Every experience Ive had in the store has been awesome. Miles has always been very helpful, as was the guy I first dealt with about 20 years ago (been so long I forget his name). The store is LGBT friendly, Ive never felt like Ive been just tolerated for a buck. Great store to shop locally in.

My motherboard was damaged last night and I needed my computer fixed ASAP. I took it to Stone and they fished and replaced my motherboard within 5 hours. They are much quicker and do a much better job than most places. They even redid all of my cable management in my build. I would highly recommend coming here if you have computer problems.

My favorite pc store in Fort Wayne which I’ve frequented for over 10 years. For many years, Miles was a great ambassador for this store with his professionalism and expertise. You may pay a few pennies more for a few items, however, it’s worth it because of the great staff and service.

My parents have been going to stone for +19 years. Today was the first time that I’d been there for help. At the age of 19 I was able to understand the information given to me. All my questions were answered and I didn’t feel dumb for asking any at all. These guys know what they are talking about and have their customers best interest at heart. Highly recommend.

Still on of the best computer stores in town. Small enough to be personable, large enough to get the parts and components I need. Much more recommended than the cold impersonable experiences i have had at other local computer stores.

Prices are a bit high. Saw a 3080 in there but they have it for $300 - 400 above msrp, just like the scalpers on ebay... $1200 for a base 3080 isnt worth it!

Brought my laptop in, as the one key was loose on one side which made typing difficult. I researched online to fix and was not successful. The technician, Carl took the time to show me the problem and after several minutes and attempts , he completely solved the puzzle showing me the problem and the solution. Is good work and dont charge a lot of money

They had the stuff I needed when I wanted it for a reasonable mark-up.However, this is far from the best buying option. Even after giving me a bundle discount the parts I needed to finish building my wifes machine ran me over $400. The same or equivalent parts priced on newegg only totaled $301 after tax and shipping.However if you need or want your stuff now this is a good place for it. Plus they will post test your motherboard before you leave with it so you know you dont have a dud.

The first place I went to the staff was very rude and everything was over priced. I was very happy to be greeted by friendly staff that answered my questions and didnt rush me out the door. The prices were very reasonable, highly recommend!

I have gone here for over a decade to have my machines serviced. I have always been satisfied. Even if there is a problem, they will do their best to make it right, if they can. Some of my problems have been so severe even Stone could not fix It. I have brought them some really tough problems!I only trust them!

I needed help with my small business which was growing. I needed to link three locations computer stations. I went into Stone Computer and asked for help. I was advised to buy three wireless routers to link the locations and was told by the technician that it was pretty easy to figure out, but that if we had trouble they would be available at $100 an hour. When the routers came in we took them to our office and started to try and figure it out. It was far more complicated than advertised. We called Stone Computer to ask for help and we were told the technician we talked to couldnt help, but he would have someone call us right back. The next week we called again and we were told that we would need someone to come out and help us. I agreed to this but was told they would have to call to set that up as the technician that did such work wasnt available. Another week passed and I called Stone Computer back and was told how sorry they were that the calls were not returned and they would have a manager call me and set up the service for me. NO CALL!!! We have over $300 of routers that are of little help to us. We are now searching for another reliable company to help us. If you want help, if you want service, if you expect responsible service, DONT GO TO STONE COMPUTER!!!

Replacement battery lasted less than 6 months before having issues, 3 months later battery is 90% depleted can’t hold charge for more than 5 min. They refused to do anything about it.

This was such an amazing experience. I went in with tons of questions and they were so helpful to answer all of them. They didnt rush me or try to up sell me or even obligated me to buy. They filled me with knowledge to make sure I baught the parts that worked for my budget and my cause. After finally making my decision they installed my hardware and posted it to make sure it worked. SWEET!!!! I couldnt ask for more from a computer store, they went up and beyond to make sure my exspereince was 110% satisfactory. I will always be going back for any parts I need and or software. Im glad I found a local computer store to help me with all my needs. Stone computer rocks and I will recommend anyone to them for their computer needs. Thank you!

I called Stone Computer to see if they had a specific graphics card in stock (GeForce GTX 1070 Founders Edition), and to my amazement he said that they did. I even called a second time to verify and again they said, yes we have it and they set it to the side. After being assured multiple times that they had it in stock, I drove there to buy it and they didnt have the one I asked about. They had a different one (GeForce GTX 1070 FTW (different dimensions)) that was similar, but didnt meet my needs and it wasnt the one I asked about multiple times. Bad experience.

Didnt know what was wrong with my computer reading my hard drive and called to see what to do. Told me to come in and he would fix it. Asked how much and he said free. When i show up he tells me that it will be $39. Charged me that much for 2 minutes work he could have told me on the phone.
