Cute little shop with friendly service, even at late night hours. Cookies were really good and fresh. The cashier politely told us some of the cookies would take a few minutes as they had to be warm and it was worth the wait. Perfect for midnight snacking!

First visit and the manager was so nice and made the cookies fresh. They were so warm and delicious. Had a nice talk with the manager while we were waiting for the cookies. The prices are good. They have blue bell ice cream and Borden milk.

My boyfriend and I went to visit after seeing a facebook ad. The cookies are very good and come out warm. I had no bad customer service experience like others in reviews had. However, I am taking a star off because they dont accept cash nor do they have vegan cookie cakes or milkshakes like I had seen in the facebook ads. This location doesnt offer anything more then basic drinks, ice-cream, and cookies. Overall experience was good. I will be back.

Great tasting desserts and open late. Star taken off because certain staff members can be rude. At the beginning of the pandemic I walked in without a mask and an employee said We will not serve you without a mask, you need to get one or leave. I am in no way against masks, I just happened to forget it in my car. No need to be rude Mr. Employee, just ask nicely and Ill be happy to oblige.

Cookies are good, the service could definitely be improved. I had a terrible experience last night. You can tell some employees are doing their best considering the circumstances, but there are others that are ruining it for them. There was one lady (leg tattoo) having a very lengthy conversation with the employees when there was 14 people in line waiting to order. She basically prevented them from helping others. And I dont think she was even on the clock! It took us 30+ min to get 6 cookies. We wont be back to this particular location!

Admittedly the best cookie I’ve had in a long while, but probably not worth the $4 I paid for it. Served warm and incredibly gooey, the Triple Chocolate Chunk was more candy than cookies, which sounds awesome (and it was), but made it difficult to eat. The ice cream sandwiches looked absolutely decadent, but I couldn’t justify the price tag or an entire days worth of calories just for one treat.

If u cannot get employees to work this location shut it down. I ordered cookies and ice cream at 8 pm I recieved a text saying my order was recieved at 830 saying its on the way another text at 833 looks like we r having trouble delivering your order please call the store. So I call to be told it will be another 30 min before I get my order so I wait an hour ... Not Happy. The reason they are behind they only have one delivery driver. At 9 pm I called again to see about my order once again I was told they only have one driver and that my order was now on its way so it was 915 by the time it showed up

Delicious and still warm with delivery 😋 can’t pick a favorite. Had 7 different kinds of fresh baked cookies.

Went to the one in Colorado which was amazing this location is pretty good too dozen for 20.00 freshly baked open until 3am🥰

I read A LOT of reviews about poor customer service. This was not the case when we went. Very friendly and very helpful. Cookies were amazing as was the ice cream. The richest and craziest cookie sandwich Ive ever had and I loved it!

Awfully long wait even when I ordered online!!! When I came into the store, the lady in front of me said she waited 55 mins for her cookies. I ordered mine online which was supposed to be ready by the time i arrived. I still had to wait 30 mins because they keep giving my cookies to people who came in after me. I had plenty of time writing this review because of my long wait. Not coming back!

The cookies are to die for.. But those poor employees have no cold air in that building it was hot as hell when we went in there. The young lady said they havent had cold air since the freeze that happened. It is summer time the devil rides the heat waves here in Texas. I can not believe for it to be in TCU area that they do not take care of their employees. If one of them pass out from the heat just inside the place I hope they sue. But the cookies and customer service was amazing.

Cookies were great ice cream was great prices are very reasonable for the amount you are given . Chocolate chunk cookie had a huge peice of chocolate just wasnt the best tasting in my opinion.

Only 3 stars cause they taste good but the customer service was poor and lacking. Could barley hear the guy and just put our boxes on the counter without letting us know it was ready. Came on Friday may 7 around 1040pm the guy with glasses is rude and dry and they where out of certain classic cookies I came with my mom she’s a teacher and she and I want be back if he’s there. He needs a coaching on customer service, it’s call insomnia not sleepyheads didn’t feel welcome.

The cookies were really good, nice and soft, and they warm them up. Then add the ice cream. I had a double chocolate chunk cookie with coffee bluebell ice cream. SO GOOD!

Great cookies. I ordered three triple chocolate chunk cookies for my parents and I. They told me they need to make them and it would be 20 minutes and they would take it to my car for me. After about 30 minutes i went back inside. Derrick told me that he went outside, but couldnt find my car. It happens, its late at night. He apologized for the wait and gave me an extra cookie for waiting so long. I appreciate it, Derrick. Thank you!Ive always had great customer service here every time Ive come.I would recommend ordering for pickup online. I tried delivery before but their system online was glitchy. It would say it was on the way and then when I would check again it would say that its still baking. It also doesnt say how many minutes until you have it delivered. With that being said, that is not a store issue, thats an issue with the system. So I dont blame the store.Thank you for the cookies! I gave this review 4/5 stars because of the wait.

So I was just there and the messed up my order. I paid for the ice-cream and six cookies, three snickerdoodles and three chocolate chips. They only gave me the ice-cream which I didnt check until I got home. I tried to call them but no one picked up. So I basically paid $17 bucks for ice-cream.

While their cookies are good. The service is horrible..i arrived at 11am which is the time they open..i watched two workers get out and go in. I went to the door to go in and it was locked. So i waited 5 mins. Still nothing. I could see both workers in there. I even called from the door and neither answered the phone. I visited the west berry location in fort worth texas.

