Nice, large store with plenty of options. BUT, they have closed down one entire section of self checkout stations so the lines can be ridiculous. Thats one thing that is extremely annoying. If its raining hard outside, the roof leaks from at least 8 different locations throughout the store, so watch your head.

Roof leaking over produce. Rather than moving the produce, someone just decided to put a bin on top of the produce to catch the water. Unfortunately, while I was trying to find an onion there was still water dripping onto the onions, not getting caught by the bin. I’m certain this had to be a health violation.

Need more help with checkout lines! Every weekend theres only 2 or 3 cashiers and the lines are ridiculous. Ive spent 25 min in line before! Dont come here.

Their pickup is the absolute worst. On several occasions, they called me right before my order is supposed to be ready and let me know that it will not be ready until the next day. So unreliable and very annoying if you were counting on getting your groceries to feed your family that day. They should do a better job at scheduling to their capacity instead of just taking on more orders than they are able to produce. They just called me and said that my order for today won’t be ready until tomorrow evening. Are you kidding me?! I’m done using this store. My money can go somewhere that is more competent and takes better care of their customers.

Very large store thats clean and well organized.

I want to thank a young man by the name Andres at the produce area who went out of his way to look for a lettuce for my husband. You see my husband is trying to start eating healthy and is very cautious about the quality of his food. So when Andres went to great extent to help my husband, I really appreciate him. Small acts of kindness go along way. So please acknowledge this employee so he knows it is worth it.

Its a nice place to shop. They have so much stuff. I was shopping at 9:00 pm. It was very hard to shop because of all the restocking blocking all of the isles.

Ordered my list this morning to pickup this afternoon, during the gathering process, I was notified of items they were out of and had replacement suggestions, that was fine but when placing the orders is the problem Im having. When ordering an item it sometimes comes up item not available, well this afternoon when I went to pickup I went inside and found the items not available , not only on one shelf but 2 shelves of it, WHY?? Ive asked the staff and they have no clue basically.....

DO NOT DO GROCERY PICKUP HERE. They never complete your order on time (I’ve been pushed to the next day twice now) and when I show up I always wait at least 30 min after checking in. The store inside is great, always packed though.

Weekly Shopping or Just a Desert...Its our neighborhood grocery store with a good selection of everything. This Kroger is small enough to get through quickly with one of the most friendly & accurate staffs Ive seen. We go to other, more expensive, stores for specialty items & a few additional ethnic ingredients, but this is where we get 85% of our food & household needs. They offer fresh, well-stocked, healthy food. The bonus is...its neighborhood focused & they your name & special needs.

The selection is fantastic. There is something for everyone in this store.

My chosen profession requires me to spend my day going from retailer or restaurant some sort of establishment to another with the sole purpose of evaluating the customer service provided or the product sold whatever the ownership has requested that I evaluate. Most days I come home just aggravated irritated short-tempered because the people I have encountered all day are either incredibly rude they have little to no knowledge of the products theyre offering and its paying bills their bills. Do I encounter a very positive experience however today was an exception to that rule sadly I wasnt even there to do a mystery shop so I did want to make sure that I posted a review here about the wonderful experience. Krogers sells a blended French vanilla Kroger Brand yogurt is delicious however I can almost never find it in the large container. When I do I buy all of them. Most of the time when I go into the store and they dont have it I try to locate or get some help to see if they have any in the back 9 out of 10 times the person is rude and doesnt even want to help me. So today I decided I was going to call the store ahead of time maybe I can get a better response that way. I called this location and I got a lady on the phone named Mary and told her what I was looking for and why I was calling and Mary got the assistance of one of the managers Michael and they were able to locate two containers and she said it would be waiting for me at the customer service counter. So I went up there and she did have it waiting for me and I was able to get my yogurt and I discussed the fact that I can never get it and all the issues around it and everything. Mary is the first employee at any Kroger that Ive ever been to that was helpful and went above and beyond what Im used to as far as service goes at Kroger so I wanted to make sure I left a review for because she not only had to understand what it was I was looking for she had to get some assistance to help her what she did and she located the product and held it for me and it it was a positive experience that actually sent me home with the smile on my face instead of being angry because I just went to six Krogers and still did not get my yogurt. So thank you Miss Mary for all of your help and a little bit of fun and laughter we have when I got there I appreciate your assistance and your helpfulness.

