This is definitely my first go to when I need a professional advice.All are very professional and nice.In addition to that m, the store manager will do anything to help you out.

It the closest Ace Hardware to us ( about 30 miles away) and we go here to pick up our online orders. It is always clean and well organized with a knowledgeable staff. While prices are competitive, we shop the ads and order online since it is 30 miles away. They have items that our local big box stores have been out of or dont carry.

Always find what I need and staff is always friendly and helpful.

All was good. Yes a smaller store but customer service was awesome from the minute I walked in greeted an asked if help was needed. I was tended too from the time I walk in till I left.Thanks Ace hardware was a pleasant experience.(I was asked to edit an find an issue that could help )So perhaps pricing was needing to checked on just one or two things needed a price tag.Thats all Ill be back an will recommend to everyone.

Had the Jack stands that I needed April was very helpful yall need more employees like her.anytime I need some hardware will look for April to help me

One of the best stores you can go to in the area wasnt too crowded always clean did have a small problem with the face mask not being worn. but I was careful I give it 10 plus Stars this is a good Ace..

Top notch customer service. A little pricey for some of the gear inside but that is to be expected. I dont come here to save a buck.What you pay for and why I come here are for those times Im unable to find items at your usual big box store. Customer service is top notch, staff is knowledgeable and very nice. Sometimes I just want a small item without having to walk for miles inside your typical orange or blue and to get on with the rest of my day.On occasion, Ive called ahead to see if they have a particular part or item in stock. Super helpful all the time.👍

Better than big box diy 😎 blind greeter can tell you where everything in the the store is all the employees are very helpful and give a personalized service and look to help you. Not like the big box where if you can find someone they avoid you and if you do ge there attention they dont know anything.

The staff is always friendly here but the prices and range of products are a lot less than big chain stores. They are also quite more expensive for the same products so I only really go here for something quick or in emergency since the prices are that much inflated.

Search for a dove and pigeon proof feeder, they got them, oh yeah, squirrels proof too!! Throw corn for the squirrels.....

A little out of the way for me, but this was the only Ace I could locate that sold glass enough to fit the broken windows of a mobile home we were making repairs on. The staff was friendly and they cut the glass right away and had me on my way to make the repairs which is always appreciated.

I like the store even though theyre pricey and hardly ever have exactly what I actually need. Last time I went they were rude and snotty, telling me my dog had to be on a leash although we have been going there for several years without any issues. My Chihuahua is very well behaved and never gets farther than a foot away from me. They are the ones that told me she could walk around in the first place. #wishy-washy #sometimey Ill take my dog and my money to Home Depot which is where I should have gone in the 1st place to get what I need instead of trying to work with what yall carry and paying more for it too. Ace rewards arent worth the Ace attitude at this location. Pruning shears were broken when I opened the package and the heavy duty zip ties were junk.

The store has a lot of stuff and it is well organized. The staff was very helpful too.

First time I went to the one on Sycamore School road and Hulen since I moved here. What a great store! Wonderful employees too!

The faucet on my tub was leaking. I took it apart and took the parts to Lowe’s Asked the plumber for help we it’s parts. After assuring me he is giving me the right parts I came home and installed.Well. Surprisingly(sarcasm) they were that he wrong parts.So off to my local Ace Hardware. Show him the same parts. Come home and install what he assured me would work and... my faucets now fixed.Should have gone here first.Super friendly and helpful.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted asked employee were a certain item was and they directed me right to it. Everything was well organized had a employee help me find what I was looking for, employee was knowledgeable of item, helped me choose what was better for my project. Employee at front counter was cordial. Overall great experience one thing that makes Ace stand out to me is theyre customer service and their knowledge.

Not only the lack of knowledge of the entire staff but the poor attitude of each of them was inexcusable.This includes the individual stating he was a manager. He simply yelled from the end of the aisle he wouldnt help. The staff certainly follows the example the are given. Prime example of why people choose Lowes and Home Depot and opt for lower prices since customer service is non-existent at your neighborhood Ace Hardware.

I like being able to buy individual nuts and bolts without being screwed. Very convenient.

Honestly I only go to ACE when I dont feel like going a few extra miles to home depot. I find them a little pricey. However, All and I do mean ALL their representatives are hecka knowledgeable. So maybe you pay a little more, and get a little more???

I have purchased from this Ace ever since it was built. I usually have ok experiences when I communicate with the staff. But today, unfortunately was horrific. My family arrived at Ace 20 minutes before closing. I was looking for simple items in the gardening section. The man, Id usually say gentleman but his behavior and attitude was far less than, was very rude. He was standing at the slide door to the gardening section and a lady was walking out. We started to walk in when he started closing the door. I asked was his section already closed, frankly, a simple yes would have sufficed we definitely understand closing procedures. He said well what cha looking for in a very rude manner . I replied with planters. He said hurry up and make it quick. Us, being a very sophisticated family, happily advised him, no thank you when can purchase elsewhere. You would have had to be there to hear his gross tone. None the less, he was told how rude hed sounded not just by us, but also by a female bystander. This has unfortunately led me to never want to purchase from this store again. The customer service at this store has diminished in the past few years.

Its hit and miss. I always try here before going to Home Depot because they are closer but more often than not they dont have what Im looking for. Sometimes they do though so its worth a try. Good customer service.

Neighborhood Ace Hardware stores are always the best. Just cant beat the helpful service that they offer as compared to the big, unfriendly hardware stores.

The help very low knowledge about the products you sell there. I always come out with the wrong products when I asked for help and of course I have to paid for the product. Wrong garage opener, wrong screws, one time I ask to make new keys and the help broke my key and gave me the copy he made and it didnt work and I had to pay for it and never offered me a refund like it was me who broke the key. I always feel like they are doing me a favor when I ask for something.

Love this store. Its a local shop, they know everything you need, and they have 95% of it. First time I went in and asked for a specific washer, the man told me what aisle, side and about knee height. Exactly where he said it was. And they have a good plant selection too.

The Neighborhood Ace Hardware has an amazing selection of hardware and garden items, pretty much year round. They often have items, especially hardware and plumbing, that the big box stores dont carry, with reasonable prices. But what really makes them stand out is the level of expertise and service they present: like the hardware stores of decades past.

I love this store! If they had everything I needed I’d never go to any other department store. In the middle of Fort Worth it feels like I’m walking into a small town hardware store every time. Staff is incredible and always helpful if I can’t find what I’m looking for or need guidance on something.

I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door and was asked if I could use some help. I said I needed nails and the nice gentleman greeter told me the exact spot they were located. I recommend.

I had some keys made twice! They still don’t work. I’ll have to get my money back and go elsewhere.They were courteous when I had them make the second set over again. I’m sure they will refund my money without question.

Nice neighborhood location that has the right amount of hardware and supplies to prevent me from having to go to the big box stores. The prices are a little higher but I guess thats the price one pays for convenience.

Ace has just about everything you need. This one has plenty of personnel. They will find what you need for you.

Love this place! Theres always someone up front who can direct you exactly where you need, and usually someone close in the aisles to answer questions... Unlike the warehouse stores. They also have a great selection of products for the square footage. I also like the yard and garden section, just out the side door!

It was cool they had this dude helping he was super cool and made my day and made me want to come back. If you are close enough to come here then you should for all your tool needs

They are great i am blind and went their and got to meet Joseph who is blind also you rock. It give me hope that someone will see past my blind cane and give me a chance soon. To show them that we can do as much as sighted people.
