The locale was confusing at first with 2 Mazda buildings next to each other, but once inside the correct one, the staff were immediately warm and welcoming. They were quick to explain the appointment details and went straight to work. The lobby was a great area to wait and were done quicker than quoted. Great place to take care of your vehicle.

Came in looking for a 2018 Hyundai that their site showed they had according to car gurus. Got there and their price was higher than the car gurus site but they honored the car gurus price and weren’t pushy at all. Even re evaluated my trade in twice to give me the most possible for my trade in. Russ was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with and the paperwork was all a breeze took less than 15 mins to sign everything and everything was explained thoroughly. Will definitely go back again in the future if needed. Make sure to ask for Russ!

I previously owned a 2017 CX5 and had my vehicle serviced there and the service department is fantastic. The prices for the services offered are fair and transparent.Most recently I traded in the CX5 and bought a CX9. Didn’t know what to expect from the sales side of O’Daniel. My salesperson Justin Beeler was great from the start. I was introduced to Sam who crunches the numbers and he had the answers that I needed for a few questions. I could not believe how smooth and fast the process was to get into a newer vehicle. I could not be happier with my experience with O’Daniel Mazda. My wife and I have a pretty tight schedule during the weekday, and our hours make it impossible for us to really shop for a vehicle. So, Saturdays were the only days we had available and we had a few different vehicles we wanted to check out and possibly test drive.We actually came to this dealership first, then went and visited a few others. At this point we were pretty close to being done for the day as most of the dealership would be closing. But we drove back out to this dealership and hour before they closed, still wanting to test drive the vehicle and ask any questions we had about it.Turns out, the wife loved it, and despite being like 30 minutes to closing time, everyone needed to get a deal done happily stuck around until we signed for the vehicle.Sam Moun was excellent in the process, absolutely no pressure during the process which was a relief. And between him and Adam Heiser they were able to work with our needs and wants and get us the vehicle my wife really wanted.Then entire process was relaxing and stress free, everyone we dealt with seemed genuinely happy to help. Their service center was great. I was able to get a complimentary oil change and overall vehicle checkup because I’m a nurse (this is during COVID-19). The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even though I wasn’t a “paying customer.” My car was in great condition when I got it back and there was even a thank-you card for ME when I got it back! I am VERY appreciative of the staff at the service center here for being great workers and so friendly. I will definitely come here in the future if I need any work done on my vehicle. THANK YOU!

Dropped off a vehicle to get recall work, no issue there. But, also requested both headlights replaced, as one was out.After waiting all day to hear from them, we call at 3. The gentleman explains to us that we need our entire headlight assembly replaced, for $700+, because a clip is missing. I decline, because how did it work before this, not to mention the gentleman was overly explaining simple things that did not need explanation, when all we want is an explanation for a $700 headlight replacement.Ill look at it myself I suppose. No problem there, except a call earlier in the day would have been great.Picking up the car, there is a car part sitting in my wifes seat. What is it? Did this need to be in the vehicle? It resembles a cone, maybe I could wear it like a hat?The final laugh, is that I bought a two pack of premium bulbs, so they could be replaced at the same time. But, since they could not replace both, they replaced ONE... The one that worked to begin with. So much for replacing both at the same time, I suppose.Think thatll be the last trip to the Mazda dealer. Lets hope when I bring my Jeep in to ODaniel, its a bit more in line with the modern service department experience Im accustomed to. What a weird exchange.

Although I knew what I was looking for before I stepped on the lot, salesman Nick Whitworth, sales manager Nick Rusk, customer relations manager Ryan Keebler, and Serviceman Shane Griffin were friendly, knowledgeable and did not attempt to sell my anything I did not need. They let me take the vehicle home over night, allowing me to make a purchase decision the next day!

Honestly they did not listen to what I was saying would work best for me and kept trying to get me to get something I did not want. Now I know why alot if friends and family do not care for them.

This vehicle was a current sales manager trade in, we were told how he took great care of this had it serviced under the warranty with the company and we were buying a great deal. Well sit back and get comfy heres a little look into our Great Deal! MONTH 1 of ownership (March 2019) trim to windshield breaks off partway to reveal it was velcro holding it down. MONTH 2 of ownership (April 2019) Trim & rubber seal to windshield breaks off completely. Also, LOTS of Rain in the forecast revealed 2 blocked drain tubes for the moon roof that caused a monsoon in our SUV. MONTH 4 of ownership (June 2019) weather is starting to get hot, AC is not cold. $100 diagnostic test later we have 2 cracked rear AC lines. What are we told about all of these problems.... you bought AS IS,but we can trade you into a new car

Very grateful to Jesse Moore and the ODaniel Service Department staff, while traveling through the area the check engine light came on in my 2019 Mazda CX5. I Googled this dealership/service department with no expectations. However, I was greeted with service and customer support that went far beyond anything I could ever expect. They checked every detail of my vehicle (found a piece of carbon in one of the hoses) and let me borrow one of their vehicles so I could continue on to my destination. They had my car fixed within hours. I was able to get back to the service department the same afternoon where they generously returned my car at no cost. It is amazing to find people willing to help with no expectations in return.

