Leigh made my shopping experience well worth the wait. She took the time to listen to me and help me pick out the frames that fit my face. Leigh was good about explaining the different options Eye Mart offered without pressuring me. This was 100% total respect. She will have mine and my familys business from now on.

Eyemart melted & ruined my frames while putting in the new lenses. I contacted them & allegedly Brenda, the general manager, was going to hold new frames until I could come in since I work strange hours as an EMT. Now I am here...waiting... The one person I spoke with (Kyle) was rude... Dont do it, people. There is a reason this place can crank out glasses in one hour. They are careless & just trying to go as quickly as possible making glasses/lenses, not caring about the quality of their work. You sit & wait an hour for them to get to you only to have them ruin your glasses in 15 minutes. I just want my frames replaced at this point; I can put the lenses in myself. I am so irritated that I paid for them to ruin my frames (I bought the protection plan, too. I guess I should have gotten a clue when the salesman said it was a good idea in case they damage my frames or something... He was in fact, the one who ruined my glasses. I watched him shove the lenses into my favorite frames- frames that were purchased at the same store.)

They lied to me about being a network provider for VSP. They are not. I shouldve known something was up when I was charged $60 (just for the exam) instead of the correct copays totalling $35. They also lied about it being over one year since they saw me last. So VSP didnt pay them at all. Normally theyd have been paid $45 instead of the $110 they billed because theyre out of network. This time they werent paid at all. They better not come after me for the difference! The $60 they got from me is all they will get.

Very rude workers, I wanted to see if my online prescription would work, just a quick question and the lady said “I’m with someone else right now” and I get that she was with someone else but I literally had to wait like 15 minutes just for her to answer my question in 2 seconds and it was just a complete waste of my time.

We have been coming here for years because they were one of the few places that offered 1 hour service even though we need bifocals. Today, we signed the list and an associate looked at the list,, was told by another associate that i was next. The girl looked at me and said,, and i am quoting you need to come over here. No Hello, my name is xyz and I can help you Nothing. So we discussed what i wanted and when i told her that we wanted the 1 hr service as usual, we were told that because they have new people working in the back, and because corporate hasnt fixed or replaced a broken machine, they cant provide the service. But we were also told that they dont provide that service for bifocals anyway. I said well you always have, thats why we have always come here. She said, umm well we dont. We left. And I dont think the associate cared one iota that they lost business today. Bye bye

I came in after work today and signed in at the front. Sat around for half an hour as people who came in after me were assisted. I asked what I needed to do to be able to browse the frames to see if there were any I might like. I was told I can’t even look around without having my prescription on hand, not that this is mentioned on any signed or posted on their website anywhere. The girl I ended up talking to seemed very put out by being asked a question

I was told when it got there my glasses would be repaired in 2 hours. I went back 3.5 hours later and they couldn’t find my glasses. After waiting 45 minutes they tell me they couldn’t get to my glasses today. This isn’t my first problem with eyemart.I drove directly to LensCrafters and in an hour they had my glasses ready.

Staff was so friendly. Very helpful. Prompt service. Followed all protocol for store capacity. Had my glasses in just a little over an hour. They were so busy I was afraid it would take a while. Came in because my glasses broke. Simply needed someone to tell me if they were fixable or not. Waited 20+ minutes with multiple people coming in after me and getting to go before me just to finally be told there’s nothing they can do once it was my turn. Wouldn’t be as upset if they would’ve just told me in the first place but waiting almost 30 minutes with people going in front of me just to be told I waited for nothing really aggravated me.

I was real satisfied with the service I got..The girl Olivia who took care of my service was super helpful..I got 2 pairs that stayed in my budget..I wouldnt go anywhere eles for my eye sight services..Thank you Olivia at the pavilion store ..back. again in another year..

Ive used them for years usually good service but today was absolutely the worst experience Ive had in any business ever. I went in to get my lens replaced because I had a scratch and it is covered under warranty I signed in and waited 45 minutes to be seen. They were busy so I was happy to wait. The part that was the unacceptable was while I was waiting other people showed up and were seen before I was even though I was waiting. I went to the counter and told the lady working that I didnt need to speak to a sales representative or need to look at frames I just need to drop mine off and I could return at a later time. The woman was disrespectful and very rude saying that I would have to wait my turn when Ive already been waiting while new people were seen before me. I told her thank you and goodbye. I will never return. Worst service experience of my life.

The place was packed!! The people were very friendly and helpful and I got incredible new glasses. I love these transition lenses. They automatically adjust to the level of the light and I no longer need sunglasses 🕶.

We have been in there several times just trying to get someone to look at the glasses we bought there less then a year ago we bought the scratch proof there is scratches all over the lenses and the list you have to sign is a joke the workers are like going to the DMV they could care less if you get waited on no customer service we have 5 in the family that would use there services but we won’t be back

I purchased a pair of glasses in April! I cleaned them as I have done with every pair of glasses that I have gotten before! I have never had a problem with any glasses from anyone else! They charged me 390 minus frames! They scratched up so bad that I could not see out of them! Took them back in October and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that obviously I had not cleaned them right! I have been wearing glasses for 30 years plus! So these glasses are trash and I am wearing 4 year old glass that I got from Sams that did not scratch! Needless to say I tried Eyemart Express once but never again!

Even when you have a issue with the glasses they fix it till you are happy

Very unprofessional operation though the employees were pleasant. Daughter went to purchase new eyeglasses. Told it would be about an hour so that the time can be spent productively (shopping in stores) and that she would receive a text when ready. Text came within hour stating her glasses were ready. Got back there only 1 of 2 was ready and they needed to locate the 2d pair that had been misplaced. After waiting about 45 minutes for them to locate the 2d pair, we left telling them well be back Monday.

