Excellent great service great product and the woman that helped me showed the washer got the price of it . Got the dolly and took it to the loading area. Then she helped lift it in my truck i was totally impressed with her all the way around. Great place nice folks.

My washing machine is under warranty and Samsung dispatched this company to repair it. The technician they sent was named Kevin. He was here all of 10 minutes, told me my motor was bad and that he couldnt come fix it for another week, left the undrained water in the machine and told me if I wanted it out, I should get a shop vac. I called Samsung and they told me he should have brought something to get rid of the water, as the ticket clearly stated it was a drainage issue. Fast forward a week later...same tech returns to my home, again knowing it is a drainage issue...and informa me he will need some bath towels to catch the water. He doesnt ask, just tells me he needs them. I have expensive bath towels and under no circumstances was I using them to catch water that he should have removed in the first place. I located some old rag clothing that was going to be thrown out. His response was he would do what he could but if he got to a point where it didnt soak up the water he would have to quit. Dont use this company. They come unprepared and are rude. Additionally, when I called tech support to report this, he called his operations manager to try to cover his butt. They, in turn, called me and were also rude. The tech left my home, refusing to repair my machine, all because I would not give him my expensive towels to clean up the mess he would have to make to repair it. Unfortunately for them, Samsung got the exchange and the way the repair tech spoke to me on a recorded call.Update:. The owner response here is very misleading, folks. I offered this tech every rag I had. I have had home repairs and appliance repairs in the past and the company or contractors have always brought everything needed to make the repair and clean up. As I said, the Samsung center has the tech recorded being rude to me in my own home. This gives me every right to contact someone whether he is in my home or not.

We had to pay them twice to come out and fix a refrigerator only to be told on the third trip that they cant repair it and we need to replace the entire thing. Why waste my money and time on something that you cant fix. You have to pay at time of service, but they dont give you an invoice. We have had to send multiple emails before they sent us an invoice so we could see what they were charging us for.

I walked in for a part. No one acknowledged me until I said hello. One of the two women workers said theyd be with me in a minute. Gentlemen walks in from the back towards his office. I say hello. He acknowledged and walked to his office. Im waiting patiently. Another guys enters the store, immediately woman worker on left looks up and says hello to him, can I help you? Im here to pick up part. Then, she asks me if Ive been helped?... For a while, I was the only customer on this side of the counter!!Bad customer service. Dont go there.

They open when they say they open. They had the part we needed to fix the dryer. If you need a store that has a appliance part in stock that is OEM and warrantied, this is your place. They were in the area and price was acceptable for getting it within the hour. Thanks for being open at 8am and having a friendly cashier

I wish I could give these guys more stars. I am with a local non-profit organization supporting our military and veterans. We had a washer and dryer donated to us to give to active duty military or veteran in need. We were assured they work by the person donating them. We called several places to ask if someone can just look at them to make sure they do not need repairs before we donate them to the veteran we found and no other repair shops wanted to take a look at them. I called Accent and spoke to Taylor who told me to bring them on in. Lance would take a look at them for us. The machines work just fine. We are so grateful to their kindness and patriotism. They have our personal business for life! We will recommend to all our friends and family. 🇺🇸

Really good company ! Very friendly and keeps you informed on when they are arriving . I received emails... phone calls from the company and the service technician keeping me up on arrival time. Our technician ( frank ) was very helpful and very friendly and kind and informed me on everything he was doing . And Caitlyn who answers the phone is also very nice. I would recommend this company and we will continue to use them🙂

Lowes warranty department sent Accent Appliance out to fix my washer. Kerry was the technician that came to repair it. He was very courteous and was very knowledgeable, Kerry did an excellent job. The lights in my in-door water dispenser display went out. My home depot extended warranty sent Accent Appliance. Frank was my technician and was awesome. It took him less than 5 minutes to change out my display for a new one, everything works beautifully. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Frigidaire contacted Accent for me for work needed on my fridge. The lady that called to set up the appointment was kind and sympathetic to my fridge issues. The man that called to let me know the tech was running late was very concerned and apologize for the delay. The tech that came (Donny) was knowledgeable patient and explained things in detail. Im glad I now have a good repair company to work with if other appliances break.

I took a LG microwave to replace a part provided by LG under warranty. The labor that they quote was almost the cost of a brand new microwave. Please do not waste your time taken any appliance to repair there.

I called and spoke to Taylor about an oven heating element. Gave him the model number, he confirmed the part was in stock, and when I went to pick it up the next morning he remembered my call and I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. Taylor was courteous and professional. Cant ask for much more than that!

