Paul in sales sold me a vehicle with a lot of issues. The vehicle had a lot of major issues within the first 1-2 weeks. Paul along with his boss dismissed the issues, blaming it on normal rundown overtime. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place.

Went to Preferred to look for a car, specifically a Toyota Corolla, or a Honda Civic. Paul Parker helped me right away to find what I was looking for. He showed me a 2019 Toyota Corolla that they had in the lot. He let me test drive it and after I drove it I knew thats the car I wanted. After doing all the paper work and after they got the call washed off and ready for me to drive home, Paul noticed a scratch on the door and some marks on the hood that werent seen before since the car hadnt been washed off. He told me that he would get those taken care of for me. I would recommend preferred to anybody looking for a used car, and definitely recommend Paul Parker as a salesman. He knows what hes doing and he makes sure you get the best deal possible.

I have a company truck that I have serviced here. The customer service is excellent.

Extremely poor experience. Cody was nice in helping me out in getting the car I ended up purchasing, disclosed that it had only 2 things wrong with it. Both werent big problems and easy to fix. However less than a week after purchasing and less than a few hundred miles driven some serious problems were starting to occur. Contacted the dealership to see what they would do since the problems occurring should not of been happening on a car that they listed as in excellent condition and with such little use on it after purchasing. They refused to do anything. They falsely market and advertise their vehicles, a car listed in excellent condition should not be having problems within a few hundred miles of driving off the lot. I had to take the car to a service center to get repaired, which costed several hundred dollars in repairs for problems with the car. The problems found with the car were not disclosed, for a dealership that claims all their cars are checked, inspected, and diagnosed with any problems when arriving there is no way that these problems were not found, that or they just did not even bother checking the car when they got it. Extremely dissatisfied, would not recommend anyone come here to look at cars unless they are looking to get taken advantage of and get sold vehicles that are falsely marketed.

Beware of Lima Road store working with Todd and Kyle. They sold a car out from under me. Because I was female I was never taken seriously from the start. Did not ask for contact info. Never explained their processes or policies. I was emailed day prior to our appt. to purchase the car that they sold car. Gender discrimination? You decide. Just be careful because it is not ok to treat people this way. I would save yourself this type of treatment and go elsewhere.

My car was towed there after overheating- they were professional, fast, and very reasonably priced. I was able to pick it up the next day and they didnt try to oversell any unnecessary services (like some mechanics do when a younger woman is the customer). I was working with Cody Martin and Jim Roberts. I came into the lot and was told that I could possibly walk away with a vehicle that day. Jim was running my credit and came out to talk to Cody and I as we were waiting. I explained to both of them that I was in between jobs, I was told that not to worry about it and let the bank do their thing. Cody came back and told me that I was approved and had me sign all the buyers paperwork and gave me a paper plate. I put full coverage on the vehicle right there in the office. Seven days later Jim calls me and tells me he has bad news, I have to bring back the vehicle that I deeply wanted. I was devastated and ask why, his reply was that I wasnt approved. HUH?! Jim said that he could try another bank. Two days later I get a text to bring the vehicle back, NO PHONE CALL. Then when I should up to return the vehicle Jim is no where to be found. Supposedly, he went to lunch at 11 am. I spoke to Kyle and told him all I wanted was my check back for the deposit. They refused to give me my check back and then explained to me that the accountant sent it to the bank. Every bit of this experience was upsetting. I have never came across any thing like this before and I WILL not recommend nor return.

First and foremost, Cody was great in communicating all the way through the purchasing process. Shorter after i purchased the vehicle i ran into mechanical issues in which i should have been aware of. Jim failed to communicate with me when i approached him regarding the situation and i always got a, Hey Taylor, im with a customer, can i call back? in which id always say, yes, until i realized it was a pattern of never getting a returned phone call. Lack of communication-- Not to mention, less than a week after i made my first payment, i was hit with over 3000$ in service fees. Be aware, and make sure to have your vehicle 100% looked at prior to purchasing. Very disappointed and would recommend taking your time and money else where.

