Sold my previous device here. Quick & Intelligent staff, much higher cash offers (in my case DOUBLE) than offers of a machine competitor in the area. Definitely get a quote at least before deciding on an impersonal drop box. This service also removes from your life the hassle of, and time spent online replying to redundant messages on marketplace platforms to sell a device to an individual.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more please with a place. Went in there and my PC was acting up, got taken care of super fast. Talked about games with an employee for a sec and the other employee fixed my computer, cleaned it, and gave me some tips. They did it all for free. Highly recommend it

Joe is the best technician in town and possibly best I’ve ever met. I was self repairing a screen on my iPhone XR and ran into a stripped screw. The store was so helpful, didn’t try to up sell me on letting them fix it just did the impossible and removed the stripped screw. I will 100% return here the next time I need a repair and save myself the time.

I never go to Gadget Grave without leaving with a smile. These guys are the BEST! Yesterday my visit to the Ft. Smith store was no exception. Ryan took my phone with a broken screen held together with clear duck tape and gave me a quote on a new screen. After taking it to the back, he comes out and shows me that it was the screen protector, not the screen, that was shattered. There was no charge for removing it and handing back my new phone. My iPhone speaker stopped working. I called Gadget Grave and they were very helpful and advised they could look at it right away. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. They had my phone fixed in less than 5 minutes! It was a breeze to do business with them and I will use them again!

Part of the charger broke off in my phone, I took it in and they fixed it in just a few seconds and didnt charge me a dime. I take all my phones to them for repair and they have always done a phenomenal job. I highly recommend!

I had called a couple of stores asking about the fix for an issue I was having with my iphone 8+. Prior to calling Gadget Grave, the best news I had received from another authorized Apple repair facility in town was that it would cost a minimum of $189, and most likely around $430. Then I spoke to Rob at Gadget Grave. Explained everything to him and he says “Oh man that sounds like just a loose screw. Bring it in and let me look.” I showed up and Rob took my phone back for about 5 minutes and brought back good as new. Sure enough, just a loose screw. And to top it off, he didn’t charge me for it. So, whatever your gadget issues are, please go see these guys. Absolutely outstanding service.

My Google pixel 3 wasnt charging due to getting mud in the charging port. A young man named Thomas helped me and was very kind, it took less then 30 seconds to fix. I asked how much I oweand he said dont worry about it. Customer service at its best. Highly recommend.

Gadget Grave is the first place I think of when I need a device repaired or need a quality used item. I generally have had superior experiences buying from them or having things repair. I am not satisfied with my recent Gadget Grave experience. I took my phone in on the 26th to be diagnosed and repaired if needed. I did not receive a call back from them stating that my phone was ready for pick up but decided to stop by since I would be in the neighborhood. I did called earlier in the day to see if my phone was ready, with no answer but left a voicemail. A very polite sales associate looked up my information and told me that the repair tech just had to clean the charging port, and nothing was wrong. The sales associate could not turn my phone on and said that it must be dead. It is my fault for going there at closing but when I got to my car to plug my phone in to charge, it came on and died. The charging lite does not even lite up. I tried to go back but they were already locked up for the night. I tried to contact Gadget Grave from their website but can not leave the information needed or submit my number or email. I know that Gadget Grave is a very busy place with a lot of people to help and I would not have minded leaving my phone there had it not been ready. The last time I bought a phone from them it was locked and I had to return the next day to get it unlocked to be able to use it. I have learned my lesson the hard way band will never pick up an item from there without it being on and activated to make sure it works. I hope I can either get my phoned repaired or a refund of my $32.93. I support small business and local business as much as possible and have hope that this will be made right soon.

I had always had good luck with this place until this last time. I wont go into details because my experience continued for nearly a month. I took my phone in for a new battery and never got it back. Yes. They replaced but only after weeks of a lack of communication between them and me and between the techs. I understand there has been a lot of staff changes with the mess going on with Covid 19. Just use caution if you decide to use this place. Unfortunately, I will no longer use them and I cannot in good faith, reccomend them to family or friends.

Excellent repair but a bit pricey.I brought with me the 2 new loading and carousel belts. The charge was $49.00.The repair was completed in 2 days.I would definitely use Gadget grave again but hope the prices would be more competitive.

The discount will only be honored if you buy an extended warranty with it (not stated in the offer and only found out when you contact them).Transparency is paramount these days and its unfortunate that they utilize deceptive practices to get prospective customers.

Jonathan was great! We came in with a stuck SIM card and Jonathan had it out in seconds. He then checked the phone to make sure it could still read the SIM card and had us on our way in no time! Service was excellent and we will return for all of our technical issues.

These guys are the best!! They helped me when the computer store where I bought the new computer couldnt. The store said there was no data on the broken computer, after Grave Gadget already told me the hard drive was fine and could be transferred. I had to take it back to Grave Gadget to retrieve my stuff. Good Job guys! Goes to show just because the store sells computers doesnt mean they can service it!