Update! Went to get glasses and everything was all mixed up! BUT Brenda was a GREAT help and we quickly got all the issues resolved. Thanks Brenda for helping us resolve this quickly and professionally!Oh boy. So much to unpack here. We were up there yesterday getting glasses for my husband. He waited about 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge him as they swept floors and openly talked about being ready to leave and were getting out as soon as the closed. This was around 5:30pm. Hubs picked out 2 pair and was told he could get another pair from another rack for free. Just called, 9:30am, to confirm the tech got the order. THEY lost the order. Found it, told hubs there are only 2 pair on the order. One of them is the one free pair that was only like $20 frames. The paid for frames are $70 dollars each. Hubs was specific about wanting transtions on one pair The other pairs he just got what they rung up in their hurry to get him out of there, no upselling or asking what kind of protective stuff he wanted on his lenses. Husband heard tech in the background saying hell get the when Im done, no help on an estimated time. As of right now we believe he is only getting one $20 pair and one $70 pair. They rushed us off the phone so we dont know! After the call we immediately received 2 texts they are done. We have no idea whats going on! We are headed up there to see what they decided to graciously give us or get what we paid for. Have no idea and are extremely frustrated with this experience. I do not recommended getting glasses from Eye Mart. Extremely unprofessional place.

Thought I could get reading glasses from my old bifocals. Was told no they need a prescription. I ended up taking them to Advanced eye care in Roland OK and they got the job done .

There is a sweet lady who has been there for a few years who’s helped me every time I’ve gone there. She has gone above and beyond to help me get fitted into the perfect pair of glasses. They are sweet people here. And I highly recommended them.

Both of my eyeglasses (one pair tinted, one pair not) we’re ready in less than 45 minutes, and both are pretty much perfect. I haven’t bought new glasses in years, and I was very happy with the selection and the service here.

I got the text the glasses were done in less than an hour. Lucy helped fit them to my daughters face. She was friendly, gentle, and let my daughter ring the bell for her first pair and glasses. I was so pleased with the way I was treated. I have no insurance and was still treated with respect unlike a lot of places. The employee that helped me did a great job explaining everything. My glasses and sunglasses were ready faster than expected and I am very pleased with them. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was so nice even though it was packed. My insurance made the glasses very cheap and I got a second pair free that looks good and is good quality. Thats like 60 dollars off right there. They had sold the main frames I wanted but the free pair they had and they made it within a 20 minutes so that I could take them home before they closed. So thoughtful and considerate.

Exceptionally long wait time to pick up glasses. Door nurse said it will be shortly and Ive waited over a hour just to pick up glasses.

We entered the store and didnt see the sign in sheet. We waited until someone asked if they could help us, which was about five minutes or so, and I picked out some frames. Kyle fitted them for me and after eating dinner, we got the text that the glasses were ready. Now I can see better than I could yesterday.

The lady that helped me that day I picked out glasses was THE BEST!It was time to try trifocals . I priced them from where I use to buy glasses and Eyemart Express was much more affordable. I had heard a lot of people that had bad experience with trifocals but mine were made spot on. No problems at all. I will definitely buy all my glasses from here from now on.

I brought in my new Rx from a local Vision Superprovider, where (even with in-network insurance my glasses would have been well over $200). Eyemart Express is out-of-network for me, but I got my first pair with an upgrade to polycarbonate lenses AND a free second pair (promotion) all for $163. I put free in quotation marks because my Rx is so bad, there was a $10 charge for my lenses. The service was OUTSTANDING & both pair were ready the same day. THE. SAME. DAY. The superprovider took 2 weeks to get my daughters glasses ready. I wish I had gotten her glasses at Eyemart Express too! Im not sure if they offer all the special upgrades like anti-glare & anti-scratch coatings, but I was definitely not pressured to buy them like some other places Ive been. I will be going to Eyemart Express from now on. Even with Covid procedures in place, this was a very pleasant experience.

This was my first time here and overall the service was great. They were very busy, but were able to help me in a reasonable amount of time. The General Manager was super helpful and gave me a great deal. This was also the first time in a long time I didn’t have to wait a week for my glasses. I would definitely go back in the future.

Kyle at Eyemart is AWESOME! After leaving the store I discovered that my car had a flat tire. We had all of the necessary parts to change the tire except for a lug wrench. I returned to the store to ask if there was anyone who might have one that I could borrow. Kyle, an employee at the store, went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he have the tool that was needed, but he also changed the tire for us. We were so happy that God answered our prayers for help through someone so incredibly kind. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful he was! Also, do not hesitate to shop eyewear at this location! The customer service at this location is truly some of the best my family and I have experienced in a very long time!

We have never used this eyeware company before, and after we were forced to look for a place that accepted my sons insurance for buying glasses we looked here first. They were very friendly and professional, although super busy. I guess with deals like they have you will be busy a lot. I believe we spent $100 less on frames that look better than what my son wore before from a different place.

Been using Eyemart for a few years now. Never a problem! A couple of years ago my backup pair I got had an issue with the alignment of the lenses. Fixed with no problems and no cost. My daughter gets hers here as well. Wide selection of options and reasonable prices. Glasses most anywhere arent cheap but for the service, quality and warranty here, you cant really beat that. Best thing is not waiting weeks like many places make you wait.
