Went to the Fort Worth Verizon store on Bryant Irvin today to upgrade my phone. Susie deserves 10 stars! She is professional, knowledgeable, and was very patient with me asking so many questions. She not only explained everything where I could understand it, she also found me the best deal. Brandy (GM) greeted us and wanted to know if there was anything else we needed. I shared with her Susie’s exceptional service. We then met Shiloh who connected my new phone to my vehicle. Visit this store. You will be so happy you did so!

I needed to upgrade my phone and initially did it by phone but a glitch prevented me from completing my purchase. I finally decided I had to brave the virus and go to the store. I was greeted immediately and was told to wait in my car till a rep was available, which was about three minutes. It took about five minutes to go through my purchase options and the rep, Michael, explained the pros and cons of the phones I was considering and the optional extras. He quickly gathered the paperwork, put the case and screen protector on the new phone, and finished the sale, probably ten minutes in all. Everyone was masked and there were never more than about eight people in the store. All in all, painless, quick, and safe.Ive been with Verizon for 15 years and I have been very happy with them. They have actually contacted me twice over the years to tell me I could save money by dropping some of the services I had but didnt use, and their inexpensive overseas options have allowed me to travel to Europe and still use my phone. Highly recommend them.

Was looking to purchase an iPhone 12 and felt like I should have done it in person. Just dont. Do it online. I forgot the man who was helping me (he had an accent) but I felt like the whole time he was trying to upsell me on their bundle deal. Like I get youre in sales, but he seemed really annoyed that I didnt purchase other accessories. Also, I was hoping to find out more about the iPhone 12 and specs, but he didnt seem to know much product knowledge about that either. Just do your own research or go to the Apple Store.The cherry on top is he gave me the incorrect color. I wanted to purchase the Green iPhone 12 in 128 GB which he personally owned and he even joked that I was copying him. I noticed the mistake when I got home that he gave me the blue color and immediately turned back around to the Verizon store. His white colleague and him basically told me that the Green color is only for the Max version. Which I checked online and it also comes in Green for the regular 12 and that Id have to pay a fee to exchange. I think they just wanted me out of the store.Overall, my experience was not good. Unfortunate, since that was my first time at a Verizon store and was hoping itd be a good experience. It might have been a language barrier as well, but I think I will not be returning. Save your time and just buy it online.

Amazing team, very courteous and super helpful. After 10hrs of being on and off the phone with their automated tech support system (very disappointing to say the least) to simply get my old phone transferred to my new phone was a time spent in hell. We decided to stop in to this location for some real live customer support before we would throw in the towel and start shopping for a new service provider. This was the last chance we were going to give Verizon,15+ years of being loyal customers and spending as much as we do for 6 lines a month, one would think to expect decent customer service. These guys hard work saved Verizon from being on the chopping block. Thank you again for your hard work, you all deserve recognition and in my eyes a bonus well earned.

The manager was very friendly he greated me at the door. He ask a few questions and set up an appointment right on the spot. Due to covid-19 only a limited # of people are aloud in. They are all being safe for themself and costumers. Since I did not have an appointment I just waited for a few mins in my car till they came out and got me. Everything thing was smooth and friendly. Im sure if u just have a question they can answer at the door. Great experience, they even have a drop off and pick up now right at front .Thanks verizon guys and girls for helping me with my non working phone last min

There is literally no selection here. The shelves are barren and they seem to only display the phones they want you to buy. To maker matters worse, every phone they had could be had for a cheaper price at Best Buy. What sense does that make? Youre the manufacturer but a third party seller has better deals on phones? Overall though, I can say the staff was friendly so they had that going for them

