If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience of my life! I feel incredibly ripped off. I will be going elsewhere because I do not trust this prescription. To start, the doctor barely interacted with me. All of the interactions were incredibly rude, rushed, and brash in nature. The doctor yelled at me for not knowing my prescription and that she had to (direct quote) start from zero. She rushed the entire exam. I got snapped at when she got frustrated trying to find the correction in my right eye. I never got told what the prescription was. I never got to see what the final prescription was except on paper. She didnt make sure I was comfortable with it or that it was correct. Lastly, I requested an appointment at a specific time and then the clinic called to ask me to come in early because supposedly the appointment would take longer. The appointment took less than 15 minutes and most of this was spent typing on her computer with her back to me not talking. This makes me suspicious that this was a case of the doctor wants to leave the office early and not that they need more time to look at my eyes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

The staff and doctors here are fantastic. They were patient with my questions and explained everything. I feel that they really care about my eye health and are knowledgeable.

Dr Lee was very knowledgeable and gave a thorough exam and answered all my questions. She is exceptionally professional and explains what care is needed. Her staff was quick to get an appointment time that worked for me. I would recommend her and her staff if you need to get an eye exam or contacts.

The receptionist that wears glasses need to lose the chip on her shoulder and get retrained on customer service skills. Customers will have questions and shouldnt get answers as if youre being bothered.

Eye exam portion was great. However don’t order contacts through them. The pricing and everything was fine however it seems like there was some sort of lapse in the ordering of the contacts. Just get your prescriptions and order them yourself to avoid any issue.

My wife and I have been going here for the past 3 years! They are great! They are really good at being helpful and letting you know what the issues are. Being there to make it better! The Dr. Is fantastic! We will keep going!

Worst place I have ever been to. After wearing glasses for 30 years never had an issue of getting a copy of my medical records including old prescriptions. Recommend that if want to go so place where the patient has transparency into the history of their prescriptions recommend you go anywhere but here. Won’t be back and will go to another vision works if this is who this store is affiliated with. If there were negative stars would have given that.

Very clean place with professional staff. Being one of the only eye clinics in my network that is fairly close to my house. I was very surprised how fast the testing went and how courteous and kind the staff was during our visit. My daughter and I were in and out in twenty to thirty minutes with afternoon 3:15pm appointment.

I had my eye exam, as usual, in February of 2020 and I prepaid to have some contacts ordered. My contacts have to be special ordered, so we tried different brands until we could find one that worked best for me. I went through about 5 brands with them and neither of them worked. They then told me that I would have to schedule a new exam because something wasnt right. I scheduled my new exam on August 6, 2020. When I made it to my appointment, I was told that I should not have been scheduled for another eye exam because I already had one (I tried to explain this to them on the phone before making the appointment). We then discussed what brands of contacts Ive already tried to see which one I needed to try next. The contact brand they decided on was not in stock, so I was told that I would receive a call back in 2 weeks to pick them up. It is now September 15th, and they still have not called me for a pickup. I went to the doctor to see were the contacts ever delivered or if they just forgot to call me. Everyone in the eye doctor seemed to know NOTHING about my prescription. I was also told that no contacts were ever even ordered for me in August. The receptionist asked me did I get an exam on August 6th, even though when I came to my appointment on August 6th, they told me I didnt need one. Everything is completely unorganized and unprofessional. Now, here I am again, waiting on my new contacts to be ordered.

Very nice, professional staff, and accommodating. I showed up for my appointment not realizing I was a week early! Talk about being responsible. Anyway, instead of telling me to return next week, they made the trip worth my while and squeezed me in. Also, the exam was fast and easy. I definitely recommend Advanced Eye Clinic to anyone shopping around for professional eye care. 😀

I visited Advanced Eye Clinic for my routing eye check. The staff was very friendly and made me very comfortable while using the eye equipment for testing on me. Shruthi was the assistant who helped me and I am very thankful for the care she took in helping me through it.I was then seen by Dr. Le and she was very knowledgeable and conducted my eye test very well and explained the issue with my eye sight well.I get my routine eye check up every year and I must say Dr Le has been the best so far in treating me and making me aware of several things related to eye care.During this Covid-pandamic the staff took good care to follow the Covid guidelines. I highly recommend Advanced Eye Clinic to everybody for their eye check up!

