I was looking for parts for an older car. Called ahead and they had parts waiting ofr me when I arrived. But after looking at my car, they went back to their inventory and found exactly what I needed. Best customer service. I will always shop here for auto parts. These guys are the best!

I went to Economy for a part they did not have it..But instead of sending me out the door empty handed they gave me a list to places I could get the part close . To sum it up Heat works Great. Thank you for your help in locating my part. I will definitely be giving you my business for now on 👍👍

They told me they had the part and it would be pulled by the time I arrived. The part was not pulled and the part was in disrepair so I could not purchase it. I think they are good people but they need to make sure before telling persons they have parts in stock they should double-check and make sure the part works!!! the manager try to make me feel as if I was at fault for not asking all the proper questions before coming in which I asked every question before driving over 2 hours. I must give them a one-star 4 overall poor customer service!!!Very Bad Experience!

Their entire staff is, always, very helpful. I really appreciate that they know what parts are still on vehicles in the yard. The bonus for me, when short on time, is that they pull the parts and have them ready when I arrive.

Recently purchased a set of 4 tires from here for $200. Took them to Discount Tire to have them mounted and balanced. One of the 4 tires had a tear in which you could see the metal threading and the TIRE STORE said it was defective and they COULD NOT use. Like the rest of you, I assumed if I followed Economys return policy, which states, all DEFECTIVE tires need to be returned within 24 hours, which I did, that I would at least receive $50 back for returning the defective tire. You too would be wrong... The only solutions that I was offered was to bring my car in and he would mount the defective tire for me, because according to Economy, the only reason Discount Tire wouldnt use that defective tire was for insurance puposes. Yeah, like they dont want to be held liable for what happens to me when that tire blows!The other solution I was given was to bring the entire set back for a full refund. You know, so he could sell a set of defective tires to someone else....

Ive dealt with Economy Auto Parts for years and have never been disappointed with the quality of service or parts. Theyve always been helpful in locating and pulling all of my parts. Whoever posted the negative review has obviously never been to Economy Auto Parts and must have them confused with another buisness because everyone knows thats NOT how they operate.
