This is a new location. They were located inside LaGrande Plaza. Still the same honest business man. Ive come to him several times. Sometimes I think I need a repair and after he looks at it for a bit he will find that I didnt need a repair, just needed to better understand how my phone works. Hes awesome and honest because he could have told me that he fixed the problem and charged me full price for the repair, but thats not the way he works.I always recommend this place to all my friends and family because its hard to find a man with such integrity. He has definitely earned my loyalty to his business.

Landon & Pam were Outstanding!! I cracked my screen pretty bad. I got off work and didnt get over there till close to 6. They were happy to help me. They fixed it up perfect for me! I brought one of my screen protectors with me. I asked Pam if she would be able to put it in for me. She smiled and said yes I sure can! Thank you to you both!!! 😁😁

Customer service was terrible as well as an ETA on when my laptop was going to get repaired. Left it for about 3 weeks they said they ordered “new internal speakers as well as a fan” , they said they repaired it but nothing was fixed. Paid $75 dollars just for storage.

I ordered the steak and Broccoli and it was very good.My daughter whom took me there had a vegetable soup dish with a salad! Sweet tea good. I had never ate oriental food until that day.

I went in to have my charging port replaced on a 7 plus and my screen replaced. The young lady who helped me was very proffesional and when I returned she had cleaned my port and told me it didn’t need to be replaced screen works great! Very happy with the service.

BEYOND GREAT SERVICE!!! Im a single mom that drives rideshare and I cracked my phone at 7:30 last night. I called a bunch of repair shops & they were all already closed, didnt have the part or they wouldnt stay open late to help me. The owner (Landon) waited for me and stayed almost 1 hour after closing to make sure my Note 9 was fixed so I didnt miss any work today and he wouldnt even allow me to pay anything extra or accept a tip. AWESOME, they have a customer for life!

Went there for an IPhone 4 charger that shouldnt cost no where near 15 dollars. I showed them other prices that were really low but they wouldnt bulge. I understand its their store but not trying to be reasonable and flat out robbing a customer doesnt earn you new customers. I see there are high ratings with this store and the small percentage of low ratings doesnt matter at this point but over time it will chip away if you dont take care of customers over obvious things and ridiculously high prices for something that is obviously sold at a reasonable price. I left this business and went else where to get it for the price I told them it was available for. Will not get my business again.

Dishonest.I left my phone with them after it randomly stopped working. I called to see if they knew what the problem was and the young lady who answered the phone told me that it had randomly started working again and they didnt know what had happened. I asked what I owed them and she responded that I didnt owe them anything because they didnt do anything.When I arrived at the store I was helped by a young man. He told me I owed $35 for diagnostics and because he cleaned my battery connections. I paid because it wasnt worth the hassle, but Ill never take my phone back there.

5 STAR!!! BECAUSE....I broke my Iphone screen at work and this store was the first place I thought of. I was contemplating on if I should go to an Apple store to fix my screen but theyre expensive and this girl is on a budget. I would recommend on going here if you need your phone fixed because theyre inexpensive, the service is amazing and the workers are very kind especially Vu(: (HI!!!) Hes very helpful and has a great, out-going personality. So when youre getting your phone fixed, and just sitting there, you will never be bored because he will definitely keep you entertained. I never leave reviews but I thought this should be my first. I text the number given after hours and recieved a response pretty quick. He answered all my questions and price info as I asked. The price is cheap considering the cost of a new phone. I would definitely go back here for any of my future Samsung phone repairs. They are very friendly and prompt on service. Took about an hour but it was during busy times. If there are people in front of you, it could take a bit longer, but not a big deal at all. If you want to wait forever to get your phone fixed, here is the place. Beware if your Samsung LCD breaks after they repair it, they will not replace the LCD. Theres a better place on Bryant Irvin Rd in Fort Worth.
