The two ladies behind the counter were super friendly. They gave me a free extra 2 days for my move even after I indicated that I was willing to pay for them.

These were the most rude of all the storage facilities iv ever been to and considering how many of these auctions iv won and the places iv been that’s saying a lot !!We were told we were not customers even though I just paid them over $400 for a storage unit I won through auction…. Which they choose to auction through a 3rd party website… even though I PAID for the unit I was not allowed to put my own lock on MY PROPERTY they put their own lock on my belongings and told me i couldn’t be on premises unless they were even though it was a 24/7 access for customers.I’m sorry you don’t understand how this works, once I pay for my storage unit at your facility I am now a customer and those belonging inside that unit belong to me! I want to be contacted by the facility manager immediately!

We arrived in town on a Sunday, at about 3 pm. We needed to unload our 20 foot truck in less than 2 hours. We called a friend to help, but it was slow going. Jonathan Fuentes (spelling?) at this location was AMAZING!! He understood our situation and even helped us get everything in the locker. Great experience all the way around!!

Not helpful at all, I suggest using the Beal Pkwy location

I use U-haul frequently and have never been dissatisfied with their services before. This facility ruined that perfect streak. By far the worst experience Ive ever had renting self storage. The customer service is awful. Grown adults ignored me standing at the counter for 20 minutes while speaking to each other. I have come during regular hours 4 different days now and the building has been closed due to lack of employees. And all this for double the price of what I now could get 2 blocks away, but nothing else was available when I got here of course. I will never rent at another U-haul again.

Climate control, friendly and helpful employees. What more could you ask for.

This place will rip you off. They are so stingy that they block off the parking lot to prevent people from cutting through.

Love the inside units plus the inside loading and unloading capability.

Understaffed. Simple things take forever. Daniel the man who eventually helped me was great though.
