I LOVE MY NEW SHOES!! Great customer service & great quality products! I am new to running and the lady helped me find the perfect shoes for me! My boyfriend has shopped here for years and introduced me to this store! I highly recommend shopping here!

Went here for the first time today and the lady that helped me was SO HELPFUL! Instead of just giving me one or 2 different brands for stability shoes, she brought 4-5 because I didn’t even know where to start! I actually was shocked at the shoes I ended up choosing because I thought I would like a different one better. She seemed very knowledgeable and was patient with me. They only had 2 colors in stock so I decided to buy from their website...but had to leave this review because she was great! They have an amazing selection of different brands! I’m excited to get my new ones in the mail!!

Went In today to buy some new running shoes, but had to walk out. Of the 3 staff members only one was wearing a mask. I can’t let someone get close enough to me to fit me for a shoe without taking basic precautions during a global pandemic. It’s strange to me that a store focused on health wouldn’t have employees wearing masks- even your basic gas station does that! If you can’t do the bare minimum to protect your customers, you don’t get my business.

Cindy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We were a bit of a handful because we didn’t know what we needed but she helped us figure it out with a great attitude. The store was tidy and well stocked. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I went shopping for a pair of shoes for me. Cindy was really helpful. She analyzed our walk and what type of shoe would work better with our feet. Cindy was wonderful is helping me find a shoe that was just what I needed. Even when I had a slight issue (unrelated to her wonderful service!), and had to come back in, her and her assistant manager took great care of me! Will definitely be coming back.

Ruben greeted and offered to help my wife and I the moment we walked in the store. Im a runner, average around 20-25 miles a week, and my wife is 8 months pregnant. His knowledge of ones gait, stride, and running experience made him a phenomenal customer service agent.He was seamlessly able to help me find better running shoes with marathon about 4 months away, and help my wife find supportive everyday shoes.I cannot recommend this location enough!!!

What an amazing experience. I took my 12 year old son to purchase cross country shoes. Mind you, its a sport we dont know much about. We went to other stores but didnt get the help or selection we needed. As soon we walked in, it was like walking in a custom tailored suit store. But for feet lol. We said what we was looking for and from there the professional experience of learning my sons feet and how he stands started. My son does not like shopping at all. And he walked excited about the buy. We both were satisficed on the purchased and know its the right shoe we needed. Who knew it would be that much fun shopping for shoes. Look forward to come back. I enjoy practicing with all my son sports. So looks like I will be needing to get some good XC shoes! Have to collect those rewards points, you know.

Let me start by saying the staff was kind when helping me find a shoe. HOWEVER, after running a few training runs in my shoes I realized they were not the shoes for me. Pain in my feet like I’d never experienced in any other shoe (not the result of an injury because I switched to my old shoes between runs to confirm). Went to return as I know other running stores will take shoes back no questions asked within 30 days and the store was no help, and would not take them back even though they were the ones recommended by their staff. If you’re unsure about a new pair of shoes and need more than just a few minutes on a treadmill to make sure they are the ones for you, shop elsewhere.

Went to by 2 or 3 pairs of running shoes today. There was a guy sitting messing with some shoe, he looked like he could have worked there. No one else was around. I waited a few minutes to see if anyone would out of the back & then I left. Think I will stick with Lukes

I never experienced customer service like this before, ruben went out of his way to show me different tennis shoes that i needed for walking. I drove from dallas to fort worth its worth the drive to meet a person that cares about their customers and is willing to share his advice. I hope your boss recognizes what kind of employee he has at the store. I will definitely come to him when purchasing my next pair of tennis shoes. Dont forget to ask for him on your next pair of tennis shoes 👍👌

Fraudulent company!!!!!!!!E buyers beware! My husband purchased a e gift card for me April and send it to a work email that I am no longer affiliated with anymore. And all of a sudden, months later, they have switched systems and now they dont have a record of it.We have contacted them and we werent given any type of solution.This is theft.

Brought my parents in to have my elderly father fitted for new walking shoes. Jennifer was extremely patient and knowledgeable, she was wonderful getting him fitted for a pair of shoes. In the end I decided to have her fit me as well and she was great. Will definitely sent my parents back and be back myself!

Came into Run On! 1/19/2020 and was helped by Lauren on selecting a solid running shoe. After going through roughly 8 pairs of shoes and never losing her patience, Lauren found the perfect shoe for my needs. I definitely recommend to come here and to not feel pressured but rather to be helped to the fullest extent!

Recieved a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. I had to exchange the size. They happily exchanged them. I did have the receipt so made the process more smooth. I will be going back for more shoes in the future.

Went in a few weeks ago and had the great pleasure of meeting Cole. My New Balances were never comfortable and I stopped in just to see if maybe shoe technology had changed in the past couple of years. Having someone that looked like he ran a few marathons helping me made it seem like I would finally solve my problem, where he discovered I tended to roll out to in when I walk. Ecstatic, I was eager to try on the shoes since he seemed to know the shoes designed to support that foot type. But after trying on a few models he recommended, I still had yet to find that perfect shoe for me that my friends always claimed a real running store can find for you.Cole, however, was not satisfied with my response to the shoes he presented and began to question me more on what I felt in them. My biggest problem having been in the reoccurring pain I constantly have on the outside of my foot, where no shoe seems to cushion it enough properly. He then asked about my form, noting that I was a heel striker after seeing me jog more in another pair of New Balances. After that, he told me to try jogging again while shifting my weight forward in a straight lean.It was incredible how quick the pressure went away! Cole then explained that if I keep a proper mid foot strike, I shouldn’t roll to the outside of my foot and the pain won’t come back. My New Balances felt like clouds after changing my form thanks to him, and now waking up in the morning to run is more enjoyable than ever thanks to the experienced staff at Run On!

We came here without realizing it was no longer a Lukes. We gave it a chance anyway. Its a nice store but not all the staff are knowledgeable about running shoes. The gentleman helping me was courteous but not an experienced runner. His recommendations were not the best for my feet.The gentleman helping my husband was much more knowledgeable. The shoes I purchased are the absolute worst running shoes I have ever tried. If you are willing to spend over $100 on running shoes I would recommend Lukes Locker.

I run here when the store hosts cool community social runs. I like how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is when it comes to helping me with my shoe and training needs. Most importantly I got the most comfortable pair of running pants (Vuori Ponto Performance Pants) from this store and I love them.

The staff was just weird. I was looking at the shoes on the wall and a worker came right up beside me and said nothing to me just stood there, I thought I was in the way and said excuse me and he still said nothing, so I walked away. It was a creepy feeling...loved Lukes locker sad they are gone....

Went in a couple of weeks ago to checkout the new running store in ft worth. the one middle aged rodeo lady was pushy and made me feel uncomfortable.
