Great breakfast bagel. The all-nighter was very tasty. Hash brown bagel, eggs and garlic aioli topped with cheese and bacon made a great breakfast meal. The only thing I would change is to amp up the bacon. Its pretty thin considering bacon takes everything over the top. Excellent customer service 👍

The guy was really nice at the register. He told the woman worker I wanted a fresh orange juice, and she said the ones by the register are fresh. I told her there was stuff all over the caps. She refused to make me a fresh orange juice. So I didnt get one :(Edit** I am going to just say that the woman was lazy. Got a half dozen bag of bagels. I asked for them cut, and they were not cut.. Ughhh.. I will never be back to this location

I just left this location and was extremely disappointed in the service and the lack of cleanliness. Had it not been for an employee that was there helping from another location I would have simply walked out.When I walked in there was about five employees behind the counter including Zach the manager.No one paid any attention to me as I stood there waiting for service for a fool 10-plus minutes! They never greeted me or even told me that someone would be with me shortly... Its like I wasnt even there even though I made myself obvious.Zach was responding to another females employee bantering. The person at the drive-thru was busy with drive-thru customers so I give her that much. All the other employees were simply just occupying space.Is that was about to walk out the employee from the other store walked in and was nice and courteous so I placed my order to go.The floor and tables were dirty as where the counters will you get your condiments and supplies from. Im not sure what the title manager means these days anymore. Not only get the manager look extremely young but he may be under the impression that a title gives him respect, however respect is earned and this was not the location for that. I will not return here again and will share experience with my friends.

Just walked out of there after waiting for a woman with a large order. No Hello or Hey, Ill be right there for you Although I would have waited, I got turned off immediately after a guy (manager?) kept touching his mask while helping cashier and then proceed to handle food without gloves. Yuck!

I ordered through the drive through and got my order completely wrong. They even almost gave me the cars behind me food. Nobody working there knows what they’re doing especially the older lady there. After I go my order wrong I told her to just refund me because I had already waited 20 minutes in line and was running late. She refused to refund me because apparently it’s bad for their business or whatever. She said my only choice was to wait and have my order re done but that I couldn’t get a refund. I ended up leaving without a drink I paid for because of this. Never coming back here again.

Horribly long drive thru line. But they try. However three times Ive gone and asked VERY clearly to have my bagels double toasted. I dont check until Im home, and nope, its never toasted at all. Seriously. Its ridiculous. How hard is it to toast a bagel? And $7 for a sandwich?! Also, the coffee is really shockingly bad. So burnt,so bitter. Tastes old.

Apparently the company is expecting labor shortages. When I asked for a meal that I commonly order (and was also advertised in a store ad), I was told that was only available through the app. Being that this location was shut off for on-line ordering, I tried to speak with the manager about the issue, she was in a very defensive position and told me I had to order at the TCU location to get that. For whatever reason she believed it was professional, she stated to walk away and began to get really loud and abrasive towards me. She stated that all locations were experiencing shortages and she was having to show up at 2am and customers did not understand that. I asked if she was mad and why she had to start yelling? She said it was the way she spoke and it was the only way she could get her point across. She also stated that the stores were loosing customers already and she could care less if they lost anymore.Quite frankly I do expect to keep supporting Einsteinbros! I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I will not return to this location as long as that manager is still there. I cannot expect her to respect her team members if she cannot respect her customers.

This location is awful!!! EVERY time I go here they mess up my order. Not to mention I hope you have an extra 30 minutes to sit in the drive through(dine in is closed). I was making a delivery for doordash for Einstein Bagels. The store was out of a certain type of bagle and before I had the chance to call the customer the employee substituted the plain bagel for a different style. I called the customer and they said they wanted a blueberry bagel instead. When I brought the food back to the store the employee through a fit and was very rude saying that I was wasting the stores money and refused to refill the order the way the customer wanted

I have never been treated so rudely by bagel people before. My iced coffee was so terrible, I asked for my money back. The manager, who said his name was William, did not even turn to talk to me, just yelled, “We are not giving refunds today” He kept yelling, “we’re stressed, we are overworked, we don’t care about your coffee.” Usually, getting bagels is a fun Saturday morning thing but the interaction with the employees was so bad, I left their place shaking and crying.

Great staff and food- been eating here for years! They always get it right or make it right. Well run place.