Service section is a ripoff! Very bad experience! Went there just because I had bought my car from them and the sales guy Paul was great. But service guys, over quoted, diagnose fee is high, I had the repair fixed at another shop for half price!!! N guess what I figured out a day later that the engine bay floor pan (plastic protector) was taken of the vehicle and never put back. I went back in back and it was there!

Paul is awesome! He helped us find a van, which we love! Something was wrong with the key so he got us a new one, plus an extra key. He also got us remotes for the dvd players in the van. He is very friendly and helpful. Thanks Paul!

Is there an option to give negative stars? I will NEVER purchase anything from this dealership. I called tonight for a price on a minivan and when they asked me what I was looking to spend, I told them there were a few in Ohio for a certain price (there was actually one in Lafayette for even lower) and the guy said he would have to put me on hold while he checked...the problem is he forgot to put me on hold...I got to hear just how disrespectful and dishonest these people are first hand. He came back on the line not knowing I had heard his whole conversation about how I was making up the price of the other cars and I confronted him about it. He paused for a few seconds then came back with a price 4000 dollars higher than what you can find anywhere else. If you want to be disrespected and made fun of behind your back when you buy a car, go to Preferred Auto, if you value integrity and honesty go somewhere else.

6 months ago I was looking for a vehicle and contacted Preffered Auto because we had done business several years before and I felt that they were decent. However nobody seemed interested at all in helping me and I moved on to another dealership who was interested in having me as a customer.Now Im getting phone calls and emails asking me about the vehicle I want and even though I gave them my name and had been a customer before they couldnt even be bothered to get my first name right and its not a complicated one. That alone would make me stop going there because if a car dealer cant get my name right when its all there in front of him then in my opinion hes a poor car dealer. But that is a small thing and I admit maybe Im making it bigger than I should but I cant ignore the fact that over all that time they werent interested in me at all and suddenly after so much time almost anyone would have already gotten a vehicle, they were interested to the point of multiple calls and emails.Add to this the fact that the couple of times I called before to find out about vehicles they were rude and acted like I was a burden. Excuse me for wanting to be a customer. Maybe I didnt want to sort through all that inventory online and just wanted a quick answer to what was available. Maybe I didnt have access to a computer at the time. Maybe I prefer doing business over the phone and in person. No matter what my reason for calling, rudely directly me to the website instead of just answering me is a quick way to lose my business.Just plain bad business practices. I wont be back and I discourage people I know from going.In the interest of fair play I would like to point out that at no time have I ever thought they were dishonest or trying to scam anyone. When I got a vehicle from them before I found the experience to be quite pleasant and thats why I tried to go back. Too bad they didnt want me.

Just a lot of bad. It would take a book. Ran into A LOT of people who had had similar issues after we started having problems. Just wish we would had heard those kind of reviews before buying from them. Owner screamed at my brother when he instisted the real issue with the vehicle be found out instead of superficial patches being done. We are not perfect, but we always tried to be respectful but firm when wanting things fixed (and always willing to pay what they charged). We almost always got yelled at and plan rudeness from service department.

This place is a rip off. Took advantage of my 59 year old widowed mother. She was by herself when she purchased the vehicle..which the salesman assured her was a nice little good running car. She had to put brakes on 2 weeks later. Eight hundred miles later tyrod, ball joints, catalyst converter and thermostat assembly went out. I thought they checked the vehicles out before they sold them...Of course the warranty they sold her covered nothing on the list..They just took advantage of a widowed older lady. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND sending anyone there. Very dishonest salesmen!!

Im extremely disappointed here. I called Tuesday to try to buy a car. No one called me. I called Thursday and they said they couldnt find the file. Then called today and I get told I need $1500 for a down payment. Now why did it take 3 days to figure that out? Also I understand I just got out of bankruptcy but dont send me a letter stating that its a great time to buy a car after bankruptcy. Stop trying to tell people that. Also u knew that I had to come up with a down payment. Im really upset. I would say just make sure u know what your doing here. SMH...