Not one thing about this store is good. Talked to Verizon customer service on the phone and they said I could go into a corporate store, this one, and just swap out for a new one instead of waiting for one to get mailed (my phone is glitching and it falls under the first 45 day window). As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was horrible. There were a few people in front of me so I observed.... One lady worker talked about nothing but herself to a customer. The other guy never once smiled and he helped 2 customers, all he said was we cant help, you have to call customer service... And one was just wanting to switch out a SIM card! For this being a corporate location, they knew nothing! The lady (Ms. Talkative) basically just pulled up my account and asked if my address was the same and said it would be 2 days shipping. I walked out! I called customer service and they said she should have swapped it, maybe they were out of stock.... Nope, they werent! And she submitted it under the wrong thing so now its taking over 2 hours on the phone with customer service to fix what she messed up. Now I have to pay up front (credit back later) cause she did it wrong. Also while I was waiting I was connected to THEIR (VERIZON) WIFI and I got an alert that I was out of data and Ill be charged $15. I have almost a whole GB when I walked into their store and on WIFI I lost it all? I asked her that to and of course she said she didnt know and Id have to call tech support... Whats the point of stores?!? She said maybe if I had the Ring app... Of course I do cause you saw the alert at the top of my phone so that was your answer? And no, that wouldnt do it because again, I was on WIFI. Moral of the story is this store does not know how to help you and I would not trust them with any of my devices!

Been to this location twice. They have been fast in service, attentive and courteous both times and if the representative had a slightest doubts about anything, they would immediately check with the manager to make sure they gave the correct answer. Overall one of my favorite Verizon stores.

Store associate, Jeff is AWFUL and did not offer any help at all. He told me I could not pick up the phone that I had ordered over a week ago and offered me no help in rectifying the situation. Instead, I had to call corporate Verizon in their parking lot (I was not allowed in the store), and have been on the phone with corporate Verizon for an hour trying to solve the problem on my own. He then told me it would take an hour for me to receive my phone after corporate approved for me to pick it up. I asked if we could speed that process up since I’m here on my lunch break, and he said “no, we don’t have any control over how long it takes”. I later found out from corporate (and his manager) that he had total control over how long it took.The manager came out and was very helpful in rectifying the situation. One hour later, I’m in their store trying to get the phone from their manager... and he’s sitting there scrolling through Facebook on his phone while I’m working with his manager.

We had a great experience at this store location WITH Daniel. I felt I should leave this review to level set the bad reviews regarding Daniel. He was our sales person & he was great! Maybe he was new when got the other reviews, because we found him very knowledgeable. When he couldnt perfectly answer a question, he asked a manger. He was transparent with pricing & is a good sales person. He is definitely a sales person though. So, if you do not want to be sold to...order your stuff online. We are new to Verizon & wanted info about products & services, so his approach was helpful to us. My husband & I felt well taken care of when we left & I wanted to make sure to give Daniel all of the credit for that. He was great!

Was at this location yesterday to get a new phone and give my old phone to my brother. The man that “checked in” was awful. He was looking everywhere but at me when speaking to me and walked away mid conversation to help someone else. A different man can’t to help my brother and I and was great. However, they basically rushed us out of the door. They didn’t help my brother to ensure that the phone was under his phone number and handed me the receipt and walked away. I will not be going to this location again.

Went in 2 months ago to switch providers for better coverage. Waited approximately half and hour to get help from a representative even though the manager was not with any customer. Representative had verbally and even texted me insurance was added on my device but then I received a call from representative a little bit over a month after purchase to be told insurance was never added while laughing. Now I was supposed to receive a rebate for transferring an eligible device and more than 2 months later no rebate received. Upon using information provided for rebate only 1 tracking number valid and the second tracking number invalid (since I had 2 rebates pending). Disappointed and would not recommend anyone to come.

I told the person, I assume he was the manager that I was on disability and had a low fixed income and knew they offered a inexpensive pay as you go service. He brought me what he said were the best phones under $100 of which I chose a $50 one that met my needs. Then he told me about a even less expensive plan. He rocks! I wish I could remember his name. Ive never had such honest and good service anywhere except my two favorite mechanics. Thanks Verizon. You saved this old woman money she couldnt afford to spend!!!

