The staff is amazing with our children! Very professional, but makes the tasks understandable to a child! Highly recommend visiting them! We have been to 3 other vision centers - AR Vision is by FAR the best!

If I could give a zero I would, will be changing doctors.

I have been coming to Dr.Vaughn since I was 2 years old, i am 20 now and I have never had a negative experience with Dr.Vaughn. She is an excellent optometrist and I wouldn’t trust my eyes with anyone else. The reception is always super rude though. Even though last time I went my total ended up being about $950 for new glasses, contacts, and my yearly appointment, and somehow the reception was still rude as I was paying them all that money. I don’t get it, hire some new people up front.

I HAVENT EVEN TOOK MY SON TO HIS APPT YET BUT MAKING APPT HAVING TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR FIVE MINUTES IS PITIFUL. AND ANOTHER THING I CALLED TO CANCEL MY SON APPT WITH THERE ANSWERING SERVICE THEY STILL ENDED UP CALLING ME ASKING ME WHY I DIDNT SHOW UP PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER I HAD SOMEONE TELL ME ABOUT THIS PLACE NOW IM HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS!!!

I have been using this place for years and have always had a great experience until this week when the billing person, Wendy, has made it unbearable, simply because either she doesnt know how or will not file an insurance claim properly (not sure which). When I asked to speak to the office manager she told me she was the office manager. I found out later she isnt. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I have been harassed for the past few months for a $35 charge for glasses that were so strong my son couldnt wear them. Ive contacted them many times. Wendy and another lady have been horribly rude and havent helped at all. Our insurance was ran and we paid all that was due and now theres this surprise$35 fee! We nor any of our family will be back to this place for anything.

Dr Vaughn is the very best!
