Place had a good selection was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue I could pull from it was the building layout was rather odd. Mostly from. Just how it was structured it seemed. The building was not a giant square/rectangle. Rather a weird shape of having to go to the right and back around to see everything in the back. Not sure if that was due to some construction or whatnot.Either way, great place to visit for whatever need that fits your fancy

Over half the store was barricaded off due to the wrong ACs being installed. They had portable AC units with ducting vents throughout the heart of the store that was open which allowed it to be very comfortable while shopping. Due to half the store being blocked off, this election was not as fast as it used to be with the same time they did have all the basic essentials and a few extras there. Stop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable not to mention they were also very friendly. The part I like best was as the checkout line started increase other associates immediately jump on the registers to get us checked out very quickly.

I heart you! Remembering your Base Exchange where everyone wears a mask! Most of what you see on the table is from the Exchange. The Christmas napkins were turned over which was from the Exchange. A sheer was added to my Christmas tablecloth which along with the napkins also at the base. The boxes and wine glasses were from the base as well. Getting ready for Valentines Day and enjoying the decorations with an easy twist off of Christmas!

Small but enough. I dont particularly like when an employee watches me & comes over by me as if I am going to steal something. I understand some ppl do steal but I absolutely hate it when I get treated as such, I do NOT steal!! The lady who checked us out was very nice & even joked with us about our grandson.

Convenient exchange but right now they’re doing renovations so it’s kind of a hit or miss trying to find what you’re looking for. Not to appealing to the eye either with all the barriers up.

The customer service at this store is HORRIBLE!! Several times Ive come to this store and either no ones at the register or they are huddled up talking and playing around. This happened to me 3 times! On the third time I just left my items and walked out. Management really needs to fix this.

Barely adequate, feels like the whole store has just mailed in their effort...leadership at Fort Worth NAS should be embarrassed.

My dad knew this base as Carswell Air Force Base. A SAC installation......now its a JRB and a naval station. All good things must fall. But on a lighter note....the NX was good. Great selection of kids clothes

This is a BX. Not bad. Decent service. Employees have a wide range of service and attitude. Some rude. Some amazingly polite and awesome. Currently under construction. And AC is getting worked on as well. Makes for a stagnate shopping experience. Im sure these things will change after repairs are done

They didnt have a good toy variety this year but I went shopping online so could use my Veterans day coupon. Got mostly everything my girls wanted and saved $30 off toys that were already on sale. It was so convenient to just have them shipped to the store, definitely will do it again next year.

I love me some Base Exchange ~ but its been under renovation for yeeeeaaaarrrrs now!!! Prices are both what they used to be, the No Tax is still nice!

So disappointing these days. Building is old and leaky, and parts of the store always seem to be closed off due to construction, remodeling or repair. Things here can often be gotten for same or better price elsewhere these days. I went about a week ago and it might be last time I bother going ever again.

I only visit the Class 6 because the alcohol is much cheaper on post. Not too many people in the store, and the worker that was putting out the alcohol assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. The prices on other stuff is always so much higher at the Exchange stores on base.

Very good experience with NAS Exchange, been going for many years.

Now ive been to a lot of exchanges in my time and this is by far the most depressing looking one. Although having all the amenities. Felt like the feeling of being told youve been volentold to a change of command ceremony last minute.

About what you would expect from a base exchange. Staff, however, is a bit above average in all aspects.

The usual, picked up some needed items. Its just for military affiliated personnel and they sell their goods tax free.

Set appointment for IDs and was in and out quickly. The BX had an item that non of the other stores had still in stock!

The store has been under construction for a long time. Very poor organization. For example, the pots & pans are on the complete opposite side of the store from the dishes. Not taking off stars for it because apparently it’s regulation, but you have to have a stupid face covering to go in any store.

Always a good day when you hit a 50 percent sale on items you are looking for. Selection good in clothing, cosmetics and ok in electronics. No selection in gaming except for hardware.

Ok prices were commensurate with local retailers. Customer service was superior

I did some Valentine shopping today at the NAS Exchange. My favorite place to shop!😊 I go at least once a week to the Exchange. I purches all my cosmetics, greeting cards, toiletries, and love to shop for clothes.🤗 Ive done ALL my Christmas shopping at the exchange for the past 40 years. I love my Military STAR card too!

Havent been in the exchange in a long time. There were lots of renovations going on but still a good selection of stuff with comparable prices to civilian stores. Lots of up to date electronics as well as good selection of snacks.

Got what we needed and got on our way. Good place.

Last weekend I drove 5 hours to get there. Got there 10 minutes before closing.EVERYONE was VERY kind and VERY helpful.It was 30 minutes AFTER closing when I left with everything I needed.This included trying on 3 pair of boots.I cant thank everyone enough!!!

I am retired DOD civil service. Part of my retirement promises was use of base amenities. PX will sell me , food and drink, nothing else. I am not allowed in commissary. I am a veteran of Vietnam, and worked DOD until retirement 2014. Thank you for your service.........

They offer a large range of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. Employees are always helpful, pricing is convenient and the spot is always neat.

Their prices are very reasonable and the staff were very helpful.

This location has some of the best customer service anywhere in the country! Everyone who Ive come in contact will greet me, show me where items are located, and converse with you. I truly enjoy going there when needed.

I simply liked their food. I always get good service here. The place is neat and the cashiers are always friendly. Would recommend to others.

This exchange is a bit smaller and more quiet then ones we have visited around the country. However there is still an excellent selection of clothes, electronics, Home Goods, and other items available. Its actually quite nice to be able to shop without being crowded out by others. We have always found staff members here to be friendly and knowledgeable.

The AAFES Exchange was clean and well lit. The staff was courteous and professional. Prices are very reasonable.

Any price differences did not warrant driving the 17 miles to visit again in the future. The only price difference I felt compelling was tomato juice in the commissary.

Love this place

I can easily find everything I need and one central location. Very good prices quality items for purchase. My favorite area is the perfume counters and the electronics. The prices are very reasonable with what you would pay at a Walmart or anything else. Some of the womens clothes are a little pricey but you can always find a good sale or clearance rack. Would love to see them expand the food court and add restaurant or two. The commissary is conveniently located across the parking lot.

Seems like the appearal in this store is outdated. Dont have a nice shoe selection.

This place absolutely sucks. I usually dont leave reviews but I have to for this place. You dont save on prices and their price match is horrible. They wouldnt match price cause Wal-Mart was out of stock on a certain color that I wanted. Same product and all, just a different color. AAFES will never get another penny of my money.

Wide selection of clothing, shoes, electronics, house hold items, food and so forth. Prices were good. Store was clean. Staff was kind.

Small post, but has a lot of old planes on display. Very quaint. The PX, Clothes and Sales, and Commissary are all decent size. Everyone is very friendly.