This has been my families Verizon store for years. They always have knowledgeable helpful employees. Waiting is rare but always aware your waiting & when your being helped never a feeling of being rushed.My visit this weekend was just this way. Greeted with a smile & welcomed feeling, introduced to Jeff who was well trained in the products and features. I went in for a new case & glass screen protector for my note5 and was pleasantly surprised and informed by Jeff of a savings in the plan I currently have to be at a lower price. I walked out saving $70 on my monthly rate.

Terrible service as door greeter was short and cold Not friendly like a good door greeter should be. Told me that because I put a new Sim card in I probably damaged my phone and I need a new phone. I read online and found out that I just needed to delete the VPN from Japan that got downloaded on it. After I found this out I even took an extra step to call the store so they know what to tell customers in the future the Unfriendly door greeter seem to be disinterested completely And probably just try to sell somebody a new phone before helping them out.

Yep...you read right...loved it! Best experience we have ever had in a mobile phone store. Starting here...THEY had to wait on US! Seriously. We thought we would be in for a longer wait, so my husband made a phone call. Nope...no wait, so our Verizon rep waited patiently for us. We were in and out with a new phone in well under an hour. Great service, no up-selling, just great customer service and quick set up.

Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. The employee (Daniel) made a mistake and charged my card for 2 billing cycles. I understand that we are all human and all make mistakes and while that was very frustrating and inconvenient what follows next is what I found to be unacceptable. Daniel went on to blame the system and got very short and confrontational with me when I explained that he had essentially drained my account until my bank processes the refund and I felt he was very unapologetic and unsympathetic about it. He took no responsibility for his mistake. He just kept blaming the system and being condescending. So I asked to speak to his manager (Edgar) because I did not feel this form of customer service was acceptable. The manager stood over with him taking his time to come talk to me. When he finally did come talk to me, he brought Daniel with him. He also blamed the system and was also very unapologetic in tone and demeanor. Daniel kept interjecting when I was speaking with Thats not true and I said sorry and continued on with his attitude and tone. I pointed out to Edgar that this was the specific tone that Daniel had been exhibiting that I was talking about and he looked me blankly in the face and said I dont see anything wrong with how hes talking to you. He wasnt there to listen to me or hear my side. He came over with Daniel specifically to defend his employee and that was it. The lack of professionalism, ownership, and standard of customer service was very disappointing.The problem herein lies, I know that people make mistakes. But the behavior that followed that mistake and the blame game they were trying to play, I found absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. Pro tip: Do not bring the employee that is being complained on over to the conversation with the customer.Every other Verizon store I have been to has been much better. This one has continued to fall short and every single time I come in here there is some sort of error made that I later have to call Verizon about to fix on my account. The Arlington store over by Parks Mall is so much better and really sets the standard that others should aspire to. I will keep my service with Verizon but I will steer clear of this particular store.

