I bought my car and I’ve been getting regular maintenance done here for about three years. Never had any issues until last week. I was in for my routine oil change and I let my advisor Peter know that I could hear grinding noises coming from my brakes. He said they would do a 5 point inspection. He called me and told me the car was ready and that my brake pads were fine and that my pads still had a good 10,000 miles on them. I said to Peter, “ then why are they grinding”? He said to me that they did a 5 point inspection and brakes are fine. As soon as I drove off the lot my brakes were still grinding. I needed a second opinion. I couldn’t get my car to a different shop for 5 days so I had to park my car until then because my brakes were so bad! Went to the other shop, Best Deal Auto on Goshen Rd. I highly recommend! They told me my brake pads were visibly bad. They fixed my car thank goodness! I called Peter my advisor from Kelly automotive and had to leave a voicemail. I explained why I needed to hear back from him, that I was very unsatisfied with their service. I never heard back from them.

I originally had a great experience when buying my car but when we purchased our new vehicle we got a warranty that if you didnt use it you would get that amount taken off the car after a certain amount of time. Well that amount of time is up and we have not used it. We have called the store left messages trying to figure out how to get that $1,600.00 off of our vehicle loan now and no one will call us back from the finance department. We want to know if we need to schedule an appointment, if we need to bring anything with us and if both my husband and I need to be there since our work schedules are different. Not one person has called us back. They called to set up our scheduled service on our vehicle and I told the nice lady we were going somewhere else and what was going on, she even tried to get them to call us back and nothing over several weeks to a month now. I even gave email said they could text us or email if it was easier and still nothing.

Had a air bag recall and call them got appoinment and was very quickly in and out they was great service and they was very nice staff of people

I dealt with a very nice saleswoman who worked with me and went over all my options. She was very friendly, fair and helpful. She gave me her honest opinions of the cars in inventory and helped me pick what we both thought was the best deal. Im not a car person and it was a very good car buying experience.

They diagnosed and fixed an issue I was having with my electrical system that impacted both my lights and my alarm system. Between being overbooked and ordering parts, it took a lot longer than expected but everything works great now.

This place only puts good reviews on here. My exsperiance with Kelly was not good. I was lyed to about options, price, etc. Never will do buissness with them again. Worst purchase Ive ever made.

Was called yesterday asking if I would be interested in trading cars because their inventory of used one owner cars was very low. I told them I would entertain that and setup an appointment for the next day....well guess what...we left with a 2021 Acadia Denali with 5 miles. I highly recommend this dealership...this is the 3rd car that we have purchased here.

I took my Car in for an oil change, tire patch and to have my headlight bulb replaced. Upon getting there I was told my engine light was on and Kyle thought it was something that needed to be check out right away. I asked him how much to diagnosed I was told 100.00 only to get a call a few hours later saying it was 200.00 and they needed another 200.00 to tell me what was wrong with my car. (My car was running perfectly fine). I told him I wasnt paying 400.00 for him to diagnosed it because my car was running fine with no problems and asked how did 100 turn into 200. He said it took longer than normal to look at. I didnt argue and just paid my bill. Not even a week later my car is running loud like a race car. I only drove the car a few times since I picked it up because I am currently working from home. I call the dealership hoping they would make it right with me and I was completely disappointed. I used then for years only to be told I had to pay to see what was wrong with it. He said it would be 100 maybe more depending on how long it would take them and that it didnt sound like anything they did, but would pay for it if it was caused by them. I know that they were going to tell me it wasnt their fault and I would be stuck with another big bill for something they caused. I told him he should look at it for free and then we can go from there and he told me no he cant do it for free. They lost a long time customer.

Well I finally got my truck out of the worst service department I have ever been to, took 5 and 1/2 weeks and $18,774.00 for a long block and 8 new injectors . went to pay to get it back, wrote the check out, but being from out of state ,they took another 4 hours to conferm that my check was good ,phone # is on check, service writer was never helpful or his boss,went as far as calling the 1-800 gmc # to get help, worst service department ever. I’ve talked to other customers that were not happy with themBobby Forbes

Kenny Erhard was great from the time I started talking to him. I initially talked to his assistant and she was wonderful. I had actually meant to call a different dealership, but once I started talking to them, I decided to stick with it. I told him what I wanted and I was told that I had no credit. Danny worked hard to help me get financed. They ended up getting me into a vehicle that was a year newer than I wanted. All in all it was a great experience. No one was pushy and they listened to exactly what I wanted. My own car was on its last leg and with snow and holidays coming up, I couldnt stay with my old car. I am so glad we found Kellys!!!! Do you know how hard it is to find honest mechanics and an honest shop? We found it here! Have had our cars worked on several times here, and when a fix was minor, they didnt even charge us! Thats how you run a business and get people to return!!! When our son was looking to buy his first car, we took it there to have them go over it. The car was a mess (looked good on the outside) internally. They didnt charge us and told us to run from this car. Honesty gets you everywhere!!! Honesty and reliability!!! Thats what you get with Kellys automotive.I read the previous reviews....everyone 5 stars except one. And reading Kristopher R.s review, makes me wonder about his ethics anyway. Go back to LA. Kenny was the perfect combination of relaxed but aggressive. He knew of our budget, of our building credit but also how much we loved the car we chose. He worked with us and worked with the financial manager Josh until both sides were happy and we drove off in the car that night, leaving the trade in behind. The entire staff was welcoming, professional and made sure we weren’t getting into a payment we couldn’t afford but made sense in our negative equity trade situation. It was the better more reliable choice for our family. They definitely earned our business in the future.

