My experience started off great with Drive Casa within the 90 days I began experiencing certain issues with this dealership. For example, I wasnt aware that the car i purchased had electrical wiring issues and when I took it to the dealership service department. I was told the issue i was experiencing was not covered under the warranty. When you call the call center you are on hold for long periods up to 45 minutes or longer. I really regret purchasing a car from this company they showed no compassion if you need to extend your payment due o the winter storm.
