so personable and helpful in getting me my other unit a few years ago. She has been extremely dependable all that time. They are the best, and I recommend them highly!

I was recently closing out my storage unit, but I did not have a method in which to relieve myself of some of my unwanted belongings that were still in the unit. Barbara helped me out by finding a nonprofit organization to donate the goods that I could no longer use. I really like this facility! It is clean, lit up and safe! The manager that helped me get set up was really AWESOME!!! Her name is Lyndsey, and her customer service skills are top notch! She told me that she was just the floating manager, but she probably could run the whole company. She really impressed me the most!It is a great location too!!!

The large lady with the thin eye brows in the office was very rude and unprofessional!!!! i use to pay under $200 for my storage and it went up to $280 and the second floor right room a/c has been broken for the longest! it gets so hot and all my stuff can’t get damaged but they don’t care when i complain. i think this place should hire nice people and not bitter peopleAND THERE ARE SO MANY HOBOS LIVING THERE!!!! It’s creepy

Was referred to this facility by a friend who said that Joni the property manager was the lady to see about a storage. He said the property was very clean and well maintained that it was very safe and I would not be dissatisfied. Well when I got to the property I knew right away after talking with Joni that this place was even better than what my friend had told me it was. I was able to get a unit, setup auto draft, and get the last thing I needed to wrap up my things all under one roof. The convenience of having everything you need and the friendliness and willingness to help by Joni was a delight and huge load off of my shoulders. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have had three units at this facility (each progressively smaller as I sift my way through the leftover junk and papers from a former residence.) The facility is well-maintained, and management is friendly. The location is convenient. Storage space is air-conditioned enough that your belongings will not deteriorate. I have never seen bugs, let alone any other pests, as you might expect at a facility that may not be as carefully managed as is this one. The current manager, Andria, gives excellent service. She found me a smaller unit conveniently on the same floor as the one I was transferring from. I wasnt sure everything would fit, but she thought it would easily work after I invited her to give my stuff an experienced eyeball estimate, and she was correct.

We have three units at Public Storage on Henderson in Fort Worth. We have gotten outstanding service - professional, efficient and personable - from Ana Chavez, the property manager!!! She is a keeper!Love everything but rate increases, which are more frequent at Public Storage than competitors that we have resorted to in the past. The recent increase in rent on one of my three units stunned me. I hadnt even thought about moving until getting that notice.After making a few calls I now know that ground-floor, climate-controlled 10x20 units at well-located, reputable storage centers average $203 a month. Already 13.3% higher at my current rate of $230 a month, as of July 1, my rate increases 7.5% to $262. Your rate is now 29% higher than competitors.Love Public Storage, but cannot justify paying the highest rates Ive come across with additional price increases.

We had to go up to our storage unit on Saturday with no idea how to get in as we lost our file folder on our space. Angel who worked there was extremely helpful and very customer service oriented. It made the stress of it so much better. Great experience.

Ana at this Public Storage facility has been a delight to work with. We live out of state and our daughter is going to college at TCU and we have used this facility for the last three summers! Ana was very kind and made it a great experience. The building was clean and staff was great! Would highly recommend this Public Storage and we have to other out of town students!!!

I have used Public Storage on Henderson in Fort Worth for the past 10 years. Kathy was very helpful and friendly when I needed to move to a smaller unit. She found one on the same floor, which made the move much easier! The facility is clean and I feel safe when I go because of the security features.

Trash left inside buildings for days at a time, main door broke for over 2 weeks, manager blamed homeless population on why they dont have more than one dolly. District manager makes excuses after taking over a week to call me back. I only called district manager after the store manager blamed the district manager for the substandard conditions and lack of a dolly. They are lazy and they do not care about customers or taking care of the property. I was told we dont have money to keep replacing carts the homeless people steal and we dont guarentee light bulbs in your unit that was the company before us that did that and it is expensive to replace them and takes 2 people so we do it if we can

I was a potential renter for added space. I visited the property on Sep 15, 2018 as scheduled via online reservation. Upon arrival, the property manager told me that the unit I had reserved was no longer available. She tried to sell a different unit at a higher price. This was extremely unprofessional behavior on her part. I decided not to continue doing business with the property. The nuisance has been reported to corporate.Considering the behavior, I wont be surprised to see markups in pricing over time, so it is better to find a more trustworthy property.