Enjoyed my shopping trip today. I go every 2-3 wks and stock up. They had great sales today. At checkout they gotbme help getting my two carts of groceries out. I didnt have to ask. I appreciate the air conditioning in the store. Not all grocers keep it comfortable in the heat. The only downside was a lot of stocking was taking place and had to maneuver around quite a bit. I will say, one employee saw me coming and literally turned around to get themselves out of the way. I appreciate everything the store does for their customers!

Signage always seems to be a problem with not just this Kroger but most of them. Today, the Simply Truth Chicken is on sale for buy one get one free. When rung up, receipt is supposed to show 50% off of each one and it’s not taking enough off.I was in line a few weeks back and over heard a gentleman complaining to the cashier about the register not taking off for sale item which sparked my curiosity on the suns jest and sure enough, he was right.Please pay attention to your receipts before leaving the store to make sure you’re getting all the sale discounts that you’re supposed to get.

I stopped at this kroger on my way home from work one night. It is a very clean kroger! The reason why I only put two stars is because they had no checkers at the cash registers and the only thing they had open was the self checkouts. Now this kroger doesnt close till 1 am and when I was checking out at was barely 10 o clock. I had to scan my full cart of items up and bag everything at the self checkout..while an employee just stayed on the side playing on her phone. Now if they were busy doing stuff around the store I wouldnt really mind the fact that they had 0 checkers at the registers but the fact that they had one employee being lazy and doing nothing but being on her phone... thats what really upset me and it still being three hours before they close....overall I would say that of you are gonna shop here DO NOT shop at night haha.

I made groceries orders online so I can pick up...but unfortunately few times already it was not ready for next day and on top of that, I was missing itemsSo I decided to shop in another place where they never let me down

This Kroger has just about everything you could possibly need. Thanks SuperTarget. The most selection of any Kroger with the pharmacy, a jewelry store, and a Starbucks to boot.The only downside I can think of is that this is on the front end of the alliance town center which means traffic is an absolute nightmare. For that I get this four stars instead of five but the location itself once inside is a five star no question.

This Kroger now has a sign that says masks not required for vaccinated individuals. This means they support virtue signaling and imposing un-mandated restrictions on patrons and are discriminating against their right to make their own medical decisions. Furthermore, many people cannot get vaccines because of medical decisions, therefore Kroger is discriminating against those with disabilities.

Had dealings with two rude employees! Found the store very hard to find things and layout was horrible. Didn’t have what I was looking for. I hope to never have to go in there again.