I had an appointment back in May. First time patients. The 2 young women at the counter were nice and professional. A male optometrist did our eye exams, scolded me about one of my kids’ eye sight and rushed the entire thing. He didn’t seem to really care. I ended up getting my son (his sight is more severe) a second opinion and it was much closer to the previous prescription. If I ever return (which I highly doubt) I will likely book with the woman optometrist from the business card. I believe she is the primary and from other reviews appears to care about her patients. I was definitely not happy with this particular visit.

Very happy with their services. Comfortable waiting area with video entertainment. And estimated wait times were very accurate. I requested service on very short notice and they were able to see me within 30 minutes. Even if they were to ask me to return for a later time, I was pleased they could see me on the same day I walked in. The optometrist that tested me was very caring and I felt comfortable and reassured that I had been given professional care. Yes I can recommend this eye clinic to my associates.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Eye Clinic. The entire staff was friendly and professional and they were able to get eye exams done for the four of us in under an hour. Also, the office conveniently located next to a VisionWorks so we were able to go right next door and get our prescription filled following the appointment. I can definitely appreciate people who respect your time and treat you like people and not like another number.

Upon my arrival and filling out paperwork, the staff informed me that since I am a healthcare provider that takes care of COVID patients, that they would not see me without a negative COVID test. This is absolutely infuriating!! I have no symptoms and am continuously protected with PPE while working. I have not once been turned away by any other doctors office just because I work in healthcare. If anything, I am protected more than the average person who walks around not properly wearing their mask and using gloves inappropriately. I will never go back to this location for an eye exam. At the very least they could have stated this when I made the appointment. I am very disappointed.

I recently had to change eye doctors and this was one of the suggestions I received. Best experience ever. The doctor was thorough and told me things that I had not heard before. Also, the wait time was very short and the nurses were nice and helpful.

Dont make an appt for noon if your going to make me wait in my car and not see me until 12:30. Thats why we make appointments is to be on time to things. I have now missed another appointment due to this. I understand the face mask rule. But for you to charge an extra 30 dollars for retinal imaging because you dont want to do dilation is ridiculous. If its due to corona then you should do the retinal imaging in place of it. This will be the last visit to this clinic which is unfortunate.

Dr. Attri is amazing! I came in here by chance after a cornea abrasion and she took care of me immediately. They were able to squeeze me in and the wait wasnt very long at all. She has taken my needs into account every step of the way. Dr. Attri is very friendly and personable. I wish I could use her as my regular optometrist but my insurance is out of network. But I highly, HIGHLY, recommend her!

I called for an appointment on 2/3 @4:00 PM. When I got there they informed me that someone did not put my appointment in correctly and that they would still see me. I waited for almost 2 hours, and then went up to the desk for the receptionist to tell me Ill be next. I see the doctor and was given an incorrect prescription.Its is now 2/29, and I was scheduled for an appointment at the whatuga location to get the correct prescription and I arrive only for them to tell me that there is another mistake with my appointment and that they will try and fit me in, even though my appointment is at 10:15.Very dissatisfied with the service I have gotten at two different locations

Amazing doctor. She found out that my old eye doctor had me in a high eye lens and was causing my very bad headaches... love how she sits there and explains everything to you and answers your questions. Definitely going back to her and taking my family.

Then there’s Dr. Srishti Attri...she was so down to earth and just genuinely sweet. Totally blunt and honest, just how I like it. She was so patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was educated as well as taken care of. Will definitely go back and most certainly recommend.

Rip off place. Stay away from here. They gave my the prescription in my eye wrong twice and i have to comeback and redo and they charge me $30 more each time when they shouldnt charge anything for their mistakes.

Dr. Attri is the most thorough and patient eye doctor that I have been to. Her and her staff made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my prescription and contacts. She even went the extra mile and discussed several issues that I was having - most doctors would waive it off and she actually explained all the conditions to me with solutions to them.