Cookies may be average, but service is absolutely pathetic. I had to order some for my fiancé at an event, and ordered the cookies 30 minutes early in case they get late. An hour passes by and I call customer service. They apologize and put me on hold to talk to the branch. They then tell me that the delivery was just dispatched and should be at the door in 15 minutes. 40 minutes have passed by and I’m still waiting for the delivery.

Best cookies ever! Seriously, if you have that midnight craving for cookies, go here. The best chocolate chip cookies Ive had and their cookie cakes are amazing. I would have rated 5 stars, but the lady that was there at night wasnt very polite both times I was there. Not enough to keep me from going back again and again though.

My Boyfriends birthday is today and he’s been talking about insomnia cookies that’s located in New York(Where he’s from ) Since I’ve known him.I placed an order for him a week ago and I just picked up my order an hour ago. The message says Congrats instead of Happy Birthday 😭😭😭😭 and the ice cream is not what I asked for either. The food is good but hopefully the service will be a bit better next time.

Arrived here today at 2:45pm. Waited for 3 minutes at the front waiting for someone to help me when I just heard them talking in the back. I said excuse me and the lady said be right with you. Waited 3 more minutes and finally decided to walk out. I really wish they would have a better attitude when a customer walks in. Also the cookies are Sometimes amazing and fresh/warm and sometime dry, overcooked, stale/warm.More uniformity please

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a cookie cake for my wifes birthday and it was supposed to be available at noon on a Wednesday. Went to pick it up and they were closed...called corporate and was told that they couldnt get anyone to come in that day. I later found out that happens almost every day with no notice. If you order something odds are they wont be open and wont have made your order and will not warn you.

They are only allowing 4 people in the store currently (totally understandable because covid and it’s a small shop) but be prepared if it’s cold or raining. Cookies were 8/10 service was -2/10!! They ran out of most of the cookies we wanted and the girl was not nice about it at all and then still messed up our order.... sad finish to our night. Definitely don’t wanna go back here tbh...

I’m not sure what happened, but a notice that the business hours have changed would’ve been nice before driving 35 mins to a closed building... It was 11:00 pm on Sunday night.***UPDATE*** I was finally able to catch them open one day I was visiting in the area. My daughter has a gluten allergy and I just love it when the workers know how serious it is. As soon as I ordered the GF items a worker changed her gloves and said she’d fix that part of it herself because she knew how serious it is. I loved everything about the visit. The customer service. Don’t waste your time. Cookies were okay but staff was rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to them. The girl taking our order chatted with another customer/friend about how she was upset about management. Did not even try to finish the conversation quickly just kept talking as if we weren’t in line. When it was our turn she made us stand behind the blue line several feet away from the counter to order. Once we ordered she shoved all our cookies into multiple bags. I asked her for a box the way they are shown in the photo and she was clearly not happy about that. I moved closer to pay and even with the protective glass all around her she stood back several feet as if I had Rona! If you hate your job and you’re that scared of rona find something else. First and last time going to this place.

Cookies were the only good part of this experience, guy at the counter was so rude for no reason at all then once we ordered everything told us the store doesn’t accept cash, what kind of establishment doesn’t accept cash ???? Will be going to crumble cookies from now on.

Insomnia Cookies are the best ever! Warm, delicious, and you cant go wrong with any of the flavors. Butter pecan is a new flavor and they just melt in your mouth!

Absolutely awful said they had tons of cookies made there was 10 of us waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes they wouldn’t serve us because they had too many deliveries apparently so everyone left. Extremely rude.

Same issues as everyone else who recently posted. Staff is rude, service is abismally slow, and the quality of the cookies and ice cream after the whole 2 hour long ordeal was not ever remotely where it should been. I wouldve been better off going to Kroger. So dissapointing.

Myself my husband and my two children decided to venture out for a late-night snack to insomnia cookies we were majorly disappointed and will never be going back the employee that was on duty was extremely rude to myself and my children. I just dont understand if you are that upset about having to be at work why even come in in the first place? We ended up leaving without anything because they dont accept cash???????

After waiting for delivery for almost an hour, we finally received our cookies. The mint chocolate chip cookies were not soft and very crunchy, and we ordered whole milk but received 2%. Disappointed with my experience. The Insomnia Cookies location in Denton, TX is much better.

The cookies themselves are pretty good (most of the time) but sometimes they put the completely wrong ones in the box, and a lot of the time the staff is pretty rude. I dont go here nearly as often as I used to.

Probably won’t go back unless it’s 2am and I happen to be near and desperately want a cookie. They tasted fine not anything spectacular though that would set them apart from any other decent cookie shop. Prices in my opinion we’re way too high for what you got. 2 small cookies, a pint of milk, and a single scoop of ice cream for just under $10. May be if the cookies were bigger there’d be value.

If you are in need of cookies at a certain time, dont count on it. Now it is a little my fault as I forgot the location is on the college side of town. Yet that still doesnt mean service is good. One lady said yes I could pick up my order only for a minute later to be told 8 more minutes.

It takes almost 2 hours to get a 6 cookie delivery made.... the delivery staff are rude and honestly id rather plan ahead to have cookies on stack at my house instead of having to rely on these guys.

Why do y’all let people order online if it’s sold out??? I waited 30 minutes just to be told it’s sold out after it let me order and pay online. Then just for the worker to assume that I’d want those nasty other flavors is just so inconvenient and rude.....I really didnt want or need extra cookies but whatever. 🙄

First time going. Tried to call ahead to see if I could make a to go order no answer, got there it was empty. They obviously werent busy. Made my order for some ice cream sandwiches, however they werent taking cash had to run to atm and come back. When making my order employee wasnt wearing gloves. I walked out, I wont be back.