Had to wait in line for a little over an hour to drop off my phone for repairs since there is only one person helping customers. Went back the next day to get my phone, there was 11 people in line, the person in front of me stated they had already been waiting 1.5 hours. I went inside to see what was going on. One person helping customers and even on a pick up you have to wait over 2 hours in line to get your phone back. They feel that since they are the only ones in town they can make you do what they want.

I was really happy to find out about this place. They had the I phone 4s charger I was looking for for almost half the price of the knock off brand best buy had. Thomas was really helpful. He told me about their battery repair service which is really nice to know about. I was really glad I went there. Good service, and they had exactly what I needed!

My phone wasn’t charging and Steven was my associate that helped me. He checked over my phone he cleaned my charge port and made sure my phone was drawing the right amount of power. He worked on my phone for about 15-20 minutes. He didn’t charge me for his labor. You don’t find people like that anymore. I am grateful for his knowledge and help.

Ive gone here for a couple of years now for cell phone repair and purchases. I have to say theyre very knowledgeable and fair. Ive tried other places but customer service does not compare to these guys. They also have a pretty good variety of accessories. Theyll always have my business.

So part one. my note 9 suspiciously has a broken camera lens 😳😩🙈So I took it up there in a panic cause I have never broken a phone In the entire 15 years I have owned a phone. I had no idea what was about to happen and honestly I was freaking out. This is NOT a cheap phone. The staff was very busy but courteous and told the people waiting they would be right with them!!So the part that I need they do not have in stock so they will need to special order it. Being a couple days from being able to have it fixed, he went over a couple useful tips to keep the exposed camera safe until I can get it fixed. Super happy with the way things are going. Will update once my phone is fixed!!

I downloaded an app I used to use back in high school when I would babysit my cousin was a baby. It locked me in the app, wouldnt let me leave it the way it said to, and kept glitching out. I was terrified that my phone was broken because I wanted to use the app for my 19 month old. I went in to the store, and within minutes John had my phone fixed. He got me out of that app, and helped me to uninstall it. I am so grateful to him.

My iMac display went dark. Took it to Gadget Grave. They explained several possibilities and gave a range of potential costs. Very long wait. They are in no hurry to get to their customers. Took in an iPad 3 64GB with wireless in flawless condition and they gave me $20 bucks. They also offered me $50 trade in. Complete rip off. Im sure they do well in regards to repairing electronics but dont expect a fair price when you go to sell any electronics.

This was my first experience with Gadget Grave. Best Buy recommend them and I took my phone in at 3:30 and they repaired it and I picked it up at 5:45. The price was higher than I would deem reasonable but I rate them 5 stars for exemplary service, professionalism, and quality of work!

Took my grand daughters phone in to Gadget Grave. My daughter-in-law had purchased it used and had taken the insurance out for it, but they were giving her such a difficult time trying to jump through hoops and have her mail it in etc. that she just never got it fixed. Let me tell you Gadget Grave took it in at about 2pm and had it fixed by 5 pm. They are absolutely the best! Nothing but the highest praise and it cost less than it would have cost with the insurance and all the hassle. I am always going there for any phone or device problems.

Guys... come on with that funky patchouli youve got fogging up the Fort Smith store! My iphone had broken screen components.. I called the store at about 4:45 PM. I was told that they could replace the damaged parts by closing time at 6 PM if I could get the phone there quickly. They did a full function test and charged me about $ 110, which was cheaper than Apple, which would have necessitated postage, or a trip to the Apple store in Tulsa. My phone functions flawlessly. I highly recommend this company for repairs needed outside of Apples warranty. The price charged me by Gadget Grave was less than the extended plan pitched by Apple . I was unaware of Gadget Grave until I spoke with a friend. The employees are nice and explain things in plain language. I will definitely take my other devices to Gadget Grave. They warranted my new parts for 6 months.

I was very pleased with their work. They are limited in some capabilities like board repair. They diagnosed my problem but couldnt fix it. I was able to get the board repaired by a Tech shop in NYC and when it came back, I had Gadget Grave mount a second hard drive for me. They are very good within their limits.

Have always been happy with Gadget Grave in the past. But sadly I have to say this time I left not as happy with them. I had a laptop hard drive crash. They took care of me by replacing the hard drive. But wasnt able to pull my stuff off the old hard drive. Which I understand is a hard process to do and they didnt charge me for it since they werent able to get my stuff. But what I have to say that I was up set with was the techs/ front desk workers. I talk to two of them. One name Josh and the other I cant remember his name. They were rude in my personal opinion and smart alecks how they talk to me a paying customers.The only thing saving them from a lower rating is one tech/desk worker name Nolan. He was nice and help me when I came to pick my stuff up.

Went to the Fort Smith Gadget Grave with a tablet with would not power on. Taylor was very friendly and helpful and was able to get that tablet up and running within a few minutes. I thought it was toast and was expecting to have to buy a new one. Alex hires top-notch employees!
