Drove by and stop to look at a vehicle not in need of one just wanted something different but the salesman all he did was talk about his personal life experience never took us to look at the vehicle sat there and talked all this time and we never were offered to test drive they went straight to paper work,And tried to sale us another vehicle Never told us the price or if the need of a large down was needed Terrible experience wont be going or sending anyone to this place. If someone stops and ask about a vehicle thats because thats what they are interested in so what needs to be done is have more communication with the customer and tell them exactly what is needed and not take up time when they can have a better experience at another car lot

I would give a zero star if I could, bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from them, after 3 weeks engine light turns on, supposedly oil change according to them, they barely changed the oil because after a week the engine light was on again. 2 months later I have to replace the whole engine through their warranty company Secure one (The worst). They do not care about their customers. Once you sign the papers, you are on your own. Gathering all the details to sue them. This was supposed to be a reliable car for my daughter and I. If you are going to be a crook, don’t talk about God. Talking about « new beginnings » Such a joke. You can’t make money selling bad products with rude employees.

Bait and switched me. Pretended to have a specific car. Upon arrival was told it was sold for cash and removed from the lot just minutes before my arrival. Then asked if Id like to look through their inventory. Spoke with the owner crystal. She was exceptionally rude and even had the gaul to tell me buyers are liars. Wild. Going to seek legal action in response to the completely illegal tactics used to get me to drive from north dallas to visit a car that I dont believe was ever at the dealership.A shame because julianna was polite and nice.

It is good because you’ll get your credit started or fix your credit depends on your situation. Most cars have high milages and are damaged Scam of a place don’t let the “friendly customer service” fool you. Was my mistake at the end of the day but was good lesson to not trust a single word that comes through these lying people mouth. They care until you sign that contract did bad business than turn into children with a tantrum when your try to handle business. Karma will come full circle for them. Sold me a car that was supposed to receive a salvage title as a clean car.

Overpriced trucks, they ask for a big down payment. They want to see your bank account, so make sure not all your deposit is there. ... I regret getting my truck there.. I could of gotten something newer with less miles. The truck they gave me needed tires and they wanted to sell me some on the side. They didn’t even call me anymore about it..... and they make you give a 5 star there on the spot. The owner used my phone to speak with my insurance company, and he was going thru my picture gallery, he didn’t think I knew.

Best place to buy a car

Over priced cars. They ask for big down payment and they say it go towards the car and still end up paying 700 to 800 a month and thats with good credit. Something shady going on there. I think they pocket the down payments. You miss 1 payment and youre car gets repo the next day. better off at carmax or trophy nissan.All this info i got from 8 different ppl and they all told me samething its a shady place to get cars from.

These people sell their cars straight out the auction and do not check them for any major issues on the vehicle or any type of interior work I bought a truck and the transmission blew up the third week and they told me I had to pay for it everything is sold as is so be careful when you buy your truck or car here they do not check nothing make sure every window and every door locks every button works on these vehicles they are straight from the auction being sold to customers without Checking them or putting any money on their side to fix it

I fell in love with my truck and the owner helped us get into it. big mistake on purchasing a vehicle from this place they do not inspect the vehicles they sell you vehicles with check engine lights on I had to take my vehicle back to them five times to get it fixed and it still was not fixed they were aware that the Cadillac converter was bad and never said anything had to take it to a Chevy dealership certified people who know what they’re doing cost me $2600 to get the Cadillac converter fixed and now I was stranded and broken down because it had a bad transmission which by the way they never said anything thank God for extended warranty or I would be more out of pocket I have had my truck since December of last year and it is been in the shop at least 13 times. If they had a ZERO RATING I would give it but since you have to pick something I give it a 1 star and they don’t deserve that.
