I used to always rent my trucks here when I was moving and was never any problems. They have cracked down and seem more strict. The location is good. I would recommend them.

Make sure you call in advance before moving day. They are all booked up and all I could get was a 26 foot uhaul which was way bigger than I was comfortable driving. My move was successfully and no issues with uhaul.

Easy pick up and drop off. Ive used this place for several moves ranging in size from a small storage unit to a large condo and there has never been an issue with equipment availability. Staff is top notch.

Excellent customer service. I will say the staff could use some more help. Other than that, very friendly and very easy to deal with. Once I got done waiting in line was in and out no problem.

Skip the online pickup option because you will have to go inside anyway. The great news is that I have used this location for rentals for years and every employee is always helpful and generally pretty nice. Shout out to Shantel on this occasion who was super friendly and rapid with my pickup!

Had to wait 45min to return a truck because the one guy doing the returns was filling propane tanks.

I didnt use the u-haul Tim someone I know had hacked my system and I never had the uhaul

I called at 6.40 pm that guy transferred me to towing they never picked up the phone they kept me on hold for 20 minutes they are lazy bunch of people. That is good because you lose business like that and they don’t care because it’s not there business.bad employee all around

Great service, came to replace the cables for my hitch. They gave me a quote, Jim discovered the problem. And was able to solve the problem for a fraction of the cost. They could of easily replaced everything and charge me the full price, I would of never known. Great to work with honest people ! Thank you Jim !

I was quoted $51.xx for a 20 ft truck for 12 hours. I declined insurance, dolly, blankets, etc.... I was within the 10 miles of usage and refueled the vehicle. More than I needed to. I was then charged 61.00 and 9.00. Called and waited on hold several times. Never was able to talk to anyone. Nothing I can do for them overcharging me? Unbelievable!

Rented a Ford van here for a couple weeks but in the middle had to get a new card from my bank. From the time I gave them the new card number they said it was declined. I physically went in there 3 times to try and resolve the issue, but the last time I spoke with Marc, the owner. He told me not to worry about it and we would settle up when I was done. Well Marc is on vacation this week and these people have harassed me over the phone every day saying my card was no good. So went back in for the fourth time and with the bank on the phone. The lady at the bank said, “nothing wrong with your card, they are putting the exp. date in wrong. You would think I would get an apology especially since they threatened to report the van stolen and me put in jail. The owner is a really good guy but not sure I’ll be back there again.
