Nice clean place. Polite employees.My only complaint was that they do not offer a military discount.I still bought my son his shoes here, then went to the Arlington location and they gave me a military discount on the same day...Not sure why one location would offer it and not the other since its all NewBalance.I will be going to the Arlington location for this reason only.

Excellent customer service! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. I went in looking for a shoe that would be comparable to my Hokas. The young lady working there found exactly what I needed but they did not have the color I wanted so she found it at another store & had it mailed to me. I will definitely be going there from now on.

Sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. They want you to be happy with your purchase and service experience.

I called to see if they had my special size. Gregg I believe was his name, said yes. I asked him to hold them for me I was on my way. I got to the store and he had them waiting for me and was ready for me to check out. It was awesome. This is my 4th purchase of the 990 family from NB. They are miracle shoes for running.

Quick and friendly help. This is one of the better stocked New Balance stores I have visited. They stocked all of my kids sizes including the teenagers [usually special ordered online] wide, in several different styles! I highly recommend this store.

I wanted a couple pairs of shoes that were not available in the store. After looking if they were available at all, they found them elsewhere. They offered to have them sent to the store so I could try them on. I agreed and left. Shortly afterwards, I changed my mind, went back to the store and paid for the purchase and asked that they be mailed to me. Well two days later I received a call and the shoes were sent to the store instead. Rather than putting them in the mail, or me having to go in and pick them up (which I was more than willing to do), they were delivered to me same day. Who could ask for me? Great customer service!

My husband was referred to this store to purchase better fitting and better quality tennis shoes due to plantar fasciitis. We have always bought high quality shoes but we wanted to try these anyway. Anything to help alleviate his foot pain. We chose two pair of tennis shoes and a pair of flip flops. My husband loves the shoes and flip flops. The reason I am posting a review is because the sales staff at this store is terrible. The older man barely talked to us. He did not offer any information as to what would be a better shoe for him or anything else. Basically, I assisted my husband in choosing which shoes. My husband was going to get a style that was much heavier in weight and I suggested against it because of the weight of the shoe. He is 70 years old and needs a lighter shoe. The salesman only repeated what I said after I said it. Instead of saying he would not recommend that shoe because of the weight he basically was going to let my husband purchase that shoe that was made for a much younger and athletic man. Apparently all he cared about was the amount that rang up on the register not his customer. Then in the middle of the sale he switched to the person that just walked into the store and we were assisted by the younger salesman. He was not any better. I also bought a pair of tennis shoes. All in all we bought 3 pair of tennis shoes and 1 pair of flip flops. I think thats a pretty good sale. They did not make us feel comfortable at all. We will continue to buy New Balance shoes for the comfort but we will be going to another store. Lesson learned, keeping a customer and getting repeat business is the key to good salesmanship. Sorry, you just lost a good customer. Maybe it was the fact we had on everyday clothes and nothing fancy. Just T-shirts and shorts. Dont judge a book by its cover.

Just had knee replacement and not allowed to go out. Old tennis shoes were worn on rgt heel. I called and explained my situation. Asked iftbey hada certain style in a 9AA. The gentleman went to check, they did. He put it aside for me. My son then was able to go pick them up for me. Very helpful. I did appreciate it so much.

On Monday, I purchased a top running shoe but they didnt have my size. Very courteous and professional customer service guy said theyd have my size shipped over and I could pick it up on Wed. So I paid and waited. By Friday, no call/no shoes. Stopped into store to find out what happened and talked to a clerk who didnt know much and wasnt very helpful or interested in solutions. I asked for a refund. Went home and ordered same shoe from Zappos and will get them next day.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff who clearly know their product! I thank them for their help and suggestions, over the phone and through the mail, even! Recommend without hesitation!

Highly knowledgeable staff. Perfect for runners or tricky feet issues. They were also fast and efficient. They addressed my daughters tricky feet and ankles with just the right shoe for her in less than 20 minutes. They were determined to get her into the right shoe and were not pushy. I had an issue with my recently purchased shoes, no questions asked Bill (salesman) handed me a brand new pair. He answered every question I had, wealth of knowledge. I usually buy New Balance shoes in department stores but I will come here from now on. I dont normally review but I had a great experience!

We have been going to New Balance for well over 10 years and even if we are only there once or twice a year, the staff remember us. They know their product and always outfit us well.

Very disappointing experience. Took forever for someone to assist me and there was only 1 other person in the store needing assistance . When the second rep finally came on to the floor, he wasnt very knowledgeable or helpful. Came in looking for training shoes. There were only two pair. To choose from....poor. selection. Went to try some running shoes on and 2 of the 3 that I picked werent in stock. Wont be shopping here again.
