My wife and I bought a pre-owned luxury SUV via long distance. We had a fantastic experience from my first call to final transaction/delivery. Rhys was responsive and accurate in providing all the info requested. Michael, the manager, was equally responsive in making and closing the deal. Their effort took much anxiety from this out of state transaction. The SUV was cleaned and prepped when we arrived at the dealership allowing us to hit the road home earlier than expected. I will definitely look them up for my next purchase.

I found a car I could not pass up at Derek Motorcar while searching online. I called and talked directly with Mr. Derek and discovered a pleasant, midwestern salesman on the other end I could easily talk with, and have confidence in what he said. The online photos showed the car well, and as I later saw, were accurate. He answered every question and there were no gotchas or hangups in the deal, and no pressure. It was a fair price for its above-average condition, so I posted a deposit and went in person to see the car.First impression was even better than what I saw in the photos. I also got to see how well he prepped and detailed his cars. They are immaculate! It was the real deal, just as he described. It was the deal to literally drive home...to Colorado... a good shake-down cruise. After two weeks now, the car is as honest as what I saw presented and described by Derek Motorcar. I would be most happy to buy from there again and again.

I was checking out old trucks and they had one that was in great shape for a good deal. I was surprised to find that they had a pretty nice 84 f250 for sale with most things working on it. I noticed they had a nice selection of classic cars so i knew they had an eye for older vehicles. When i had any questions Bob was very nice and good to work with! He answered any questions i had over the phone at anytime. I would definitely recommend as they had excellent service! Glad i saw the truck and was able to snag it!

Janice was very professional and seemed to care about her customers and reputation. She was adamant that Derek Motorcar doesnt include any hidden fees before or after the deal. She was low pressure and great to work with.

Took them almost a month to get my title, and the so called “perfect car with absolutely no problems” started having transmission problems within the first 500 miles of buying it. The staff is very scatterbrained and just all over the place, they aren’t organized, and they cleared my check engine light when I told them not to. They didn’t want me buying a warranty because they knew thar car had problems. Way to go, you screwed a 17 year olds first car and his grandpa into buying a new transmission, and they wont feel bad 1 bit. Don’t buy from their rundown lot cause every car I looked at had noticeable problems when they said it would be perfect for me... absolute trash of a business

Sold me a car that was in great condition. Turns out the odometer doesnt work, it needed a new battery, and there were multiple oil leaks. Its been almost a month and I have yet to receive the title! Theres likely other problems with the car that I dont even know about yet.

They sell really nice cars but on the other hand they so very raggedy Cars too I was sold a 08 STS that I was overcharged for and I still have to spend money to get it running right after I trade it in my two cars and put a down payment down it still took them too much to do the deal with the finance company and that too much they couldnt be courteous enough to have the car detailed I still am left with a very very dirty car the car doesnt run right I should have known they were doing some funny business when I wasnt allowed to test drive the car I dont even drive my car that I bought because I regret that i bought it so much I just think they got away from their good quality service since Bob Senior doesnt run it anymore and thats a shame I will never deal with them again

My dad owns Derek Motor Car Co. and I am proud to call myself a repeat customer. My husband and I were looking for a van to tote around our infant twins and dog. We were concerned with safety and also wanted a bunch of neat features. We gave my dad our specifications and he took his time searching for the perfect van. We are so happy with the result!

Most of the cars are beater cars which no one should touch. However, Derek is the only guy in town who regularly has pristine classic cars for sale. I wish he would stop selling the beater cars and specialize in the classic cars he has such a knack in sourcing.

The service here is INCREDIBLE!!! So nice and honest. ( which is hard to find in the car business) They have a good selection of luxury cars.

I bought a 1984 Porsche 944 from them last month, and still havent got the title! Call no answer! Bob Derek jr saided that he was going to mail it too me in NC, but I guess he gave it to the dog because it has been a month now! This is no way to do business, I have bought cars from all over Europe, & USA worst experience ever! No stars! I wish I could give negative stars!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and paid around $12,000 for a 06 Mercedes-Benz S500 nice car as we thought havent had it 1.5 months and have problems already that the dealer doesnt want to hold responsibly for even tho it was as is sale... Come on when we bought it there was electrical problems at the start which we didnt know a headlight was out the car was took to a forigen car repair shop there in Fort Wayne. When he was presented with the bill he didnt want to pay it but had them put on all used parts to fix the situation. Now there is a vacuum problem going on now that has to be fixed. Paying that type of money for any vehical you would think would be a dependable vehical. Very disappointed about this situation....