Drove 500 miles one way get a cts coupe called talked to them several times about condition. I was told great shape everything work as it should and there was no body work Got down there to test drive in person ac wasnt working hood had several chips they touched up poorly. The rear bumper had been damaged and repaired bad. Do not trust this dealership.

My husband and I bought a used car here on Saturday. Russ was our salesman and he was very respectful when we said we had other cars to look at that day. Sure enough, we ended up coming back to buy this car because we liked it, and we were well treated and not pushed or hassled to make a decision right away. Eric was super nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He was able to meet all of my needs. I purchased a Used Ford Explorer. He went out of his way to stay late to complete the transaction, as I live an hour away. In my opinion, he went above and beyond on his end. Finance was very efficient and helpful as well. I feel as though I got a great deal and am satisfied with my purchase. The vehicle could have been detailed and cleaned up a little better, especially considering the quality of it. Bought a Mazda6 CPO and after a week I couldnt be happier. I shopped around and was continually disappointed with dealers and their lack of knowledge on Mazdas. I only did service with this place on my Mazda 6 but never had a problem with them. I would say it’s a good place. I can’t speak for trying to buy a car from them. They did great service on my car for 2 years.

Oil service and inspection on Honda Pilot. Ive tried 3 local shops close to me on the far East side of Ft Wayne and they just cant seem to do a general inspection. Oil change price is exceptional because they pass any oil rebate to the customer and they use a punch card - buy 5 get 1 free. Im back with ODaniel to stay. Its worth the drive.

Generally I had a good experience. I was given time to think about buying the car I was looking at and everyone was friendly. A glitch happened during financing, that wasn’t anyone’s fault except the Fed, and I did get compensated fairly for this. Extremely fair pricing at this dealership, which is really unheard of. I liked how the car features were described personally for me before I left with my new car. One downside: I just wish I was talked to more than my Dad was. I was the customer and it was my money being used to pay for the car. I felt frustrated in that aspect, and wish I hadn’t brought my Dad.

Russ was a awesome person to deal with very personable and honest! He and Dan helped me to find the perfect truck and helped me get it financed! They treated me as a person not as money. I really appreciate everything and would recommend them to everyone!

My sales man is no longer there. My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from there in the past four years. We LOVE the cars. Luxury but with reliability. Love the feel while driving and they’re just intuitive.Those who appreciate driving or luxury are more likely to appreciate the cars. If Fuel economy or interior space are your biggest needs, you may appreciate other options. Mazda isn’t bad, but in 2019 there are better (potentially changing in 2020). For me... I need a vehicle that brings happiness every time I put my hands on the wheel. I need the joy. Note that I purchase the high end models, but the driving experience feels good regardless of model. I’ve test driven all of them except the Miata.The sales is non pressure. They allowed me to go through my process, walk away and come back a week later to kick tires again. I’ll miss our sales guy, who knew me by name and was extremely knowledgeable AND ACCURATE about the pros and cons of the competition. Cars are a personal preference but it’s nice to also have great service.I love their service department too. Some places feel slimy. These guys were able to identify a warranty issue and fixed quickly. No issues since. (Electrical circuit board)If you get in a wreck and need to replace your car (I survived unhurt, love the cx5), don’t expect their auto body shop or sales to communicate well. Serious disconnect there, but also was likely an unusual situation.My next car will either be a Tesla Y or Mazda. Mazda and this Fort Wayne team has impressed me that much. I’m incredibly picky about service and this dealership currently has it. I hope they keep it.

I just purchased a new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. This is only the second new car I have ever purchased! I have bought used cars - Mazdas - three (3), from my sales guy, Junior Hammond, and with support from a great dealership team working together. If I could give this place no stars I would. I purchased a 2016 Explorer Sport in March and between March and May had it in the service department 4 separates times with them keeping it around 25 days for agreed repairs. After them saying originally a few days and it would be done. They would never resolve the issue so we kept having to come back. I live 1 1/2 away from the dealership so I spent 12 hours driving back and forth and put close to 500 miles on my vehicle. They did provide a car 3 out of the four times which was about the only thing they’ve done. I was told by sales manager Nick to call and he would get with his boss to see how the could make our time and depreciation of our vehicle right. 3 messages later still no response.We avoid large chain car dealerships for this very reason.. we purchased a brand new Toyota at our local dealership a few years ago which was who we should have went with, have no plans to ever return or refer anyone to this dealership!!!!!!

It had been a long time since I had purchased a new vehicle and wasnt certain what to expect. The moment my husband and I were on the lot, we sat in cars, looking them over, etc. and Junior Hammond inquired how he could be of help. Before test driving the MAZDA CX-5, Junior went over the features to get us acquainted with the SUV and then we were off to driving. Upon the completion of the sale, Junior thoroughly went over all the features with us and made sure I understood the set up so that I could customize and maneuver the features just as Junior had. Which I appreciated the follow-through, he gave and not just letting me have to thumb through the manual before I drove off the lot. Not pushy, listened and worked with our needs. Overall, it has been an excellent experience.

Never will i ever go back to this place i took my car in due to a light outage i told the guy its not the light bulb it may be due to wiring issue they charged me 130.00 just to tell me its a wiring issue never fixed it.
