Now they have most of the things that I need but lately they have there a little low on supplies even though we are just now getting out of the pandimic . you would think that during covid most supplies would be stocked up but no.

I went in the store yesterday to grab a few things. Two women were working and one woman was extremely helpful and sweet. The other woman was so rude and had no clue, Education (about hair products it seemed) on the products sold in the store or anything for that matter. When I went to check out there was an issue because I have recently renewed my license. TDLR is working with me to get it resolved; however, I didn’t know my license was not renewed yet. The woman checking me out (the rude one) continued to roll her eyes at me, acted very snooty, and was very unprofessional. I hope the owner of this Armstrong McCall reads the reviews because I have a feeling we are all talking about the same rude woman. I didn’t catch her name, but she is a Latina woman, heavy set, with blonde hi-lights. The woman with the glasses was so sweet and helpful!

The hospitality and cleanliness were above par, however, it doesnt appear to be a beauty supply store geared towards Afro-American hair/fashion nor the public.

Worst customer service EVER! Every time I have been in this location, they have been rude and give attitude. The store is always in shambles and nothing is ever put away on the shelf. I have asked for the owners info several times and they refuse to give me the information to make a complaint. I will make the drive to Weatherford and save the headache instead of coming here for convenience.

Visited the store today, have Been there a few times before usually saturday mornings. today i decided to go in the afternoon WORST expirience ever two ladys there were EXTREMELY rude and did not allow me to purchase any items. when i asked why she said because she had never seen me before she asked me for an id i showed proof of id and was still was rejected. the location by hulen mall is so much better totally worth the extra drive and customer service is always good i reccomend that store has never failed me.

I love this store! Even though its small the selection and customer service is way better than Weatherford!

The location has not been the same since Marty passed away. It’s never stocked, the shelves are in disarray and the manager comes off as rude and bothered when asking for help. Hurst and Keller are much more helpful.Save yourself the headache and the gas and go somewhere else!

Great store and good service when Marty was manager. Since she passed away new counter sales and manager are rude and unfriendly. Reluctant to assist and do not keep store organized.

This was the worst expirence ive ever had any where. service was horrible. boxes & trash everywhere. drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told what you want is in a box & im not opening it until later come back tomorrow & it will be out. i went back the next day @ 9:30 only to be told we havent opened the boxes then someone else comes in and says we already sold it sorry. WILL NEVER BE BACK & WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. wouldnt even give it a star.

They have everything I need for what I do at my Salon. They are very attentive to my needs and very friendly.

I walked in here with my license ready to show, only to be ungreeted and looked on. This store is extremely small and cluttered , extremely dirty. There were boxes puled by products, as wel as so much stuff on the floor, Nobody asked if I needed help on anything. The lady lets everybody in licensed or not, and does not bother to show professionalism. I left within minutes without purchasing what I needed to because - I couldnt find it in the stack of dirtyness they had in the back. Not coming back.

Theres a lady there that doesnt know how to do her job. The store is way too small