London was the kindest and most helpful Einstein employee Ive ever encountered (and thats saying a lot since Ive had great experiences with other employees). He let me know I could upgrade to a half dozen bagels instead of 4 and actually save $2.00. He and the team were quick and my order came out correctly and with a smile! Plus, the cold brew is always on point 👌

If I could give this location Zero stars I would. I cant speak for every employee at this location but more then once Ive dealt with a gentleman in the drive thru that is rude and clueless. I also dealt with a lady who I believe to be the assistant manger -- at least thats what she said but I cant say for sure because when I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me. When normal people ask for your first name and they wont give it to you.... well, that says a LOT right there. I actually really enjoy Einstein bagels food but I think I will be skipping it for Starbucks, at least the people at Starbucks are always nice, empathetic and apologetic when I wait to long or they make a mistake. Im pretty sure this guy and manager at Einstein Bros. Bagels dont know what any of those words mean.

They harassed and yelled at my wife when she asked for a refund for the coffee they made her. It was horrible. The manager, William, literally yelled at her were stressed and overworked nobody cares about your coffee.

I would give ZERO stars! Horrible service, food cold, and up charged me 4.00 for a slither of smoked salmon (I had to search for it) . Refused a refund or to accommodate me by adding more to the sandwich. I wont ever come to this dump of a place

This is the 4th item in a row that I have ordered bagels from Fort Worth Bryant Irvin and Oakmont store and they have given me wrong bagel. Today it got too much when they gave me bacon bagel and I am a vegetarian. I never ever had meat in my life. When I call the store, instead of replacing it with the right bagel the staff misbehaved and said there is nothing I can do. The staff was too rude.

Bad experience! The sliced red onion, in my Nova Lox Sandwich, was not peeled. Ugh! So, I bit into an unwashed, unpeeled, raw onion ring;also, I was not given the chips I paid for on my app order. I tried calling twice, and they never answered. I have my bag with the onion peel in it, intending to return it.

Was a little wait but OH SO WORTH IT! Appointment in the area in a month will be back!

The bagels are always good, but make sure you ask for napkins at this location because they NEVER remember to put them in bag bag.

Took a bite of an Avocado, turkey and bacon breakfast bagel and spit it OUT! The avocado was BROWN! Waited too long and paid too much for that nastiness

Avocado toast had almost no avocado on it, and was poorly seasoned and spread. Blueberry muffin was cold and stale. The pepperoni pizza bagel was overcooked. They forgot our pastry but charged us for it. Latte was good...

Rotten service with a very unhelpful and condescending staff

This place has gone downhill QUICK. Not even the 15% off coupon was worth waiting for the bone-headed manager and his visibly unhappy staff to even so much as take my order. Furthermore, this is the third time I have been told Our systems are down, so youll have to pay cash. When are your systems NOT down? When will your poor employees be able to come to work to functional equipment? If I was the owner, I would be so embarrassed. The manager needs to go.

Poor customer service with management making excuses for the behavior.

I should have posted this at the time, but I used to work by this coffee shop and would stop before going into work. One day I showed up a little late and didn’t realize it was just a couple minutes before closing. Because they were so close to closing they gave me the cup of coffee complimentary. They were extremely nice about it and the coffee didn’t taste like it was something that had been old and sitting. It was still hot and fresh. They really didn’t have to do that and it’s stuck with me.

Flies,flies, and flies. They were everywhere. A complete turn off. My husband got sick after eating his breakfast sandwich and was sick all day. I will not eat there again. I got only a bagel and the cream cheese was just dumped on it! I only ate half of that.

Very slow service, and im pretty patient my order was very simple 3 tosted bagels no cream cheese and that took more than 15 min., hence there wasnt many customers at the time and I dont even want to remember the multiple flies in the case with the bagels, Also they should not be serving from a case (whats on display very unsanitary) and the kitchen they worked in looked very dirty. Overall I was very unsatisfied and will not be going back, It was my first and last time!

Always good. They have a broken oven right now so some patience and understanding will get you a long way.

Im done wasting my money here. Everytime I ask for extra topping my bagel has LESS than what youd normally receive. I almost always receive the incorrect amount of sugar/ creamer then what was requested. These people dont care and dont listen and when you try to correct them kindly you get met with resistance and stupid questions. Its ridiculous how their service is so inconsistent and poor. Theyre slow and they also dont season their eggs correctly.