This place is HORRID! I was in there with my husband, to get some information on a new phone. And yes, there was a line, and yes, this was during the day, during the week! And right after we walked in, a woman came in who was wearing a hanging tag around her neck, like an ID tag. The same verizon employee that took our name went over to her and was as short/rude to her as she was with US!! Well, while were waiting to get waited on, I can sort of hear whats going on...the lady (with the ID tag around her neck) apparently is a delivery driver, there to PICK UP a something..(the store associate made sure everyone within 10-20 feet could hear their conversation...The lady driver kept trying to talk with a lower voice, no help... female associate just seemed to keep being loud and abusive!)The lady driver just seemed to be worried that no one was doing anything and just wanted to know if/when her package would be ready. (we could hear her ask the store associate, every time the associate made her GRAND appearance, because the female associate would repeat what the driver would say, loud enough for everyone in earshot and beyond...the lady driver was trying very hard to keep everything between them, like everyone elses transactions were, but seemed, the store associate had other ideas)My husband and I were there for some time, as we decided we would go a different route than initially intended. We decided to go ahead and get a new phone, after we got our questions answered. We also had ring side seats to the whole situation the female store associate put that lady driver through and the female associates lack of self control on the way she spoke to that lady driver was just horrifying. The way people talk to others these days, just plain puts me off! If we hadnt already started our transaction, we would have walked out right THEN! After the female associate made several trips back and forth to the back room, a tall man came out, and went to hand the lady driver the package, but from where we were sitting it looked like he wanted to play tug-of-war or something with her! He would NOT let her have the package!! She was there for probably a good half hour waiting on that package! Props to her for keeping such a cool head! And dealing with such snotty children! Luckily, we only purchased devices from that store, and can and WILL find another store to do any further business with! Do not want to take the chance of ever witnessing something like that, to anyone ever again!! They need to learn how to treat people with kindness! No matter what they do for a living!! (or their age! bcuz from what I could see, the lady driver wasnt a spring chicken!) Dont know if the female associate has an issue with older women, or delivery drivers? or what? But she surely did NOT treat that lady very nicely that day, nor did the tall guy that came out to finally hand the driver the package. Seemed he was in on whatever joke they were pulling. They were both just plain rude even after she left, in front of the customers that were there.

Got my last phones here afew years back and got really good service. I went in today to upgrade all my lines because Ive had Verizon for 11 years now. The customer service is the worst Ive seen. Their attitude was we couldnt care less, no promotions for existing customers, no let me see what we can do to continue to earn your business. The guy seemed bored and inconvenienced. Maybe it was just this store. I always thought corporate stores were the best, maybe Ill check with Costco at least there I can get a $200 discount on the new Galaxy Phones. I guess I shouldnt have wasted time to come back to this store from Weathetford when they have a store there now. Very disappointed. Maybe when Verizon starts losing rural customers that cant get service from anywhere else, they will start learning customer service.

Yeah not good anymore. Past several weeks had to replace my phone twice. I had to got in the second time to replace my screen protector. The woman that helped refused to give me a new one even though I had bought a new one a week ago for a phone that had broke down two days later. She said it wasnt in the account that she could go e me a new one and told me that I should have brought in the old one. Even though in store and on the phone with their customer service they didnt tell me to keep it and I had to turn in the old one so I wouldnt get charged for the full price for it. I was unable to come in earlier do to my work schedule conflicting with the hours of the store. She was very rude and disrespectful and literally offered no help. Horrible experience through them recently and just tired of all the problems. I will refuse her help next time.

If youre a business owner and looking to do a business account, stay away from this store, and really Verizon in general. After being there three hours, only staying because my wife wanted a specific phone, the service has only got worse and the ramifications of their actions that day still effect me. If I could find more time in the day I would have left within weeks. At the store I was given the cell phone number of the business rep, who claimed that he would handle everything, come to me, etc. Basically, actually give customer service. I started experiencing issues immediately and he would simply tell me to call the 800 number. It takes me at least 45 minutes to pay my bill simply because I was never given a PIN or asked to pick a PIN, so I cant get a real person on the phone without going from number to number. I set the account up for autodraft when there, that clearly never happened. In order to get my PIN Im told I have to come into the store, which is 30 minutes away, and they wont allow me to validate my account in any manner so that I can remedy their mistakes. When I go to set up an online account in hopes that I can pay it there, it says my account number, the number provide then and thats on my bill, is not valid. I tried calling the store again tonight (I cant talk to anyone at the customer service line without a pin) because theres an urgent matter that I need to resolve that can only be done through accessing the cell phone records from a month from last year. Says theres nothing they can do. Cant get me registered online, cant allow me to get the PIN through multiple avenues of communication, etc. Literally the worst customer service, worst location, and at this point worst wireless entity Ive ever encountered.