Went to this Kroger location for the first time at the end of April, i had some items I needed to return , there were only a few items however totalled a little over a hundred dollars and i had receipts in the bag and it was tied.. i went to the cs dep.stood there about 15 min or so no one ever came to the register so i asked the lady at self check out if i could get some help.. still no one came. I finally decided to leave the bag on the counter and do my shopping with in 20 minutes I came back 30 minutes at the very most and the bag was gone.. I asked the lady that was there at the c.s. counter where the bag was se had no idea she said. I explained to her that i left it and that the bag was tied with receipts in the bag not to mention the lady at self check out saw me and was aware of the situation I walked over to self check-out to locate that lady and she was not there so I asked if she was already off work or could she possibly still be in the store so they did not know the answer to that either so I walk to the store and I still cannot find that employee so basically the customer service lady told me that theres no way I stood there for 15-20 minutes with nobody there to help me and basically made me out to look like I was lying I said well you got to have cameras that work in the store so why dont you go through your video footage and see if I place the bag on the counter and furthermore I would like to know what employee do you have that could untie a bag of product with receipts in it and place it back in your stock and put it back the shelves and then the bag and the receipts disappear that is ridiculous so she contacts the manager it took about 30 minutes maybe 35 minutes for that manager to review the video footage he then walks up to me and introduces himself. He then asks me for my phone number I gave it to him he gives me his phone number and he says that they needed more time to look through the video footage and verify i did bring a bag in with me.. okay fine so I leave and they have my contact information and this is the end of April that this happened and it is now going into the second week of June I have yet to hear a word from them I have called up there a couple of times and spoke to several different people the manager i last spoke with 2 days ago is a fill in mngr who knows nothing about the store or anyting else I was told there was a lady in loss prevention named Jamie and to ask for her so okay I do that and when I call back most of the people pretty much every single person I talked to said they have no idea who this Jamie lady is in loss prevention. So today i willl be calling again in hopes that after 7 weeks should have the information i need and can handle this in a professional manner. As of right now, this is what o think is fair.. with my experience they have stolen from me over a 100.00 in product that if I took from their store Id be in jail. This is completely unacceptable and I think the manager should be in jail for stealing from me not to mention wasting my time costing me more money I had to replace some of those items. This store needs a new manager and preferably one that cares. Im looking for employment I could go in there and clean house of all the lazy, rude employees and find some employees that take pride in their jobs and know how to treat the customers. That would be the very first thing I did, and I have ran a business for 20 years. The lazy, undignified staff with no motive or common sense , and disrespectful to customers would have to go.there are a lot of people who would appreciate just having that opportunity right now and could turn this store into a 5 star location. Otherwise at this point they should just close this location now and save everyone the hassle and wasted time. Will update this review with outcome. Thank you and if you do shop here ,check the prices there always ringing up wrong, stay away from the meat,dairy and fruit, they like to sell outdated product. And expect rude employees that simply wont help you. Change is needed now.

I always have a good experience at this Kroger. But this morning’s experience was exceptional. The cashier (Rosalie) was so kind and so cheerful. The lady bagging my groceries had the same pleasant attitude. They both told me to have a blessed day and the lady bagging my groceries told me that she double bagged my heavy items to make it easier on me. To go above and beyond with a happy attitude is such a blessing during these difficult times. I know that this “dream team” will make a difference in other people’s lives, just like they did for me.

First time using pharmacy. I was told they couldn’t fulfill my whole prescription. Was asked to fill the rest in five days. I agreed. They thanked me for being so “cool” about it. My prescription was supposed to cost a total of $10.61. They charged me 9.68 the first time. I asked if I would be charged again in five days and they said “just for the remainder.” That, to me, sounds like $2. Instead, they charged me another $11 and refused to listen to reason.

System is not updated with the price on the shelf. When they called the manager he said I can’t change the price. It’s messy

I have been coming to this Kroger since it opened. While it has had its ups and downs in terms of experience, I just had a fantastic experience with Megan in floral who took care of some party balloons I needed for my daughters 8 year old birthday. For as long as Ive been coming here, this is the first time Im writing a review. She was a great example of going above and beyond to help a customer even with just a small need. Thaks for showing such great customer experience.

The last few months they have been way understaffed at registers with huge lines. Products been out of stock.. no milk, vegetables etc.

Just moved to the area and each time I have gone to this Kroger, the shelves are never stocked with the things I need. Last visit, they were out of eggs, almond milk section was empty, alfredo sauce section was empty, no avocados to be found and most of the vegetables were gone.

Took me 9 tries to find a cart that didnt have a bad or bumpy wheel. The toilets in the Mens room were disgusting and havent been checked all morning when I looked at the list on the door and this was at noon.

Always clean, always fast, always polite. Also nice section for dog stuff :)

Kroger used to be above Walmart. Now its below the lowest standard. Deli and meat counter both have one employee each. Waited and waited. They will just help anyone out of the order the customers were waiting. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to get a sausage link or some sliced ham... Poor stock of other common items. Unclean and looks like they have a rodent problem...

Big place with all kinds of food stalls. Tacos..seafood..pastas..burgers..dogs..Chinese..and on an ongoing.

