Excellent cigar lounge with large humidor, huge cigar selection, and great bar with many whiskey, beer, and wine options. Comfortable seating inside with couches or bar tables to hang out with friends or entertain clients. Large outdoor patio section with multiple fire pits and plenty of seating. Service is excellent! I highly recommend this place..

Awesome experience. I stopped by Sunday and they looked pretty busy so I left and came back 1st thing Monday morning. I’m glad I did. Top notch service and selection. I normally like the smaller cigar stores but this place is amazing. They have just about everything you could ask for brand wise. Stop by and check them out you will be glad you did.

The selection of cigars are great, the drink prices are over inflated and the Fort Worth, Dallas location could be more receptive to African American/Hispanics with a darker skin tone. Our money is green and it spends well. If you are a minority, you might want to check out other cigar lounges in the area thats more welcoming.

This place is classy and big for a cigar place. The prices are very reasonable and one of the employees helped me and showed me everything I wanted to see. Everyone was friendly and welcoming in this place. They have a nice sitting area in and outside. I will be going there to relax and smoke my cigars.

The service at this place has definitely declined! They seriously need to hire more servers and bartenders; it should not take an hour or more to get a drink served to you. Cigar prices are very reasonable which is the only plus. However, the drink prices have skyrocketed and now taste as if they are watering down the liquor! The Colony CI service runs circles around Fort Worth! Smh. I think long and hard before visiting this place. I really have to be in a pinch or major need of a cigar to come here.

I went after the main area of the store was closed but the bar was still open. Great atmosphere and amazing use of space. The workers are nice, respectful,and knowledgeable as they helped me pick out my first cigar, which was well. Would recommend for solo or group visits as they have an outdoor patio area with fires lit around for that campfire feel.

Great place to have a smoke and a drink. Ventilation was good and cold air blowing during a hot summer day. The selection of cigars is good and was able to find a few cigars that I have not been able to get locally.

I love CI Fort Worth Tx. Ms. Angel is one of the best managers I have talk with in most of my life she is the best I pray she stay forever. Great new location. The customer service was spot on from the humidor to the outdoor patio. Kim and Angel took great care of us while we enjoyed great weather and company and delicious drinks. The patio has a tin of seating and I bet a great ambiance once the fire places are lit. We will be back with friends.

I’m new to the Cigar world only smoking once in a while. I went in last night to get some Cigars for 4th of July and the staff was incredible! I was straight forward with what I was looking for and the gentleman helping me didn’t waste any time recommending several cigars for beginners. Definitely will be back!!

This lounge is legit!! Love the vibe. I met Angel, Makailah (not sure on the spelling) and Burt and they were so friendly and helpful. The patio is perfect to just kick back and chill. The drinks are great. Definitely will be back and my new spot. Close to home so Im good!! They humidor closes at 11pm, the patio closed at midnight.

So happy a Cigars International opened up so close to home. We love the selection of cigars and the price is sometime that can’t be beat. The patio is fabulous and loved watching the Mavericks play while we were here. This will definitely be a place that we frequent.

I’m not a cigar smoker but my boyfriend does prefer a good cigar now and then. We checked out Cigars International near Cabela’s and I was very surprised and pleased with the totally chill vibe at CI. First, I have to mention the good ventilation inside, in place, no wreaking of cigar smoke when you leave. Secondly I need to mention the awesome service, behind the bar and in the shop, good deals on drinks with certain purchases. Lastly I need to talk about the beautiful patio. Maximum chill space with lots of seating. Enjoy time with friends or by yourself smoking your fav stogie (picked up cigar vernacular from the BF). Overall, Cigars International Fort Worth is worth checking out.

This was my first time there. Went for two reasons. 1st was to look for some cigars because Im still new to this. 2nd to see if they could possibly fix my tortch lighter. I asked the gentleman behind the counter why I was there. He looked at my lighter and had it working in no time, didnt cost me a dime either. He then walked me around the store suggesting different cigars for me to try. The experience was GREAT and the cost was outstanding. Will definitely be back.

I’m so elated that CI FW is literally 5min from my house! The patio is great and spacious, there’s plenty of seating and the fire pits are great. A young lady named Christian helped me in the humidor, she was knowledgeable,professional and helped me make great cigar selections. I can’t say enough words to express how Angel the bar supervisor was attentive to details and personable.I have suggested to everyone to check CI FW out!

Beautiful facility however the staff is using Covid as an excuse to boost revenue through declining to provide a complimentary cut or light when you buy a cigar. It would be nice to offer customers a cheap matchbook if they were truly concerned about cleanliness but just so have it, the cheapest lighter they offer is $11. Ive been to a lot of cigar shops and never once have I been declined a light. I get that the firm is probably jacked to the eyeballs in debt to finance expansion amid the pandemic, and you would think that the $6 domestic drafts might take the edge off, but sacrificing an honest service isnt the best path to prosperity.

I love the atmosphere of cigar International from the cigar staff where Lauren has a wealth of knowledge. Then you have Angel who runs a fantastic bar side with Sandy sue , Linda, Michaela and the rest who are fantastic!!

25.00 for a single old fashion is absolutely ridiculous. Double check the prices of the drinks before you order is my recommendation. First time for everything BUT the last time at Cigars International Fort Worth!