We used Accent Appliance for a repair about a year ago. They made the repair, but came outside of the service window (very inefficient), and the same piece on our appliance broke again this year. The service technician was paid to tell us that he didnt know why it keeps breaking.Now I am waiting for the repair, took time off work for a morning window, and had to call 30 minutes after my window to ask why no one had shown up to my house. Apparently they are going to be another 30 minutes late - so what was a half-day off work is now a full day for me, with no communication from the company. I find this completely disrespectful of my time and poor business practice. We will not use Accent Appliance ever again and I cant recommend, after two rounds of service with this business, that anyone else use it either.

Where do I start? I had an error code so I called Frigidaire and they couldn’t come out until the following week but gave me Accent Appliance number. I gave them all needed info on error codes, serial and model numbers and they came out in 2 days. The technician immediately looked at the error code (which by simply googling gives you the cause) apparently he didn’t know the error codes or at least know to look online, so he called Frigidaire Tech Support (on speaker so I can hear what as being said) Tech Support asked the technician what the voltage was reading from the fan and then the technician had to take apart my freezer to finally get to the fan that wasn’t moving (He called Tech Support first without even looking at the fan!!!) He twisted the blades with his fingers and the fan kicked on. “It works now!” Then the Tech support guy said, “wait, how did you check the voltage?” He the said, “I didn’t, it turned on after I spun it. It’s a bad fan motor.” He told me they will not have it until next week (hmmm same as Frigidaire schedule).....NOPE. I paid the $90 service charge and headed to Lowe’s or Texas Appliance to drop $$$ on a new one which will be delivered by Saturday.

Dont Use this Company if your time is worth anything to you. I got them from the whirlpool people in order to fix a warranty item on a Frig. I took 2 half days off work to be at home for them. Got bumped the first day because they couldnt make it out, and the 2nd day you think I would be the first one to get serviced. NOPE. I am towards the end of the day, and guess what......Late again, and Bumped. I didnt waste anymore time and called whirlpool to have them schedule me a different company that can run a timely business.

While Im frustrated that the wrong part was ordered, they are making it right, and the parts and labor are all covered under warranty. So I will be patient and understand that mistakes happen.Mostly, I want to say that the two workmen - Nathan, I believe, was the most recent - have been extremely courteous, well-spoken, and gracious. This company canceled an appointment I made 2 days after I made it, after the technician called and confirmed he would be here. Reason being nobody would be in my area on the morning I requested. After a bit more questioning and speaking with a manager I found out their location is in the same city I live in. I find it very strange the company will not have anyone in my area on the morning I requested because that is where their office is located. So with more questioning into that red flag I find out there is another reason...because there are more calls on the other side of town and the computer system they use filtered my location out because of work volume. Basically I was shrugged off for paying customers because of the fact this was warranty work. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

The worst customer service ever. Sold me a $300 part that is broke, I had to end up buying a whole new washer, I called whirlpool where they said they ordered the part from at they told me the store has to refund the part and send it back since they took my old part and i bought it from them.They refuse to do anything about it and say You just didnt know what you were doing except my dad works on trains and was a electronic tech in the military for 22 years. I will never spend another cent in this store.

I contacted Accent Appliances thru the Lowes Product Protection Plan to come out to my home and service our Maytag washing machine. The technician Donald R. came out on 6/18/2014 and did a complete diagnosis/inspection of the machine and determined that the motor was out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced with appliances and his expertise in his field. He had to order the parts from Whirlpool which came in to the warehouse a few days later. During the waiting times of about one week, I was always kept updated about my repair status through numerous e-mails and robocalls to my home. Technician Donald R. came back out to my home on 6/25/2014 and complete the repairs and installation of the motor, starter capacitor, and a few other minor things on the washing machine in a timely manner. The services and work turned out great and I was very satisfied. I highly recommend Accent Appliances along with technician Donald R. for all of your appliances services and needs.

I called this company after being told to use them for Samsung dishwasher repair. When I called to setup the appointment, the lady on the phone stated that the cost would be 99.00 for the service call for Samsung plus parts and if the service took more than an hour the price would increase. Tech arrived, was there 15 minutes, immediately noticed the water leak was a disconnected hose, and reconnected it. He then said it was $199. After telling him that I was quoted $99, he insisted. I have tried to call the company to resolve this with no luck.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL STAND BY THEIR WORD.