This store is not enforcing the Texas mask mandate. That said, I saw one of the stores employees outright sneeze on the apples in the produce section recently. Take that and do what you will with it. I hate to do that whole you lost a customer thing. But I think my health is more important than your stores comfort.

I just had Kroger drop my groceries off in my doorstep with no contact. They dropped them off exactly when they said they would. They communicated clearly via text. Jason did an excellent job of making smart substitutions. I was so impressed with how well they did, especially given the circumstances!

I have been using Kroger Clicklist at a different location during Covid-19 as I prefer not to wear a mask if I can avoid it. Kroger Clicklist at the other location has been disappointing because every time I order from the fresh meat service counter, I am always advised they are sold out of the choices I have made. I would walk inside and get the things I needed from the fresh meat counter before going home. After the third time of this happening, I spoke with management and the manager literally laughed at me and my frustration.I wanted to try the Alliance location in hopes I would have a different outcome, but unfortunately, I had the same result. My five star review is due to the way that Lydia (she is the one that brought my groceries out to me) handled my frustration. She is NOT management, but her customer service skills far outweigh what I received from the other location. Lydia apologized multiple times to me while acknowledging that this is an ongoing issue that is being addressed and offered to go back inside to try again for the items I requested from the fresh meat counter. Thank you, Lydia, for being exactly what you should be for your customer. Even though I was initially disappointed, I left your store happy because you took the time to listen to me vent while showing compassion and understanding.

I like the produce, their food items are well priced and taste great, wonderful product selection, and the staff is friendly and always helpful.

This store has gone down so fast. I am a long-time shopper and used to enjoy shopping there but not so much. I have seen the store manager humiliate store employees on the floor more than once, if something needs to be addressed it should be in private and professionally. He needs to be told that Starbucks is not his personal office space and taking up that area does not let the buying public sit down and enjoy their coffee and food, and this has happened to me more than a few times, but if hes not there hes hanging over the counter in the floral dept. and that makes me feel uncomfortable when I want help with flowers. Also, he needs to be told not to yell at associates from the balcony, that is so disrespectful. Surly Im not the only one to bring this to light, I have come to bear witness on numerous occasions and I just dont believe customers should have to endure this or associates be treated in such a manner. Im surprised he hasnt lost all his good employees and with that I would like to mention how courteous and helpful Steven at the front and Kari Ann in floral are, hopefully he wont run them off.

I regularly come here for my weekly grocery shopping and I love the place. It is very clean, has a great number if variety in all its products and they also sell numerous organic items at an affordable price. My only complaint would be that they reorganized all their shelves around a year ago and they still havent updated all the signs on top of the aisles. This makes it tough to locate items since the store is very large in size. Otherwise overall, this is a very good store and I would continue to come here for my groceries.

Called to inquire if a select brand of potato chips were in stock before driving approx 30 minutes and was informed that due to COVID-19 she was unable to confirm. I understand if the inquiry was for sanitizer, paper towel, tissue or any other high demand item but this is for something many people doesnt even purchase. I understand, follow & respect all COVID precautions but is this going to be the scapegoat to poor customer service going forward?

This is no ordinary grocery store. They have all the normal departments you would find in Kroger; bakery, deli, etc, but they also have expanded housewares and a closeout clothing section. I was surprised when I walked in and discovered I could buy a pair of shorts along with the other items I came for. The store is big, clean, and easy to navigate. They have all the low prices of a normal Kroger in a very inviting environment. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Rarely baggers, few lanes open, employees are not friendly, most times at least one of my needed items isnt stocked. Did I say the employees are rude. I have lived here 2 months and decided to wait to post to see if they changed my mind. They have not.

I will not be shopping at Kroger again, due to the fact that they choose NOT to enforce their customers to wear mask. They are making their store a dangerous place for me and others to shop as well as endangering their employees. With this pandemic going on and masks being required, I feel they are more concerned about their customers who dont care if they infect others. Sorry Kroger but you just lost another customer.

