This place is amazing . as long as you communicate your goimg to be okay with them been with them for a year and half now they really work with you.

I would recommend getting a car from them. They will work with you on your down payment. And the car I got months ago I haven’t had any major problems with. The staff is always nice and resolves any issues I have .

This place is horrible, the Manager Ricardo is an absolutely terrible salesman and is very very rude to the customers. He lies and tries to make himself look good by acting like he’s helping you when he’s really not. When confronted about his attitude he just brushes it off and says “whatever” and “I don’t have to talk to you” or “come up here and let’s talk” he is a very horrible person and I would very strongly suggest finding a different dealership.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!First make sure you read through the paper work because the manager Ricardo is the worst. He will tell you something different than what the contract states. If you call to address him he gets a Hugh attitude and hangs up on you. The receptionist Myra will not allow you to speak to anyone above him nor will she give you the name of the owner or the managers name that hung up on me. She will only take a message. I’m sure I will never get a call back to address the issue.

I wish I had never bought my car from here. They have very bad service and they don’t care about their customers at all. Ricardo is rude and Tony pretends to be a nice guy. They told me my car is safe but stops while I am driving it. Six months with this car and have been asking them to fix it since the 3rd month I had it. I don’t recommend this place.

When asked about some repairs that was needed on a vehicle they said that they didnt have time to fix it but there was 3 people just sitting around doing nothing and there was no customers on their lot. I may have purchased the car but they didnt want to do the work on the car. I wouldnt buy a car from there.

Check engine light came on a week after we left. Fixed it, came right back on and is still on, we decided that was just bad luck. Paid off early with no late payments. We were told when we decided to buy our truck here and that they report to the credit bureau, which is what we wanted since we were credit building. We paid off in February, they still havent reported. Everytime I call to ask why they have a lame excuse. They lied to get a sale, I believe that truly now. I was going to come back to buy another car and replace my jeep but thats not happening now.

Do not recommend this place at all, some of the people that work there are rude. They tried to over charge and one month with my vehicle and I had to change transmission took it back and they said that they could fix for me with an additional charge... go elsewhere to get a vehicle.

If I could id give this place no type of stars... Do not come here for a car! Not recommended at all!!

Ricardo is a very unprofessional supervisor which I would hate for him to represent my business of operations. Regardless if you make payments on time and pay even before payment is due they do not value these customers. They gave us a early pay off of $600 discount and Ricardo thinks that was a big discount and I should be glad he gave me the discount. Pretty bad business. Do not buy cars at this place it’s a rip off.

Worst place to get a car from! 1st day I got my Honda Civic the check engine light was on, brought it back so they could fix it turns out they found a much bigger problem with the car couldn’t even fix it. I’ve had 3 cars at this lot. They also don’t keep up with yours payments, they’ll tell you your caught up then next week turn around and you be 3payments behind or something. I RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS LOT.

I purchased a 2007 Dodge Grand caravan in October. The day I test drove my vehicle the power steering pump was going out and was spraying fluid all over the place. The salesman told me that they would fix it and give me a loaner vehicle. I drove the loaner vehicle for about a month while my power steering pump was being fixed and the gas gauge did not work on that vehicle so I ran out of gas on the interstate with my child in the vehicle only to be stuck behind someone who was robbing a vehicle that was already broke down on the side of the road. I had to carry a gas can with me in the back of that Pacifica, which unfortunately they sold to another poor soul, and come to find out they did not even fix the pump instead they changed out the reservoir and did not change out the pump. Along with that I bought a key fob from them. I had problems with it the very first day a couple weeks later it quits working all the way. I went to start my car and it fell into pieces. I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately that is not the case. Not only is my power steering pump going out and quits working when Im driving, but heater will blow on your face hot but blows cold air on your legs along with the defrost not working. All in all I wouldnt even give this a one star, but I had to in order to leave a review. After I talked to the manager, Ricardo, I told him that he was going to lose my business and that I would never purchase another vehicle there, he told me good. Great customer service, not! Another thing I purchased a key fob from them they ended up using an outside Key Smith and not only did the key not work the very first day I bought it but it quit working two or three weeks later and then I went to start my vehicle and it fell to pieces, just like the van is doing. They will feed you for lies just to get you to purchase the vehicle go somewhere else.

Bought a used car from this place. Car had a red service light on. Owner said he would repair the issue.The warning light resurfaced several times within the first week of ownership. Owners repairmen put me off several times. Make sure you get car checked by an independent mechanic prior to sale. Still rolling but keeping my eye on that red light. Taking car to dealer and praying...

My daughter already had her heart set on another car, but he gave us plenty of options to test drive and was fair on pricing and super nice owner and staff

TOO MANY PROBLEMS Bought a truck paid in cash 6500 from day one the check engine light came on while driving it home. Since it was a Saturday and were close On Sunday had to take it Monday gave me the run around between the mechanics and the sales person. Mechanic reseted the check engine light and told me to drive for 30 miles and hopefully it wont turn back on. 10 miles in and the check engine light came right back on. Went back to the sales person and he told me i had to pay for the repairs my self because I had signed the contract AS IS. Obviously they have not heard of the Lemon Law. The vehicle had problems with the engine and would cost over 500 dollars to repair they say they would help us pay half. Why would I have to pay the other half? This place sure knows alot about taking care of the customer specially when they paid cash for the vehicle. Would I buy another car here? NO!!!! Would rate them as 0 stars. Better luck buying some where else. Sincerely Mr. Disappointed

I put $1000.00 of my social security check and the car didnt start on a Friday morning. Mind you I bought it on a Wednesday afternoon. Dont buy from here.

Bought an Impala from here, drove home with it & a/c panel started making a weird noise. One week later my horn did not work anymore. The tires were very low on thread , i was told that when they sell the car its As Is. But its common sense for a car lot to atleast put good tires on a car before selling it. Anyways next week after that my key wouldnt come out anymore i had to press a button under it so it would come out. Paid almost 10,000 after finance ... i was young & didnt have no credit. So it was not that bad, but would not recommend buying from here. Most cars are bad & they do a quick fix on them. Thats what an ex-employee told me... but good luck with the business.

I bought a Camry from here and they said all they needed to do was fix the ac but when I came up to the shop they made me wait for more the 2hrs and still havent got the problem fixed then when I asked if they werent going to finish today can the give me another car so I can drive to work the worker there started yelling with an attitude saying that they will get a fine for 10,000 dollars if they give me another car to drive and wanted to try to repo my car!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY A CAR HERE all the cars here have a lot of problems and bad service
