Im so happy with my experience with Edible Arrangements! I live in California but my sister is stationed in Ft. Worth so sending her a fruit basket was a good idea for her birthday. It was so easy to place my order online and the customer service was excellent when calling with special delivery instructions. My sister loves her gift and she said it was exactly as I ordered including the note ❤️ She said it was delicious 🤤🍓🍫🍍🍫🍇 Definitely recommend this location for your future orders!

I live out of state but chose this location since its close to my parents. I ordered a fruit bouquet and a birthday balloon and they gave the wrong balloon after the ridiculous amount of money I spent and cant get correct service. I will NEVER use this company ever again and thats too bad for them because all of my family lives in that area and wont use them either. Over priced and got it wrong

I received such horrible service from Trish on 9/5/2020. I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and chocolate-covered strawberries. Upon my arrival, I called so that she could bring out my order. After my arrival, another car arrived so she brought out both orders. She went to the other car first and handed him my smoothie. He then told her he did not order this. She took the order back and then brought it to me. During this pandemic time (COVID), I did not feel comfortable with all the touching. There is a reason for curbside orders and safety measures. I asked for a refund, she was so rude. To date, I have not received my refund and tomorrow will be one week. This type of rude service is unacceptable. I am so sad about this experience because I spend a lot of money at this company.

I had placed an order on January 2nd for a delivery for January 8th and it never got delivered. It showed that my order was being prepared for at least a few hours and that it was out for delivery for at least an hour and a half and we never got it. Then around 6pm (keep in mind the store closed at 5pm) I received an email saying that my order was delivered unsuccessful when the store was already closed.

The customer Service was awesome! Tanya went beyond the average duty of any business person. They were professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Ive called several of the stores and they were all very nice. When I needed to talk to management Luz, she contacted me back right away. To everyone In the WORLD THIS IS THE BEST EDIBLES the one on QUEBEC In LAKE WORTH IS WHERE i GO , HOWEVER WHEN I NEED TO SEND AN ARRANGEMENT OUT OF STATE THEY TAKE MY ORDER In this store I do all my business here we go here at least twice a week & they have the friendliest staff & they are always on point every single time I cant say enough about this place my family & I love them!!!! no matter what we order It comes out perfect every time XO to Edible Arrangements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was great as expected. Very speedy delivery. Great fruit. Great service. Did everything online. The only thing I don’t like is I’ve got like 6 or 7 emails from edible arrangements in 2 days. Marketing overkill. I know I can change that which I have! But man, so many emails and that doesn’t even include my invoice email and confirmation email. Those were expected. The other 7 marketing emails in two days were not expected. But Valentine’s Day is this week so no surprise

I love this place of establishment! The staff are very personable. There was a time when I was looking for something in the last minute, a staff member was still able to accommodate me. I cant thank this place enough.

Being so far away from family that lives in your area, this is a great way to send them a gift to let them know I am thinking of them. Service was great, my gift was created and delivered within hours. The report was that everything was beautiful and delicious! Thank you!

I haven’t ordered a lot but when it is usually for someone else. I know it probably isn’t feasible but I would like to see a couple arrangements smaller for one person. I am elderly and don’t have a lot for extras but would buy smaller. Not tiny but smaller. I love your fruit and arrangements.

Terrible customer service! Normally I am please with the service I get from Edible Arrangements, however this Valentine’s Day 2018 they messed up my delivery to my wife. If I’m paying $64 to have some chocolate strawberries delivered, the least I expected was to have my order right. On the personalized note they completely messed up the ending of it and added an “NN” for some reason? And I paid extra to have balloons delivered with it. Do you think my wife received any balloons? Nope!! So I called customer service who was really helpful and started a case for me but then I decided to call the store. Terrible idea. The girl that answered the phone at the Quebec location in Ft Worth responded to my issue with “I probably will have to ask about that” and didn’t say anything else. So I said I just want my money back for the balloons that weren’t delivered. Then she said again “I will probably have to ask about that.” Then didn’t say anything. So I said “should I call back?” She then said “that would be best” and hung up. How ridiculous. Sad to say this will be the last time I use Edible Arrangements. Hopefully Tiff’s Treats treats me a little better!

Great fruit arrangement as always. Not just this location but others. Need to broaden your delivery areas especially around medical/hospital facilities. Always great work!

I got a platter of chocolate covered strawberries And they were all rotten and moldy! Never again!

FRUIT BOUQUETS ARE EXQUISITE AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Its always a hassle to purchase simple things such as pineapples pops or single dipped fruit. Other locations make it no problem but when I come in request them, its like pulling teeth. I wont ever go back and will not recommend anyone to visit as well.

Dont go to this store. These people couldnt hit a bull in the butt with a bulldozer. I ordered a rather expensive arrangement and was told it would be ready at 2PM, which was switched to 4PM and finally to 6PM. I got there at 5:45PM and waited until 6:30PM before leaving in disgust. I waited with fifteen other people waiting for their 5PM orders. Their product might be good but their service sucks.

Went into store at 4:15 pm on a Saturday while on the way to the hospital to see our new great nephew. Went in for chocolate covered strawberries. Was informed they only had the ones on the shelf that she had no clue how old they were and that she wouldnt make anymore because she was turning off machines because they were fixing to close. They still had 45 minutes before closing time and we were the only ones in the store. This was intended as a gift but was unable to walk out with a gift for them. I have ordered deliveries with no problems but the in store experience was by far the worst and uncaring experience I think Ive had. And when I got on here to write this review and saw all the 1 star reviews for how bad customer service is it seems like the owner would have tried to find a solution for this recurring problem. Good luck with your business because mine is gone. Thanks

I went in today and a very helpful young lady took my order and gave me a beautiful edible arrangement for my customers closing gift. Definitely coming here for all my customers.

I would rate 0 if I could, I went into the store to get a chocolate dipped fruit cone, and a smoothie. They informed me they had no cones made and couldnt make new ones.... Seriously? That is your job, why advertise a product if youre out and cannot make another one? It wasnt busy, there as multiple workers available yet all I get is were out of cones for the day yet there was dipped single pieces of fruit in the case and no one offered that fruit. So we left without the smoothie as well, will never come here again and I will never refer anyone again.

I just left there I asked for a smoothie the girl said we’re not doing smoothies today we’re too busy. I asked her so I can’t order anything she said no we’re not taking any orders right now we’re busy.

Absolutely wonderful fresh fruit arrangements, prices vary in size. I personally send a large arrangement to my long time physicians office on special occasions and as thank you gifts.