I came in to transfer my info into my new phone and do a trade in. The guy who helped me DID NOT TRANFER ALL OF MY PHOTOS. He told me they were all transferred via Google and memory card during our set up. I asked to do a smart switch transfer, but he said to not do my photos of videos by I already had them all, and so we just proceeded with messages. I lost all of my images for damage reports, school diagrams, passcodes, and more. I am beyond furious. He was the guy who has tattoos on his forearms.

Waited several minutes without being acknowledged. Once I was helped, the employee was unable to work the computer very well and could not place the order for a new phone that I wanted. Rather than get another employee or a supervisor the employee said oh well, you can try again later. Once I realized that she was just on the basic VZW website, I got on my VZW app and ordered the new phone that I wanted no problem. It was also $30 cheaper than what the store was trying to charge me, guess the online store didnt add on the random upgrade fee.

I encountered two of the rudest people here. There is a guy who is short and muscular and doesnt have a clue about how things work. He is extremely rude and did not help me with my problem. Then there is another guy who just kept putting his hands up like I dont know when I asked him to help me. I would not ever in my life suggest going here if they are working there. I have had a good experience with a woman who was cheerful and efficient but it is too bad that these two idiots spoiled the entire place.

Salesman was pushy at first. Took my phone to check the OS system, then data usage (I understand the reasoning behind this). It was when he started scanning through my contacts and recent pages that I got somewhat perturbed. When I mentioned that his quote was nearly double for the same coverage that I currently had he became somewhat belligerent and rude. Started telling me that I wouldnt have the problems with his company that I had been having with my current provider. Started talking about problems that Ive (nor anyone I know that uses the service) been having. In the end he resorted to downright insulting Mine and others service providers.

This is not a review of the salesperson who helped me because Mr. Garcia was awesome and gets a 5 Star review from me. He did everything I needed done, quickly and seemed genuinely happy to do it for me. He was knowledgable about the phones I was purchasing and really went above and beyond to save me money where he could which was important because I switched carriers that day and bought 3 Samsung Galaxy S9+ phones. Those come with hefty price tag. That being said there were a couple of hiccups along the way and thats where the review starts losing stars. I purchased 3 new phone cases as well as Tempered Glass for each phone. They did not have the glass in stock so they had it shipped to my house no big deal.When I got home I went to put the phones in their cases and 2 of the cases were for the wrong phone, so I go back to the store. They of course do not have the cases I purchased in the correct size. I was not going to carry my phone without a case so I ended up with 2 cases that will do but not what I wanted. 2 days later the t eer tempered glass comes in. As I am putting it on my phone the glass cracks. Not a big crack but annoying. I just left it alone until my brand new 2 day old phone starts freaking out. It was acting like I was holding my finger on the home button. Anytime I tried to do something it would go back to home...the top of the touch screen still worked but not the bottom. So back to the store. The girl at the front was pretty rude, when I was explaining what was going on she just looked at me like Im an idiot that just cant work a phone. So I gave her the phone and said ok you fix it. So as she is pushing a million places on the phone her smug look changed when she realized it was not just operator error after all, it was indeed a bad phone. She gets me a new phone and I give her the box with the cracked tempered glass and tell her I would also either like to get a new one or just refund it and she tells me that I have to send it to the company that manufactured it. They are the ones that I have the warranty with. Nope! I have not even had the glass for one full day and my receipt says I have 14 days to return ANY item. She goes to talk with her manager who also does not want to honor the companies written policy. Just then my salesman comes in and is really the only reason I did not hand back all 3 phones... he talked to the manager and told him no they would replace the tempered glass since I had just spent $3300 over the course of 3 days and that the warranty starts after the 14 day return window has passed.Mr. Garcia takes care of his customers, thats why they come back. If this store is losing customers look to the manager who has no business being in customer service. Do not dismiss your customers, you never know who you may be dealing with. Mystery shoppers are everywhere.

Another bad experience. This location is consistently bad. I usually drive 15 miles to the Lake Worth store. Foolishly I thought I could get a phone charging cord without incident, I was wrong.
