Sales guy, Ryan is by far the most knowledgeable cellphone guy around! He is super friendly and knows exactly what he is talking about! So refreshing!!

If u want to talk to someone, just call.. takes an hour either way.. make sure to sign in when u show up, as there is no sign telling u to do so!... the guy is calling customer support for his own phone, while the person Im hanging out with is waiting.Edit - Replying to VerizonI would give you details of (my) visit, but I feel like I just did with this review, and I dont want to have to wait another hour (or days) for another reply from you guys.. the guy was nice enough, and we were taken care of pretty quickly after he was done with his phone.

Not quite what I had expected from Verizon. I went in to change carriers and what I got was an affiliate focusing more on credit checks and cost of phones versus good customer service and service plan options. Its like I told him money is meant to be spent and I have no problem with spending money, a friend for a commissioned employee. I just simply reqest my need to be the focus and to just do your job.

1) Guy kept trying to sell me just one specific phone instead of explaining other models.2) Told me I only pay a monthly payment for my phone, but no down payment. Instead, I was charged $110 to pick it up.3) was told my phone would arrive in 3 business days, 4 MAX. Finally got my phone ELEVEN days later.At least the other stores in Fayetteville are good...

I had the worst experience with this store! I purchased a new cell phone, they didnt have the outer box I need so, I paid for one so they could ship it to my home address. (sales person Taylor Ward )After getting home I was putting the paper work away and looked at my receipt for the phone case and it was charged to my Visa card but addressed to someone I didnt know? Its been horrible trying to get this straightened out! So someone named Betty in Chester AR got my cell phone case, I got charged for it on march 19,2021 numerous calls and talking to several people.(Unknowns and Gavin Mcdaniel) I still dont have my phone case as of 4/14 so I was supposed to get a refund, now I have misplaced my receipt and have have no record of it! I have been a Verizon customer for 30 years! I regret ever walking into that store on Phoenix Ave in Fort Smith AR. Lesson learned, Make sure you check every piece of paperwork before you leave the store! As a last resort Ill have to take the complaint to my credit card co and dispute the charges to get my money back!!😡

Verizon has always done what needs to be done when problem with phone arrives. My phone was locking up something terrible. Went to local store and store came up with plan to put me in a new phone. Even thou the one I had was not in stock. Basically gave me a upgrade to get me a working phone. Thanks Verizon for your great customer service. The reason I stay with them.

Tech guy was trying to sell me a phone that I DID NOT WANT and kept try to tell me how I needed it!! I told him I wanted the Note 10 and he told me that Ithey wouldnt buy me out of other phone if I went with Note 10 Then I caught him in a lie and he said it would be a $1 more if I wanted the Note 10.But he lied and said I had to take the LG phone. I Dont Like Being Lied Too . I took my to Best Buy around the corner and was treated with respect and got what I wanted and at a cheaper price!!

The sales associate lied about the prices of their plans and did not clarify what all really comes with each plan and she tried to literally put me down for a phone I never even said I wanted also there was a one of the sales people their who was extremely rude to everybody who came thru the door I work in retail and I understand how hard it is on people having to work during this time but over aggressiveness is not something that should be pushed on anyone especially at this critical time and I will say the last young man who I did my final business with there was very polite and went out of his way to show us what each plan was and existed of and the REAL prices and he understood that i could not afford a family plan

We had a wonderful experience with Verizon! We upgraded four phones at one time and the sales reps (Maria and Billyjack) went above and beyond to get everything transferred for us! They even stayed several hours after their shifts and closing. Maria even worked on transferring info to my new phone some the next day until it was all there. So thankful! The sales reps were always polite and helpful! I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

Very friendly staff

I went in the store last night on Saturday (9/21/19). My husband was wanting an iphone 11 pro. I went in the store before having to bring my disabled son inside to make sure they had some in stock. The older gentleman went to go look for me and was very rude and acted like I was bothering him. Even the customer in front of me couldnt believe how he acted. There was 1 silver iPhone 11 pro in stock which we would have bought but decided to take our business elsewhere because of the way I got treated. I even apologized to the gentleman that I was sorry that I bothered him and he didnt say a word. He definitely needs some extra customer service training.

Jonah J was great! We were displaced because of the recent flood and needed to turn on an old Iphone that was no longer supported. He took the time to research the issue and figure out just what to do to be able to activate the old phone which was a tremendous help!

Hey I came in and Kody was very helpful to me. I was in here a week ago trying to pay my phone bill and the guy that helped me said there was nothing he could do without a password. Kody however was very friendly and was able to make it happen. I would advise people to come to this location over the other ones. And if possible ask for Kody!

On Saturday went down to the store to get a phone, the costumer service was awful, I wanted to switch my phone but the sales representative wanted to give me the phone that he wanted, I told him I wanted a note he said he couldn’t then he changed his mind he could give me the note, but on his conditions. He treated me like I didn’t knew what kind of phone I need it. Not going to that store ever again.

David was absolutely incredible to work with while purchasing our new. He understood my situation completely and answered all my questions. Our Note 9 works wonderfully and the liquid glass is super!

I have used this store multiple times with prompt service. The staff knows their products and services. They have always been supportive and helpful as well as friendly. I particularly like that I am recognized when I go into the store though months go by between visits.

My family switched to Verizon after 20 years with ATT. Austin Calvillo was my Verizon Rep and I’ve never had a person help me (at a phone store) as much as he did. Austin was beyond knowledgeable, courteous, experienced and patient with all our needs. I wished I’d moved cell companies years ago after my experience with Austin and the Verizon on Phoenix ave in fort Smith, Arkansas. Austin will forever be my “go to” guy, my tech brains, my Verizon hero and my friend. This man is what makes good, loyal customers in an international company. He is golden!!!!! And I’m so thankful for his service to my family.

Very helpful staff. Had a phone broken beyond repair. It was going to be an hours drive round trip to get new phone. I couldnt go to store to get it, so daughter-in-law went.
