Company truck evidently felt it was okay to block the entrance to a restaurant they were eating at instead of find a better place for their truck and trailer to fit. Dont use them.

Bought front doors, and 3 windows for living room—few years ago from Omni. Needed a weatherstrip for a kitchen window—paid the $75 trip charge to come out and diagnose the problem—then got an email for the stripping (approx $19) and yes another trip charge of $75 to come out. Ohhh don’t forget ..add the 3 percent for credit card charge—petty! That’s what really irritated me the most—just the pettiness and excessive trip charge—I’m in the metroplex and repeat customer.Won’t be back, called Marvin directly—no problem—thank you for being loyal Marvin customer snd we will ship to you free, easy install and given the instructions! Shame on you Omni, that’s crazy customer service.

These guys are the best! Highly recommend that you give them a chance, and you simply must ask for Jorge.We are doing a self-build, on our forever home. We arent builders, and needed extra help along the way. Of all the companies that we tried, Omniview was the most responsive and helpful. They met with us in-person a couple of times, and we exchanged countless emails to ensure that the order went perfectly. On the final day, Jorge dealt with us until 10pm to make sure that everything was 100% accurate. Where else can you get that kind of service?

We wife and I met Jeff and Jorge in their showroom in Fort Worth August 2020. We were building a new house in Young County. Their service was wonderful!! They recommended Marvin windows for our home and sized the windows correctly and worked vey well with our contractor. They gave us a delivery time for the production of the windows and delivered them to the construction site with no changes in delivery times. The contractor installed the doors and windows in the house with no problems. Windows and doors arrived in excellent condition. Jeff and Jorge are very responsive and did what they told us they would do. They are excellent communicators. I highly recommend OmniView Window and Door. These folks did an excellent job and their pricing was very competitive as well. It was so refreshing to have this great service especially in todays environment. Again, these guys are awesome!!!

I bought a Marvin bi-fold door(14’opening),2 French doors,1 regular door,1 sliding glass door,and 2 windows from these guys. Not only are the doors gorgeous,my contractor loved the quality of these units,but also the perfect fit and no problem installation. I live in a fairly rural area,and I’m a homeowner not a contractor. Theses guys went above and beyond anything I could have expected! They actually made a trip to my home to measure and make sure we were on the same page. Customer service was like none I’ve had. Communication was easy,all calls promptly returned and follow up to make sure all was good.I made a mistake in an approval decision that they went out of their way to help with. Not only was my experience with Omniview fantastic and problem free, I increased the value of my home and am the envy of my friends! I highly recommend these gentlemen. Good windows and good people

Marvin makes good windows but ultimately youll have to deal with Rudy who is difficult at best, kind of a jekyll and hyde personality. Friendly when things go his way but definitely gets nasty if you ask for any kind of discount even if a returning customer. There are other options out there would definitely steer clear of Rudy Aramburu and this place!