From the moment I walked in to the Alliance location the staff was friendly and efficient. I needed a re-exam because I could not see with Rx another doctor gave me. Doctor saw I have cataracts and listed visit as cataract exam and was able to use my Medicare, saving me half the cost of the exam. She gave me new Rx, explaining it may seem weaker because of changes from cataracts and scheduled a 6 month return to evaluate and explore surgery options. Dr. Attri was pleasant, very efficient and thorough. She explained everything and answered all questions. She suggested I take advantage of Visionworks 2 pair of no frills progressive lens for $99 since I probably won’t be needing them long term. Over all I saved $150+ over what the incorrect Rx cost. One of the best eye exam experiences I have had in many years!!

I came in unannounced, was taken care of immediately.Yes, I was lucky, but the service is excellent.I was given every option, glasses, contacts, the fact I was never told before, some contacts will irritate certain people. I never knew that.Now I may try wearing them again.

I have been going to Advanced Eye Clinic in Alliance for years and have never had any complaints but never left as happy as I did with my first visit with Dr. Srishti Attri (newest doctor there). She was so incredibly sweet, took great care of me, and has a cute sense of humor. She was thorough and explained everything to me immensely well more so than the previous doctor. You can tell she is passionate about her job which is hard to say about most doctors I have had experience with. I really look forward to my Eye appointments more so than ever now! Dr. Attri is an amazing doctor.I had to wait for a while but it was very worth it. She takes time with every patient. She genuinely cares about solving vision problems. She is very wise. She listens, does testing, and then assesses.For me, todays visit was a miracle. Four years ago, I was diagnosed with MS and told as part of of that that I would never see again in my right eye. Wrong!!!!!! Dr. Attri was able to find a way to answer my vision problems... Both the new one and the MS one.She listened to me, guessed what was going on, then did further testing to see. She was not too proud to change her mind, nor too rushed to double check. After the testing, she knew it wasnt what she originally thought.She will work with you to solve your vision problems. I wish Id seen her before today.

She was so patient and supportive while teaching me how to put in contacts after they were closed. They went the extra mile and they take walk ins.

Came in with a medical issue with my eye and AEC knew exactly what to do. One week later, Im feeling pretty good. AEC, not just for eye exams. So glad I didnt go to the emergency room. AEC was very willing to shuffle their schedule to accommodate if needed on a very busy day.

Dr. Attri was by far the worst optometrist Ive ever been to. I went for a walk in to get an eye exam and Dr. Attri was extremely rushed, worked through the eye exam too quickly and acted very rude when I walked in and through the eye exam. A couple weeks later when I recieved my new glasses with the perscription that Dr. Attri wrote, I found out that Dr. Attri was so rushed that she wrote down the wrong perscription so that one eye is much more strong than the other (right is +2.25 and left is 0.25) now I am left with a pair of glasses that I am not able to wear because Dr. Attri paid little attention to what she was writing and because she was in such a rush to get out of the office that day.

My family and I saw Dr Attri in May, she was wonderful, took great care of all of us. Within a few weeks, I was back to see her due to an issue with my eye after my PCP was unable to help resolve it. Dr Attri saw me the same day that my husband set up the appointment for me. She scheduled a follow up two days later, did not like the progress and immediately was on the phone scheduling me to see an ophthalmologist, as the cornea specialist was out of town. We have been on a journey with my eye since late May, and I couldn’t have been taken better care of anywhere else, of that I am sure. Dr Attri will always come highly recommended by me, as she truly is a highly skilled doctor, and such a caring person. Always going above and beyond. I’ll never go anywhere else!

My eye exam was so rushed I was scared that my prescription on my contacts would be wrong!, and they were not even busy at all but yet my exam was rushed, they did not give me and contact sample supplies, i never had contacts before and they just gave a sample pair and I was on my way!, I had to stop at cvs and buy an actual container for my “sample contacts”, And their contacts eye exam is not cheap coming from a cash pay customer.