I saw these Adirondack chairs on sale and I just had to have them but I have a small car. Dallas worked with me for over 30 minutes helping me get them into my car. He helped me take the seat out of my car and put it in my trunk. I am handicapped so for him to stay with me and ensure I was able to get them in my car was a blessing!! He told me he is a new employee thank you so much for hiring Dallas is very patient and kind!!

Dont get gifts here. i bought a set of pajamas for my wife here and they were the wrong size. went to exchange them and was written off and told clothing cannot be returned or exchanged. i asked if there was another option and was just told a flat no.

This Kroger is not only a great grocery store that includes anything you could need, the pharmacy is amazing as well! I needed a few prescriptions one evening and I pulled up at 8:30pm - they close at 9pm. I had the prescription transferred from one Kroger to another because the other Kroger wouldnt help me because it was 8:00pm and they close at 8:00pm. Tony Morales, a Pharmacy Tech, helped me. He pulled my prescription from the other place and said that he can fill it, but it will take 20-25 minutes - we close right at 9pm. I told him thank you so much and that I would wait for my prescriptions. At 8:55pm, it was finally my turn in the drive-thru. Tony not only had my prescriptions ready, he was also able to use my GoodRx app to get the price discounted even more! His customer service, patience, and helpfulness was amazing and very much appreciated!!!

This is the store to shop for all your familys needs. Parking is great. Selection of sales items great, and within my familys budget. This store is always clean on the outside and inside. Isles not cluttered, food lanes easy to read. Checkout cashiers and self service cashiers are awesome!

That place is huge and unlike other gigantic stores they carry all Brands not a few.Most of the cooler cases had doors so dont freeze when walking around.Huge selection of quality produce.If you cant find it here you probably cant find it anywhere.

Very poor customer service. I’ve been going to this location for 7 years. Mind you, I’ve never been approached by a worker to ask if I needed any help of any kind. That alone should say something.Tonight, I went in to grab 1 item. I checked the website and your hours state you close at 1AM. As I walked in the 2 workers who were clearly not working (chit chatting and frankly just look lazy) watched me as I walked in. Clearly not happy that a customer was coming in. Then I’m approached by a worker for the 1st time! The male worker (with Blue hair no less) tells me “just so you know, (looks at his watch) we are getting ready to close up... in 30 minutes.” Seeing that it’s 12:20, it’s ACTUALLY 40 minutes. More than enough time purchase the 1 item. Afterwards of not feeling welcomed, I decided to leave and go down the street to your competitor and purchase from them instead. I will not be back to the location.

I went to the bakery inside of Kroger to order a cake for my sons birthday party. I walked right up to the guy at the counter and asked if they had a certain style design. He immediately told me it couldnt be done. Then he went to the back to get someone else out to speak with me. That employee came out while speaking on the phone. I waited for about 5 minutes for them to finish their conversation. Once they were done the stood behind the counter with their back turned. Nothing I said could get them to turn around and speak with me. I left and went to a bakery close by, which made a phenomenal tasting cake that looked amazing. Im glad the Kroger bakery employees refused to talk to me. Other wise I would have never walked into the other bakery. I will never attempt to get another cake from this Kroger bakery.

This is a wonderful Market with excellent pricing and great staff.

This place is awesome! They recently changed the layout of the store so I have to relearn where everything is, but aside from that its always a fantastic place to shop. They have a much larger selection than a lot of the smaller Krogers around this area and its a very clean and open store. The self-checkout lines usually move quickly and the cashiers are quick as well. It can get pretty crowded in the evenings on weekdays and midday on the weekends, so go early or late if you want to skip the crowds.

Making people take off their mask durning ID check for alcohol is very unsanitary durning a pandemic! I get it y’all need to check but I’m pretty sure you can tell if someone is the person or not by their mouths the only thing being covered

This is the largest Kroger I have been to. It is kept up very well! They always have abundance of inventory regardless of how busy they can get since this store is located in the middle of many surrounding residential areas. They have home decor stuff and clothing for all ages! They even have shoes and other accessories. I love the quality of the produce here. They have a large selection of breads, sushi and decadence cheeses. They have a large selection of flowers and wines as well. Their organic brand Simple Truth is my personal favorite and also the Private Selection brand which you can only find at Krogers. YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING HERE!

