I have been a patient here for 3yrs. The staff always makes you feel welcome. The first set of exams went very smooth. Dr. Fry is very cool and down to earth.

The doctor and employees are great! I trust their exams. I never have a long wait. They require a mask to be worn which I dont agree with. It made it harder to do the eye tests because the mask forces your breath to fog up the lens on the testing device. I had to alert the doctor about it so I could see.

The reviews on here must be made up because my exsperience has been horrible to say. Smiling faces to take your money but poor services. Glasses are now ready that i see through email. I have not received NO calls letting me know. First the doctor had me wait three months to see him again because he wanted to see if ny type two diabetes would cleaner up something in my eyes, but after i told him my bleary vision came from a job injury he insisted that it was from my diabetes. Ok three months went by no change of course now May 16 glasses ordered , i called back in three weeks glasses got lost i recived no word that this had happened. 460 dollar glasses lost after found and back been worked on no phone call no word on my glasses. four monthes to do one pair of glasses. Call call call to get you an appointment but sucks on the deliviery of product.

Easiest eye appointment ever. Staff was prompt and attentive. Definitely planning on staying with Dr. Frye and team.

The staff and Doc here are top notch, super friendly, knowledgeable and using state of the art tools. When it came to a one on one diagnosis with the Doc, he laid out facts, recommendations, and it didnt feel like he was trying to oversell me. Trustable, caring, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Would, no wait, WILL definitely come back here.

Perfect customer service, they took great care of me when I only had questions about getting glasses. I was able to walk out with getting a prescription and glasses. I am very grateful for what they did for me the day I walked in. I highly recommend going to advanced vision care. They will take great care of you.

My mom is 100% wheelchair bound. This was the only eye dr I found who could accommodate her.Everyone was polite and curtious. Im so thankful theyve kept old school items to accomodate handicap people. We will definitely use them from now on

My visit at Advanced Vision Care was great! I was in and out quick, they were pleasant to work with and they were thorough in my exam. I liked that they had a great selection of glasses and Amanda helped me with a change I made after the exam.

The people here were nice except for Luis and Dr. Frey. He seemed uninterested. During my eye exam, I told him that things werent crystal clear and sharp. His response thats as good as it get. Sounded a little snarky. He prescribed me eye drops for my extremely dry eyes. I asked of the side effects. He replied none really. My own research found a ton of side effects with the drops 😐Luis seemed to be getting annoyed after I asked more than once for a cost rundown. Just because you type things up quickly in your calculator all day, doesnt mean I do. Slow down and help your customer understand what all THEY are responsible for paying for.I like my glasses and thats why they dont get a lower score.

I love this place. They are so nice and helpful. Dr. Smith has great people skills and gets to truly know you. He has really helped me with my vision. For the first time, that I can remember, I have the same prescription for a second consecutive year. I didnt have to increase it! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

These folks are absolutely wonderful. While I wasnt super happy about how expensive my glasses were (not necessarily their fault - i blame insurance and my eyes!), when I recd them a week after the exam, the transition feature just wasnt that dark - which was frustrating - again, because of how much I spent. After calling about it, they ordered replacement lenses at no cost with a darker transition really with no questions asked and theyll be here next week. I couldnt be happier! I highly recommend this place!!!

When I arrived they were very friendly. Dr. Greg Fray was Excellent, BEST experience ever with him. The only down fall of my visit is when they charged me an unexpected payment of $130, When I called to schedule my appointment they stated my co pay was only going to be $10. I would have not had a problem if I knew the pricing ahead of time , so I had no choice but to pay it. So for that reason I was not satisfied with my visit.

Hidden fees and wonderfully outrageous prices. But they try to make the screwing not so bad by telling you what a great deal your getting. The kid felt like the dr was a little creepy. I canceled my appt. as soon as I got there. Not good vibes. Had to leave 1 star to post.

Dr. Smith is awesome. He is extremely caring and interested in the health and overall eye care. I am impressed with how he interacts with my children. They thought he was a funny man and loved him. Most of the office staff are kind and professional. Becca who performed the pre exam was so sweet and professional. Linda was a true Joy and very knowledgeable.The only downside of Advanced Vision is their glasses selection. They really need to widen their selection of glasses for adults and children. We were unable to purchase glasses. As result, the lady at the front desk( I did not get her name but she was the one who checked me out) was perturbed at the fact that I only asked my childrens prescriptions and did not purchase glasses there. She also charged 10 dollars for the prescriptions. Her attitude was disappointing. Everything else was great.

Scheduled an annual eye exam with Advanced Vision Care. Absolutely the best! I have worn glasses & contacts for 43 years. Dr. James Smith and his staff are so wonderful, thorough, and precise. Everyone has a great sense of humor as well. So happy I can call Dr. Smith my optometrist!

Found it interesting you have to answer question or which includes whether your asthmatic or not but when I walked in the door they had a sentsy candle sitting on the counter. The smell was so strong that I had to leave and no one to seemed concerned when I walk back and cancelled my appointment. Not sure how good the doctor is, but be warned if you are asthmatic make sure that you take your inhaler and maybe a face mask.

My daughter grist eye exam. Everyone was so nice and made her comfortable. So comfortable see even wanted glass when she found out she didnt need them yet. Great experience.