This is about the Ford group in Decatur, IN. I bought a used vehicle from them 5 months ago and have had 5 different issues with it. I love the car, and wish they would give me some slack on the repairs. The sales manager was not sympathetic, immediately went on the defensive and let me know I was just out of luck. I went to Tom Kelly because of his reputation for fairness. I guess that must be a thing of the past. So disappointedThey have been very helpful at the Chevrolet side in the past.

The customer service was amazing here when I went to purchase my 2007 Dodge ram. Showed me all the paperwork on the vehicle, and worked with me. The stayed in contact efficiently with me during my purchasing with the delay in my work to bank communication to get me financed with the start of my new job. Gene was very polite and determined to make sure I got a vehicle that would work for my family and myself during my two hour trips to Ohio in the winter. Josh made sure all of my finance paperwork was correct and had it all squared away for me to sign and drive away in my new truck. I will for sure give my first look to buying another vehicle to them when that time comes, and would recommend them to anyone.

Tried to purchase a 2012 Encore, would have purchased the car, but to ac did not cool properly. They tried to BS us and say there was nothing wrong. I was told they put it in the shop the next morning, had it checked out and was cooling to 40 degrees. Without notice I return at noon the following day. With an air conditioning thermometer it would only cool to 60 degrees. Salesman said he would let the used car manager know but didn’t expect them to do anything. Never heard back. This is not the same car dealer asthe past. They will lie and sale you junk. I purchased 4 cars from them in the past, but never again

I went to Kelley to check out a 2016 Ford Fusion I saw online. I was immediately greeted by my salesperson Andrew upon arriving. Throughout the visit he did well at answering any questions I had and helping me get into the car I wanted.They were willing to work with me on my trade in to get a deal I was able to afford. When it looked like we may not be able to work out a deal on the Fusion, he was doing his best to show me similar cars I might want, even though it was a rainy day.All of the staff were very friendly and not overly pushy as far as salespeople go. When it came to their protection packages and warranties I declined and wasn’t pushed into anything I couldn’t afford. I did however want a remote starter installed and Andrew was very helpful in setting that up with their service department at an affordable price.Even after the deal was done Andrew stuck around to help me move my stuff out of my old car and into the new one. Overall it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to the free car washes!

Love the car and purchased it for a fair price. The only glitch..... I called ahead to make sure the car I wanted to see was still on the lot since I was traveling an hour and a half to see it. When I arrived I was informed the car had sold. My salesman was helpful, and I ended up purchasing a different car. So.... In the eyes of the dealer, telling me the car was still there worked in their favor.

Over-all good experience. First time at Kelley Superstore - called & spoke with Michele, she connected us with Joe Luckey - who had our vehicle ready for us when we arrived. Would have liked to have done a little better on the trade in or have been offered something to compensate for lesser trade in value. That was the only disappointment. I was supposed to sign for a different vehicle at a different dealer the day I contacted Kelley. The car at Kelley was the same but a year newer with lower miles. I don’t have a lot of time in my schedule and live an hour from the dealer. They were able to get my monthly payment pretty close to the other vehicle I was looking at even with the price difference. Was in and out in a couple hours. I’ve had some rough experiences with dealers in the past. Will definitely be going back when I’m ready to buy again!

Ernie was a really great sales person. The process went super fast. The only thing was that I have only had my vehicle 30 Days and I am left with a bill to get it fixed. They did agree to pay half, but my rotors were bad all the way around. Please! just make sure your vehicles are checked before you purchase. People should not have to come out of pocket within the first 30 Days of purchasing a vehicle. Definitely a learning experience for me.

Bought a certified car, been in the shop 3 times now $1400 in additional charges for a $10,000 CAR. ALREADY REPAIRED ITEMS THAT WERE NOT BROKE when they fixed other things with the car. I have used Kelly since i purchased my first ever car from him. Too disappointed in the no one cares attitude that the dealership now has. I would think Dad would be ashamed.

We had a horrible experience at another dealership the day before we found Kelley Automotive, however I am so glad we didnt buy a car with the other dealership because Kelley Automotive was fabulous!!! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!!! We drove from Indianapolis, just to buy our Nissan Rouge and because the experience was so great we will be back to buy future vehicles!!! Well worth the over 2 hour drive!!!