This is a big store combining a grocery with a clothing section. Has everything you could need in one place plus a Starbucks. Shelves are well stocked. Produce is fresh. Decent meat selection. Bakery, sushi, deli, and a jewelry store are some of the other options available.

This is my go-to grocer. I probably stop in here at least 3 times a week, if not more. The produce is of good quality, the staff is always helpful, and the Kroger app makes moving through the store a breeze. Plus, the deals and digital coupons are budget friendly.

Always well stocked, weve used it to host family, dinner parties and more. Coming from the Northeast and having experienced Kroger in NC, this revamped market is amazing. Sales are awesome as is the gas (value and quality) and the Friday freebies. Also, having tastings in their wine and beer section help you to make wise dinner pairings.

I know the chaos with the virus is keeping your store busy, better than the alternative! But, can you clean up your parking lot!!!?? All the trash out there in the landscaping and black to is EMBARRASSING!! #DONTMESSWITHTEXAS

This is a really nice Kroger location. Always very well stocked, clean, and the service is fantastic with the exception of the meat department.WATCH THE MEAT GUYS!! They tend to wipe their faces while wearing the gloves, or pack your chicken then try and pack your bacon without changing gloves, and one of them has no idea how to count.

I really like this Kroger. They are open from 6am-1am every day so I can stop by even if I am out late. Everything is usually very clean and organized and there is a huge selection of food, household goods, clothing, etc. A cashier once accidentally rang me up wrong for a few items so I walked over to customer service and the issue was resolved easily within minutes. Only self check is open late at night but other than the occasional issue with the machines that is fine.

I just used their clicklist service this weekend and it was absolutely amazing. I have a little one and grocery shopping with him is next to impossible and I end up spending twice as much. I know that this is a new service so I was fully expecting some delays or mistakes. NOPE! They did awesome! I ordered online and pulled up to the parking space. They brought out my groceries, loaded them, and I paid right there. Other than the convenience, the customer service that the staff offered was phenomenal. They were so gracious and apologetic for the wait (which was less than 10 min) and so nice. I never shop at Kroger because it is kind of out of my way but I will be from now on just because of the staff and service I received. Thank you so much!

Clean, large location. We prefer to shop here over the other local locations. They mark items down on the weekends so plan your trip accordingly.

Love this Kroger and all its products. This is one of the Kroger Superstores that has everything from Groceries to Clothes to Shoes to Furniture. Store is always clean and fully stocked with everything. Workers have always been helpful whenever I have had a problem. Love the self check lines as well.

Great location. I enjoy shopping here in the early morning to avoid rush traffic. Good selection of foods. Friendly staff and service. Check out was easy-peasy.

I like that they open early (6am) and close late (1am). I dont think they have the best quality produce when it comes to fruit. This location tends to run out of rotisserie around 4pm. For the most part its a good shopping experience.

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are consistently out of stock. How in the world can one of the most popular entree items be out of stock consistently? Also, the carts are all jacked up.

We found that my wife medication was cheep to get here. We used the RX app and saved money. The customer service they gave us was excellent.

I know my way around grocery stores and rarely need help finding items but whats clearly noticeable is ample staff within this store and when I need attention, they are literally in the next aisle. The number of employees is my biggest draw and available variety is my second. One stop shopping.

This used to be my favorite grocery store until they reorganized. There is no logical flow or intuitive location placement of products. The people are great. But whoever designed this layout and placement of products did an awful job. Since this redo, I have almost walked out of the store several times because of my frustration of not being able to find what I need.

This store has everything. It is a hard store to classify, first, there is furniture for sale on one end of the store and pre-cooked items on the other. The selection is good but the flow is difficult if you are trying to get a full bill of groceries. Great florist! We enjoy this store when we are in the Alliance area.

Best Kroger Ive ever been to. Extremely clean, everyone is so friendly. There are never any long lines since they have so many cashiers and self-check out registers. Love it!
