I dropped my silver and gold ring off for cleaning last week for the first time at the Clearfork location and was told it would take about 5 days to be cleaned. I have silver cleaner and polishing cloths at home but I wanted it to be professionally cleaned so I left it and it did take about 5 days as promised. I went to pick it up and it looked no different from when I dropped it off. I asked why it still looked dirty and was told that they dont have the tools there to clean it properly and they would need to ship it to New York for a fee if I wanted it done. There was so much tarnish still on it that it didnt even appear that they took a polishing cloth to it. I took it home and got my silver cleaner out and cleaned it myself and it looks 100% better so I dont understand what tools they were missing. Do they not have silver polishing cloths or silver cleaner in the store? If that is the case then I should have been told that they didnt have the capability of cleaning silver jewelry in house when I dropped it off. I will NOT be taking my ring here again for cleaning or purchasing any additional jewelry from here. Why would I if I have to send it to New York to even get it properly cleaned?

Exactly what I would expect from Tiffany & co. The customer service is impeccable and the sales clerks are very good, helpful, and know their jewelry well. Ive never had any issue finding exactly what I wanted . The store is conveniently located and makes for a great girls day visit as well. They offer in person and zoom shopping along with pickup . We recently took my mom for her birthday too and they were so great with her as well.

This location has more inventory than I was expecting. The service was quick and easy. I was shopping online and couldnt find the ring I wanted in my size so I went to this store to see if they had it in the metal and size I wanted, by chance, and they did!

I absolutely love Tiffany. I first went to Tiffany for my Great Dane. She wears a Tiffany dog collar and leash with a Tiffany charm. Shes my baby girl. Now Ive ventured into some pieces for myself. Theres just something very special about wearing Tiffany.

We couldnt afford to pay attention in there. Full stop. We told the lady who greeted us that we were just eating in the area and neither of us had ever been to a Tiffanys so we decided to come in.DID NOT MATTER.She treated us with the absolute uttmost respect and gave us a full Tiffanys experience. So if you visit, see Ms. Marilyn. Shes amazing!

The selection and of course the quality is great. The service is always good every time we go in the store. However, they used to clean the silver jewelry for us when we would bring into the store. They are not doing that now. Im sure they want to say it is COVID related, however, you can touch and try on any piece in there. I think they may be a little lazy in that costumer service area.

Great area to walk, my wife likes Tiffanys, I like to surprise her sometimes.

Going to Tiffany’s is always a joy in itself. But this location is so very intimate. I love how they remember my name and great me each time I come in to see what’s new. Whether I am just strolling and dreaming or shopping for something special, I am always treated as a valued customer here. So nice to have this Fort Worth location, management and staff is impeccable.

Awesome customer service! We wanted to see a special piece and they brought in not just one, but two different sizes so we could see them side by side. When they came in (just two days later) we had our son with us. They gave him candy, set him up at a desk with markers and paper, and helped keep him busy so we could have champagne, decide on chain length, and browse some more without being distracted. Overall the best service either of us has had anywhere, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Bo and Julia!

Tiffany & Co is turning out to be my new place to shop in Clearfork

Went to pick up my wife’s ring and was greeted by Teddi. She was wonderful very through even helped talk my wife into a wedding band! She was great! I will be returning to her for future purchases.

Teddie is by far the best sales associate at Tiffany’s my husband & I have ever had.Very professional but personable. Went in for a Mothers Day gift my husband had in mind for his mom & she was so patient with him. He ended up getting his mom a classy necklace with the perfect charm & helped me add the ladybug charm & enamel clasp to my existing Tiffany heart charm. She took her time with us & needless to say with a birthday & 28th wedding anniversary coming up, I know we will be back! Very lackluster treatment even after I purchased. IVONNE is INCOMPETENT to say the least. I placed an order over the phone and I have a Tiffany account and this lady shipped my purchases to the wrong address and put the wrong name. I havent even opened the package yet hopefully I have the correct pieces. Even when she emailed me the tracking number she gave me someone else tracking number as well. Its just sad that I had to have this experience but I figured I would because clearly the lady is prejudice.

This location is beautiful but the vibe I got from associates was horrible! I came in wearing multiple Tiffany pieces, a true customer, leaving pieces to get work done and shopping for future pieces for my birthday next month. I was there for a while but never offered anything to drink. I wasn’t aware refreshments were offered. I guess me being colored played a part because caucasian ladies were offered. This made me feel uncomfortable and think once my pieces come in I won’t shop here anymore. Colored people shop at Tiffany too! IN case you didn’t know. Northpark is far but worth the travel to make sure I don’t feel discriminated! You guys really need to check yourselves! Maybe in 2 weeks when I’m back you’ll change my mind!

It was good but sales lady saw all my wife previous shopping bags an ask for her id with credit card like if we were scammers. I understand safety but I believe in common sense as well. If we were scammers we would not have been still hanging around shopping. It was just our anniversary 🤷‍♂️

My bf brought me here to buy me a ring & Ive NEVER been treated better! The staff made me feel like a princess. I tried on SEVERAL different rings, before settling on the right one. Throughout it all, we were served complimentary beverages & snacks - quite literally, Breakfast at Tiffanys!! It was a dream date that Ill never forget.

No jewelry cleaning as of 11/15...

Went in the store excited to purchase my first Tiffany necklace and bracelet, I had a mostly great experience with 2 ladies being very helpful. I did notice that when I was offered water I received tap or whatever they brought in the Tiffany cup but the 2 other non African Americans was given perrier water. I bought both pieces but the bracelet had to be ordered and I was promised it would be in the next day. Well I was contacted and some how my order was canceled due to a system error and they needed my CC information to reorder. I placed the order again, and again was told it would be in the next day. Just as I was about to leave work I decided to call to see if the bracelet was in, and I was told it was not in but maybe tomorrow or the next day ??????? Wow, no one called to inform me, and now my excitement has dwindled to frustration. The set was not cheap and I feel like Tiffany should be able to get the product if its in stock. I plan to get a full refund as of now. Very Disappointed.