As I waited 20 minutes in line for 6 sesame bagels I observed individuals before me that ordered certain bagels were no longer available by the time someone got to their order. You need to have an app or your systems updated to keep track of your inventory *individual bagels. As you take an order it subtracts from total inventory, as they cook them add them to the inventory for a new total available. Being a commercial banker 20 plus years and a retired successful small business, I know the owner and or district manager could appreciate this feedback.

I would normally rate the food 5 stars but this trip 2 stars, my bagel was very poor. Most of the pepper corns were in the bottom of the box, bagel was not cut completely through. Onions were few and poorly selected for a sandwich. Throughly disappointing experience.

If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible service, order completely wrong, poor quality food. How is this place still open?? Either get a new manager or let a good restaurant take this spot! So few options in this area —must be the only reason they are still around.

We waited in a long line at the drive thru only get to the order window to be told they could not do the 13 bagels in a Box because it was after 11 oclock it was slightly after ridiculous. They are a bagel establish, i do not understand. Will not return.

I love Einstein Bros bagels, but this is not one of their best stores. Bagels often seem day-old, and they are sold out of choice selections early in the day. The drive-thru service is very slow. Employees are always very nice, however.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday morning at this store. I assume by the young lady (Mgr) ? I was treated very well, promptly and personable. Oh, and yes their food is great, especially Novo Lox Sand (Bagel). Great sweets and all staff especially, Female Mgr. Superb.....

Everytime we come, the wait is 20+ minutes and were the only ones in the line. This last time, we had to keep adding things to the order because they kept forgetting to add it. It shouldnt be this is hard to get 4 bagels. Bagels taste just like always. So food is good, service is beyond poor.

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and it tasted like onion, not what I wanted at 9am.

This place really struggles- we called in an order for pickup and when we got to the store they couldn’t seem to find it. After being told that it was being made we waited 20 minutes to find out that the bagels that had been sitting on the counter the whole time were ours and now cold.

The cranberry bagels are delicious! Love the weekend special, 6 bagels and 1 tub of shmear for $7. Great price for delicious bagels.

Cant get over how really great the bagels are Every time! They are never rubbery. Just kind of melt in your mouth with each bite.

First visit (drive thru) and I had the Avocado on an onion bagel. The bagel was perfectly made and the avocado was fresh. Cant wait to go back.6/20 went back and went inside this time. The cashier was so friendly. The bagel was fresh and drool worthy. A great selection of bagels in the display.

Wasn’t what I expected but better than other fast food breakfast.

Ordered a catering order for my office today, pickup couldnt have been smoother. Got to work had every single item we needed, and everyone at the office raved about the food. Great Job Einstein Brothers on Bryant Irvin.

Awesome place if they were ever up and going like their supposed to be! Multiple times , I’ve gone here and not been able to get food bc they are only excepting cash! How is their debit credit card machine down so often!!! Very frustrating to say the least!!!

We often have a nice Saturday morning breakfast here. We all enjoy the bagles and the service is typically friendly. There is one cashier who is always in a sour mood, but the rest of the staff makes up for her.

Ok so if you’re in a vehicle in a drive through just hope that you don’t hit a bump on the way home. I only drink water so when I order a water and I’m told I don’t get a lid.. again, I’m in the drive thru in a car.. what’s the point? Common sense should trump the $.05 that they are looking to save.

New to the area and after much hype from friends I decided to try this place. Not impressed. Service was ok, order was messed up, and food wasn’t anything special. Maybe I went at the wrong time of day...11:30 for lunch. But I think in the food business you should not have a bad time of day. Oh well.

Please dont bother going here if youre expecting good service. I went through the drive thru here and had to go back in after not getting napkins, my receipt and my full order. They made me get my own napkins and after the manager told me hed take care of it, he tried to charge me for it. Then the lady that took care of us in the drive through continued to argue with me and huffed when she had to explain why (blaming me the whole time). I couldnt believe it! I wish I could give them 0 stars. Awful customer service!! I walked out.

This place sucks! They are always out of Everything and Pretzel bagels and when asked tell you they wont make more. 11am no less! You stand at the counter while the staff ignore you. The staff are unfriendly and rude. NEVER GOING BACK! Anyone out there know where to find GOOD bagels in Ft Worth. I GIVE UP!

They had all their ingredients and staff were nice, other than that it taste like Einstines.If you have never been to one its a decent bagel shop with items ranging from breakfast to lunch sandwiches. Its not amazing, but unfortunately you dont have many other options for bagel shops in DFW.