Lowes sent Kerry from ACCENT APPLIANCE . Scheduled for Friday afternoon. Received a call of a cancellation and could come Thursday morning, if it was convenient for me.Kerry called ten minutes prior to his arrival. He was Professional and extremely detailed in every aspect. He was concerned about his Boots possibly tracking in elements from the outside, was very accommodating to my two Shelties running circles around his feet AND he knew instantly what the problem with the Samsung ice maker was.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I cannot understand a negative review at all.Lowes had originally set the appointment with TECH PRO PLUS. AVOID THEM COMPLETELY! I promise you they will avoid you! Three separate times waiting from 1-5. NO show, NO call, NO follow up. No one has the time or patience to deal with such unsatisfactory customer service ~ NO ONE!Again, ask your Extended Warranty provider to send ACCENT APPLIANCE. No need to thank me~just dont want others to experience the nightmare that I did WITH OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.

Ive used Accent appliances in Fort Worth twice and been given incorrect pricing information twice. The first time they fixed my dryer. They told me it was under warranty BEFORE they fixed it then told me they were incorrect afterwards and wanted me to pay. I called them about my dishwasher because they were an authorized repair person. The front desk person told me the initial service call would count towards my repair cost. The repairman told me it would be around $200. When I asked him if the service call would apply he said yes. He didnt give me a written estimate and he no longer works there. They never followed up to install the part. When they did come back out they said the repair cost was $300 and that my serivce call was applied to that cost to bring it down to $200.00. Im a very unhappy customer that the second time it didnt go right and it cost me $100 more. That being said the repair was done properly both times just not charged how they told me.

Repeat visits for the Same Problem, over 5 visits!!!! I have been using Accent for repair on a Samsung fridge, using the Lowes warranty. Well my 1st call to Accent was Dec 2016, for water leaking inside the fridge. I currently have an active ticket Jan 2018 for the exact same problem. I have had accent out no less than 5 times, using 3 different repair techs. The owner / manager will NOT return my phone calls, no one has bothered to respond to my email attempts. I have asked for all my previous work orders so that I can view all their troubleshooting / Repairs (they dont always leave their repair ticket). The last tech couldnt even look up my previous repair tickets, even after I responded to Accents confirmation email to provide the latest tech with ALL previous work orders. This tells me that the company doesnt care to fix the appliance so long as they get to charge Lowes for these repairs... USE A COMPANY THAT HAS INTEGRITY & HONEST MORALS, a business that wants to FIX the problem!!!!

I called these guys to fix our broken ice maker. The guy shows up and is very friendly. He unscrews a panel inside our freezer and pushes a button. This took about 3 minutes. He says that it just needed a reset because a gear had gotten stuck but it was working now. He tells me we will have ice in less than 24 hours. He puts the panel back on and says thatll be $108.20. I pay him and he leaves. I thought wow, these guys are great. Good service at a reasonable price...24 hours goes by. No ice. 48 hours, no ice. I call back and tell them its not working. The old chain-smoking hag in their office rudely tells me they can come back and fix it for $240 plus labor costs and tax. I ask, how much are labor costs? She says with a big sigh, I dont know sir. I ask if she can find out so she puts me on hold for 15 minutes and comes back and says itll be an additional $150-$200 plus tax. $390-$440 ON TOP of the $108 I already paid for a freakin ice maker? What a joke. So a half day of work missed and $108 later and Im in the same place I started. Thanks a lot Accent Appliance, you guys freakin suck.

Lowes warranty department sent Accent Appliance out to fix my dryer. Robert was the technician that came to repair it. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable of Samsung dryers and diagnosed the problem before he even looked at it. I had a horrible experience with Tech pro Dallas! They did not repair it and lied to lowes that the problem was bad wiring in my house! I will definitely be calling Accent for any other appliance I may have a problem with in the future.

Company technician did not show up in window set up one week before appointment! Company did not call to say technician was delayed! I wasted an entire work morning waiting for technician. When I called to complain thirty minutes after appointment time I was cursed at on the phone by supervisor of the technician!!! DO NOT USE THIS company at all costs. I am in professional sales and I would be totally embarassed at the HORRIBLE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Called for LG warranty they came out 4 days latter and said it would be 2 hours labor totaling $725 in labor and $108 for the service call, when i asked what there hourly rate was they refused to answer?...., then said it was a flat fee? BASED ON WHAT GUYS??? $362.50 per hour?

The service that this company provides is terrible. They have been out to fix our dryer and freezer two times. The first time Cory gave me incorrect parts so my equipment did not work. The second time he came out he continued to insist that the parts that were fixed were the problem. All in all it has been three weeks and their company still has NOT done the job correctly.

Purchased a part and it broke as soon as I started my dryer. Asked if I could return it or exchanged and was told I couldnt. Should have just ordered it online for $16 and waited then to spend $55.
