They have a good selection of shoes. I was able to find a good pair of work shoes. My wife got a nice pair of walking shoes and my daughter found a great pair of workout shoes and hiking bootsThe staff was very helpful. And the prices reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Picked up a pair of sketchers here. I found the number of selections available in my size (10 1/2) to be pretty limited. Wish they would carry more of the popular sizes as I could only find 3-4 options I liked and only one of them was in my size.

This place is terrible. They have like a million sales clerks in here and none of them are willing to help you. Apparently they have nothing in the back so be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes trying to find a pair in your size on your own. The sales clerks literally only help you with the aisle number of the brand you are looking for, thats all. There are 20-25 people working but there is 1 person at the registers which is a pain. If you really want a cheap pair of shoes, try to find somewhere else with Associates willing to help because this place is not it.

Hard time finding size 12 mens shoes, also different shoes in a box or different color than whats supposed to be there.

Good prices, but dang can you guys stick more than three pairs of shoes for each one displayed? Its really heart wrenching 💔 when I see some really cool looking shoes, and then I look and they got two pairs that are way too small, and one pair thats way too big. Its just a big time let down!

Ive been at this location twice with a few days and not once did an employee asked if I needed help but they asked other customers in the next isle over (the store wasnt busy) I spent approximately 45 one of those days no approached me for help. I did make a purchase. Second day I finally asked for help because no one asked me. There approximately 6 people in the entire store. They answered my question but act as though it was a bother. At this point I will probably return the shoes I purchased because of poor customer service. I may also contact their cooperate office because no customer shoe have look for help when employees are standing around talking to each other.

They never have our size of shoes in stock. We always have to order them. Its like they get 1 pair of sizes in stock.

Bad customer service.I asked a worker if they have the shoes that I wanted and he said we are out then we went to order them then we looked around in the store and we found the shoes that I wanted so I want to the same worker and he happened to be working in the cashier and then I said can I cancel the order and he said no but remember it was the same worker that said we are out.

Clean store with a wide variety of sizes for the normal person. Only 4 stars because they only have a few mens size 14. Great and helpful people there.

Look around a bit and youre always able to find a bargain. Especially if youre willing to compromise a bit on colors & brand!!

Cant help but love Shoe Carnival for a great selection of affordable shoes and boots. My last visit I purchased 3 pair for just under $60. Thrilled. Have had compliments on one pair already. Easy to find staff for questions or help.

The Levi boots I looked at were used and scratched up. One box was missing a shoe.

Pretty standard retail shoe store. Lots of popular brands but a limited selection of shoe types and models. Mostly knowledgeable staff but for advanced stuff youll have to go see a proper shoe salesman.

This is my go to shoe store. I buy mine & my kids shoes here every yr. I love their 💲prices & their deals💲sales! They would be a 🔟💫💯 if they had the size I was looking for in the pair I really want everytime. My opinion, they really ought to carry some extra sizes in the back of the store for instances like that. For anytime, not just for lower price sales times 🙄😁🤗

Shoe Carnival is the ONLY place my daughter wants to go to get shoes. They ALWAYS have something she likes. They also have GREAT prices, and have specials like buy one pair - get 2nd pair half off.

Has a large selection of sneakers. The prices were okay, but not spectacular. My wife did get a good deal on some sandals. If you want deals, make sure youre on their email list.

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes in September 2019 and they are already falling apart. I had to super glue them.. Came in today and tried to get help with new shoes and they acted like it was to hard of a job for them to step away from behind the counter and actually help a customer.. I asked about Wide Width shoes and instead of showing me, I was told to just look around.. So I am going to a shoe store that actually takes time to help their customers. Having a large selection of shoes dont do any good if you dont take the time to help the customers find the right shoes..

This place is a really horrible place their employees are extremely rude and will follow you harass you the entire time that youre there to the point of where I was going to buy four pairs of shoes cash on hand but employees were so rude that I just I had to leave

Found a great pair of shoes ...and when I compared to Amazon...20 dollars less at show carnival ...and then got the same pair half price ..overall ...46 dollars a pair less than amazon ...fantastic!

Good selection and clean well organized store. Staff was also very nice to my 2.5 year old son, they made his bag shorter so he could carry his new shoes out of the store. This totally made his day.

Shoe carnival is my favorite place to buy shoes. I love the big selection to choose from. I dont encounter a lot of sales people when I shop there, but that is a good thing to me. I know theyre around if I need them. I do wish they would get rid of the loud obnoxious wheel, and loudspeaker dudes. I know its in the name (carnival), but... its kind of weird.

We love shoe carnival. Always get multiple pairs due to there buy 1 get 1 50 % off which is an all the time thing. Also have clearance sections and there big wheel carnival deals.

This place is always too high priced. They trick you with their coupons. Then the associate says cheerfully, I guess thats how they get you. and you wear a womens 10.5 and over, you might get 4 choices in tbe whole store. Always dissappointing.

You walk in with a coupon feeling like your going to get a good deal. You walk out wondering how you just got taken for a ride? Too pricey, deals arent really deals.

Picked up a pair of shoes out of the closeout section. Took them up front and asked how much they were. I was told they were placed there because they were out of those shoes but they had since gotten a new order of them in. Cashier proceeded to tell me they were regular price and offered me no discount for them being in the closeout section. I told them no thanks, you can keep them.

I just had my worst experience shopping here. I wont be going back. They put a buy one get one offer in your face to the point where you feel obligated to use the offer. The problem is the shoes are marked so poorly that its a very high chance the shoe you want isnt a part of the deal. If it wasnt for a gift card i wouldnt have given this company any money.
